The road leading to the sky in Shari, a touring trip to Heaven Cafe? The naming seems like it could take you to heaven. Oh, but I'm headed to hell, so I guess it's okay? Down the slope from the parking lot, there's a shop converted from a container. I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, the Ezo deer double cheeseburger set. It cost 1250 yen!! Because it's Ezo deer and in Shari! I placed my order with a lovely young lady, then paid at the cash register. After a short wait, my order arrived. Everything was handed to me in a brown paper bag. Even though it's called a cafe, it's actually a take-out only shop. There are chairs and tables outside, so you can enjoy your meal there. Let's sit on the big rock near the parking lot and enjoy the food. The burger, as expected from the Ezo deer double cheese, had a sufficient amount of meat. The buns were relatively small, soft, and felt like there was less compared to the amount of meat. The Ezo deer patty was surprisingly good, no gamey taste, lighter than beef, and somewhat tasty. However, the issue was that I couldn't feel the grilled taste. It felt more like steamed cooking, gray in color, no burnt marks, but cooked. For a burger at this price, I think it should have that grilled taste. I believe that each time, grilling the patty on a hot plate and serving it hot would be much better. The fillings included lettuce, sliced tomato, and cheese, all of which were of good quality. The fried potatoes, Inca's Awakening, were delicious! Sweet with the right amount of salt, I liked it. Since they're pre-fried, it would be nice to have the option to order freshly made ones, even if it takes a bit longer. After all, no one is in a hurry to eat here, right? It would make it even better, I think. The cola was just average! It was a small size, so a default medium size would be better. After all, it's 1250 yen.
