Fukuoka is close to Takamiya Station. This area is known for its top-notch fish restaurants, and this place is a must-visit. While winter fugu season has ended and fresh mackerel is available in the summer, on this day, they had Isaki fish delivered straight from Karatsu. We decided to enjoy this as the main dish along with some drinks with friends. The Isaki was served sashimi style, and the presentation was beautiful. The chef's skills are truly impressive, as every sashimi dish tasted even better than expected. The Isaki on this day was incredibly fresh, with a slight sweetness and richness that helped beat the summer heat. We also ordered squid sashimi and tempura, burdock tempura, fish roe, stingray fin, dashi tamago, and everything was outstanding. We finished our meal with miso soup made from Isaki fish head, which was delicious. The cozy atmosphere made us want to linger longer. This is a place to visit regularly to enjoy delicious fish with the changing seasons.

I always passed by this restaurant and was curious about it. By chance, a colleague from work suggested having a gathering at this acquaintance's restaurant. The fee was 6,600 yen with all-you-can-drink. The flounder sashimi, squid sashimi, sazae sashimi, squid tempura, assorted fried foods, and tai shabu-shabu were all very fresh and delicious. I would like to visit this restaurant by myself next time.

I passed by the restaurant during the day and saw a fish delivery truck, so I thought it must be a place with delicious fish and decided to visit. Yes! The fish is really delicious! Also, I highly recommend trying the burdock tempura from the menu. The couple running the restaurant are very friendly. I will definitely visit again when I want to eat fish in Takamiya! The best hospitality. The quality of the squid from Yobuko and the chef's cooking method were both top-notch. Whenever I come to Fukuoka, I want to make it a regular stop.
