I had breakfast at the hotel where I stayed for the first time in 2022, and then I thought I would take a short nap before check-out. However, I ended up sleeping for over an hour (^^;) Well, I just had to go back home after that, but ideally, I would have liked to visit two more restaurants for lunch if I had the time (laughs). I hurriedly left the hotel, and since I didn't have much time to go far, I looked for a place to have lunch around the station. I went to Stella's restaurant floor for the first time in a long time, but everywhere was packed during lunchtime (^^;) I realized that I might not make it in time for the bus. I walked around and found a place with surprisingly few customers. It was a bit unsettling how few people were there, but I didn't have much time, so I had no choice but to go in! SOURCE06 I entered without knowing what kind of place it was. But fortunately, there were plenty of seats, and I felt lucky to have found a place with some room in Kyoto. I checked the menu, and it seemed like a rather stylish restaurant or cafe. Since I didn't have to drive today, I ordered a beer and thought about what to have as the main dish. There was a daily pasta on the menu, so I asked the staff about it, and they said it was Bolognese! Sounds good, sounds good! I hadn't had pasta yesterday, and I love Bolognese (^^♪ I ordered pasta and beer and waited. The beer arrived, followed by the Bolognese. Oh, it's flat pasta. The appearance looks very nice. Let's dig in! I twirled it with my fork and took a bite. Oh!! This is delicious (^^♪ The tomato flavor and saltiness that doesn't feel forced, and the excellent beefy taste are all great. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and you could feel the texture. The flavor is too high! If this taste is for 1,100 yen, I'm very satisfied! I finished it off while drinking beer. If I had enough time, I probably wouldn't have chosen this restaurant. It was a chance encounter. It was lucky that it turned out to be a hit. Honestly, if I could, I would love to eat here again. The fact that I met this place thanks to drinking too much makes me feel like it was fate (laughs). The last meal in Sapporo this time was also amazing! It was delicious! Thank you for the meal♪

Stella Place is a stylish shop. The entrance is small, so I thought it was just a counter, but as I went further in, there were seats overlooking Sapporo Station. For lunch, they had one-plate dishes, pasta, and salad bowls. It was so hot and I was feeling hungry, so I chose the salad bowl. The salad was packed with vegetables in a glass bowl. It came with soup, which also focused on the natural flavors of the ingredients and had a subtle saltiness.

I came to Stella Place for a solo lunch. I saw a pasta dish on social media that looked delicious, so I decided to try it. The restaurant floor was crowded with tourists, but I was able to find a seat at the counter. I ordered the daily pasta special, "Fried Vegetable Bolognese," along with an iced tea. The dish was served promptly and the Bolognese sauce had a good amount of minced meat. The pasta was slightly thick and the sauce coated it well. The restaurant had a stylish atmosphere and the staff, especially the male manager, provided excellent service. I enjoyed a leisurely lunch.

A convenient place to try craft beer. I found this place while traveling, as it was too hot to walk around. I was able to try various local beers. They also had a special melon parfait as a dessert option. The pizza was delicious as well.

I thought it would be crowded on a Sunday, so I aimed to arrive right when they opened. There were already several groups lined up before opening, but I just made it in for the first round. As expected, there were a lot of women! I ordered the 1,700 yen lunch plate with roast lamb. You can choose between beef, pork, or lamb for the meat, and you can also choose between bread or multigrain rice for the main dish. The corn soup that came with the set was full of texture and rich and delicious. You can get plenty of vegetables and it was a guilt-free lunch that women would love. Yummy٩( ᐛ )و

On the final day of my trip to Sapporo, I couldn't get into the cafes I wanted to visit, so I ended up at a cafe inside Sapporo Station Building. I had the lunch plate for 1700 yen, which came with a generous salad. The roast beef was tender and delicious. I enjoyed the view of Sapporo Station from the window seat and was able to relax.

I had ramen in the late afternoon and finished watching the movie "Otto is a Man" at Cinema Frontier at 4 pm. I visited for an early dinner. Today's pizza (salad pizza): 1600 yen, with no pizza sauce or cheese, it had a light taste. I enjoyed it with wine, and that was the end of dinner. As always, delicious.

