We then ordered a bottle of red wine. We added sautéed shirako, Saga beef hiuchi, and oyster and bacon pasta to our order. After waiting 2 and a half hours, the pasta I ordered still hadn't arrived so I ended up canceling it. The taste might be good, but not receiving any food made me feel strange and I left the restaurant with an empty stomach. It was very disappointing. Even though it may be run by just one person, I thought the service was too slow. I felt hesitant to even order water or drinks. If the restaurant is struggling to keep up, maybe they should consider hiring some extra help to at least offer complimentary drinks.
