Magic Bar Vernon's Bar in Kitashinchi has regained its lively atmosphere in May 2023. I used to visit here often when Pierre was around. It's a famous magic bar in Kansai where you can enjoy a three-stage magic show and all-you-can-drink drinks for ¥6000 per person. The table magic by talented magicians in Kansai adds charm to the experience. It's a fun and recommended spot for a date. I had a great time. Thank you! ❤️

The inside of the shop had a counter and booth seats, with three magicians taking turns performing. Their impressive card handling skills and mind-boggling magic tricks were truly amazing. The drinks were also good and you could relax and enjoy your time at the shop.

Vernon's Bar in Kitashinchi is a magic bar where you can enjoy unlimited drinks. I have visited this bar for the eighth time for a second party. The magicians performing there vary each day, with around 4 to 5 magicians showcasing their skills. Some of them have even appeared on TV. It is always an amazing and incredibly fun experience at this bar.

For about 15 years now, I have been enjoying the shows of the owner's daughter at this restaurant, around 10 times already. The first performer was good, but from the second one onwards, Rose had a different technique that really stood out! The last performer, the owner herself, Minami-san, was also fantastic. It costs 6,600 yen per person. If you can go around 9 pm, you might even have the place to yourself.

I visit about once every six months! It's fun to bring first-time visitors there! It's not too expensive.

◇◇◇ July 10, 2017 (Monday) ◇◇◇ The first party, where we enjoyed fresh fish as a side dish for sake, has ended. For the second party tonight, we planned to go to a magic bar for a change of pace. It's a 90-minute all-you-can-drink deal for a flat rate of ¥6,000. Let's enjoy the night! The first drink is a Sidecar, with crushed ice floating on the surface of the glass. As we sip on this, the first stage of the magic show begins. I won't spoil the details to avoid spoilers for others. Photography is allowed, but videos are not permitted. Just taking photos is appreciated. The first performer was "Nan Yuji," who used cards and dice for his magic tricks. The second performer was "Fusion Minami," who made objects appear out of thin air and entertained us with card tricks. The third performer was "Sammy Hioki," who played the ukulele and combined comedy with magic. While you can enjoy unlimited alcohol while watching the magic show, you might get so engrossed in the magic that you forget to drink. The magic show lasted about 50 minutes, and the remaining 40 minutes were spent chatting at the counter seats. When I tried to order a Laphroaig for my second drink, I was told they didn't have it. The same response followed for Ardbeg. I was jokingly told not to expect such high-end drinks at a magic bar. They did have Macallan, so I had that before heading home.

It's been a while since I visited in April 2012! Pierre's technique is still amazing! I was surprised by Randy's improved technique! Maybe he and Rose are good disciples of Pierre. It was fun to see the new tricks! Thank you as always, Pierre! Even when appearing on TV shows like "Tetsuko's Room" and the East-West Magic Showdown with Mr. Maric, he never gets conceited, which truly moves me. His amazing customer service spirit is always there! He never lets the customers wait or get bored, and even during magic tricks, he will call out if your drink is empty. In Kita-Shinchi, what is required is not just magic skills, but also the ability to entertain and engage customers with conversation and hospitality. And who understands this the best? It's Pierre, isn't it? He won the East-West Magic Showdown based on the judges' comments and audience reception, so in my opinion, he is number one! The entertaining conversation (as cheesy as Yoshimoto) and the surprising table magic entertainment show with 3 stages for 6,000 yen is very reasonable! It's recommended to bring your girlfriend for a date night as there might be a surprise from Pierre! Remember his magic incantation during his magic tricks - "Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton" - and his catchphrase "Trevian" (it's annoying but remember it and laugh). Also, remember, "99% of what magicians say is a lie!" When you visit, make sure to bring a new deck of cards for the magic tricks. Any deck will do for the magic tricks!

You may want to bring someone else again. It's a bit pricey, but worth it. This place is classified as a close-up magic bar, where you can see magicians performing tricks up close with cards and coins. The magicians here are highly skilled, so you won't be disappointed no matter who you see. They also bring your drinks quickly and provide excellent service. Because the seating is limited, it's recommended to make a reservation.

The famous magician Monsieur Pierre performed magic tricks right in front of me on TV. I love magic tricks, so I can usually figure out the tricks, but he is a true professional. His skill level is on a different level. Each movement of his hands is smooth, and his storytelling is so engaging that I am left amazed in an instant! It's amazing! I visited a while ago, so I apologize if there have been renovations. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. The interior is not flashy just because it's a magic bar, but rather has a calm and relaxing feel. If you love magic tricks, be sure to visit.

Easy to get to. Easy to use. It's good that there are no restrictions on show start times like other stores.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively. I highly recommend this restaurant.