Started with sparkling wine, easy to drink, almost finished it in one go, so hurriedly ordered a strong highball. However, it was too weak, so asked for it to be made stronger. The server came back after 30-40 seconds and said, "If you want it stronger, we will need to double the amount of alcohol, which will double the price. Is that okay?" Whiskey doubled in amount means the price doubles too? What about the cost of the soda and labor? (The restaurant next door charges an additional 380 yen for doubling the amount.) "Okay," I said, and ended up paying 1780 yen for one highball. A luxurious highball? The carbonara had an unusual type of pasta, with a rough surface and a thickness similar to Sapporo ramen noodles. The pasta was not something I was used to, so I couldn't fully appreciate its uniqueness. The bacon and sauce were delicious, but the distinctive pasta stole the show. One sparkling wine, one strong highball, one carbonara, totaling 4,350 yen.

I watched "Taiji" at Theater Kino, and visited Hashigo to have the roast trio platter before watching "Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania" at Cinema Frontier. The platter includes beef, pork, and lamb for 1500 yen. All three were delicious and paired well with wine. It was perfect for satisfying my hunger before the movie. Thank you for the meal.

I got a free soda lemonade because I had a movie theater ticket stub. The dishes were beautiful. The salad was not only beautiful but also delicious. It had a variety of textures and a satisfying crunch. The sandwich had bolognese inside, which made it a bit difficult to eat. I wouldn't recommend it for a date. Overall, the food was delicious and I would like to come back again.

I had a salad for lunch. The dressing was too heavy with olive oil and salt. The restaurant was quite crowded during lunchtime, but the staff at the counter were talking loudly. It was my first time having lunch in such an environment, and I felt a bit confused. If they want to create a trendy atmosphere, it would be better if the staff's chatter wasn't audible.

Originally, this place used to be a shop called Rokuro which I loved, but it changed a few years ago and I hadn't come back since. This time, I finally remembered and was able to come here to have a little time at the cafe. When I asked if it was okay if I wasn't there for the food, the cheerful staff said it was totally fine! We ordered a cafe latte and the gelato of the day. The gelato of the day was some kind of cheese (yum) and it was delicious with the crispy biscuit on the bottom and the walnuts and grapes around it. It was so good that my friend and I were impressed and amazed. The other customers' meals also looked really delicious, so we couldn't help but sneak a peek. Even though it changed, this place was still so wonderful, and I regret not looking it up sooner. Next time, I want to try a variety of dishes here.

Day drinking! I visited at 1pm. I usually come to this place to enjoy drinks and appetizers, but since it was lunchtime, they were not serving appetizers at this time. Oh well! But they do serve alcohol, so I decided to have a stylish salad with my drink. I chose sparkling wine from the lunch menu drink options. The atmosphere was chic and the place was filled with mostly women. It's popular for a reason! The salad was delicious. Even though I visit this place often, I'm always satisfied. But I still love the appetizers the most! Thank you for the meal! Heading to the third spot now!

- Oyster confit, caviar 550 - Italian sparkling wine Adami Perla was recommended as a good pairing, so I started with the caviar. The quality of the caviar is as expected, adding saltiness and a unique flavor to the oyster. The light wine complements the oyster's mineral notes well. - President shiitake and duck salchicha oven-baked 550 - Craft beer Furudan's Sunset Time. The President dish may be from a small country, but the shiitake is firm and not too salty. The salchicha with paprika and cheese is flavorful. - Chef's recommended roast trio platter 1500 - Hokkaido beef with balsamic, Hokkaido pork with green mustard, and lamb with smoked olives. The pork is good, but the lamb and beef are lacking. The sauces, especially the green mustard, are okay, but the others are weak. It's better to just order the roast pork. - Lunaria, Italy - It's difficult to distinguish the orange color and taste from a rosé. It's supposed to be natural, but it doesn't feel that way. Stella Place offers well-prepared dishes, but I personally find it lacking in flavor, salt, oil, and richness. It may be more suitable for women.

I finished work early and went home to shower and change before heading to my regular check-up with the doctor. This time, it was a blood test, and I might get scolded for being a bit overweight. My wife was going to be home late, so I decided to stop by Sapporo Station for lunch. I ended up eating too much and didn't feel hungry afterwards. I thought about having a drink, so I went to "SOUSE 06" on the 6th floor of Stella Place around 5 pm. It was a bit quiet since there were no other customers, but then a couple came in. I ordered the "SORACHI 1984 (M) @680" and "Pickles @550". The SORACHI beer was delicious, but I wish they poured the foam a bit better. The pickles were made with carrots, lotus root, bell pepper, and quail eggs, and had a strong sour and spicy flavor that went well with the summer beer. I wanted another drink, but it was getting noisy, so I decided to leave. It seemed like a nice place for couples in the evening. Overall, it was a good meal.

Before, there was a shop called Hachika at this location. I heard that Hachika closed down, but now there is a craft beer shop with almost the same concept. The shop's layout and craft beers have not changed, so it might be under the same management. They offer a wide variety of craft beers, which is rare in this area. For beer lovers, this shop is a valuable find. As for the food, it was neither good nor bad. The roast beef was not of high quality, and the Caesar salad was just average. The pasta was decent. If you consider this place as mainly for beer, it's not bad, but I wish they would put more effort into the food.

I visited around 2:00 p.m. during the Bon holiday. Since the 1:00 p.m. rush was over, I was able to sit at the counter right away, but there were still some people lining up at other stores on the same floor. - Salad and soup for 360 yen each both came in large bowls, and I was happy to get plenty of vegetables. - Yuzu Arlio Olio for 1,100 yen, while not salty, had a strong flavor, and personally, I thought it could be a bit lighter in taste.

"Source06" is an Italian restaurant located on the 6th floor of Stella Place, directly connected to JR Sapporo Station. They offer dishes made with Hokkaido ingredients, as well as wine and beer. The restaurant is managed by North Graphic, a subsidiary of Graphic Holdings that operates food and beverage establishments for foreign visitors to Japan. "Source" is a brand launched in 2017 with domestic customers as the main target, and this is their third store in Sapporo. They also have sister restaurants such as Meal Lounge, a pasta shop using local wheat, and Kagayaki, a restaurant at the Otaru Canal. The lunch menu includes dishes like roast beef with wasabi sauce, roast pork with green mustard, and lamb pasta with spices. Although they do not have a designated cafe time, you can enjoy coffee during lunch or dinner. For dessert, we tried the "Gelato of the Day" which was a rich vanilla ice cream and Matudonia peach compote with white wine jelly. The view was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a convenient spot for a quick tea break right above the station.

It was a solo lunch. I was guided to the counter. I could sit comfortably because I could use the chair next to me as a place to put my belongings. I chose from three types of pasta. I chose the aglio e olio with smoked salmon, tomatoes, and asparagus. I also added a soup and salad set, plus a drink. The salad had a dressing that wasn't too salty, which was good. The soup was minestrone, and the conchiglie pasta was chewy. It was delicious with lentils and other ingredients. The pasta had just the right amount of garlic, so it was safe to eat for lunch. Maybe it doesn't matter in the age of masks. LOL

The three-course plate had pork, lamb, and beef, but it was hard to tell which was which without a description (lol). The meat was thinly sliced and easy to eat. However, the rice didn't seem to decrease at all (lol). Also, the rice was too soft. The minestrone was quite ordinary. Overall, the dressings and sauces were too strong. The vegetables were very fresh, except for the slightly hard pumpkin (lol). I wanted to try the Bolognese next time, but seeing the chef looking tired while cooking made me less inclined to revisit... (´-`) crying

Lamb spiced stew pasta with smoked ricotta cheese - the aroma of thyme and cumin in thick fresh pasta, it had a sophisticated taste. It's the first time I've had spices this strong. The meat was tender and delicious. There are other appetizers and terrines that look delicious, and the stylish interior of the restaurant is quite nice.
