Every month on the last Monday at 3 PM, this restaurant takes reservations by phone. My friends and I called over 500 times to finally secure a reservation! I couldn't get through, so I'm grateful to my friends (T_T). We had high expectations for the reservation we worked so hard for, but the food exceeded them! It was definitely worth the effort of making all those calls. There were four of us girls, and we ordered Kimchi, Namul, Senmai sashimi, 2 tongue salt, 4 loin, 4 rib, 2 tripe, 2 harami, 2 rice, and 4 sauces. We heard that once you try the salt dishes, you won't want to go back to the sauces, so we ordered accordingly. The Senmai sashimi had a strong flavor from sesame oil and garlic, so we didn't even need the vinegar miso dip. If the tongue salt wasn't salty enough, we could ask for more! Even when well-done, the tongue had a nice chewy texture and was crispy and delicious. The rib was so tender you could practically drink it! We all loved the food so much that we ordered more. We enjoyed it so much that we want to go back again, even if it means making another difficult reservation!

After calling 400 times, we miraculously got through. There were few available days left. We had 4 people and ordered 2 servings of beef intestines, 4 tongue, 2 harami, 2 upper skirt, 2 rosu, and we were full but not too heavy! It was so delicious that we want to come back again.

A highly sought-after restaurant located in Ginza. Finally had the opportunity to visit after wanting to go for a long time. Reservations are extremely difficult to make, with phone reservations available only on the last Monday of the month at 3 PM. Despite the difficulty in getting through, I managed to secure a reservation. This place is famous for its delicious roast beef, but personally, I was really impressed with the salted beef tongue. I started with the tongue, then tried some saucy dishes, but couldn't go back to anything other than the tongue. It was so satisfying that I ended up feeling full just from the tongue. The texture and perfect saltiness of the meat made it irresistible. One thing that stands out about this restaurant's menu is that the seasoning of the meat is so perfect that you feel like you don't need anything else. Even though reservations are tough to get, I would love to visit this place again and again.

I had yakiniku at Tokyoen in Higashi Ginza. I was grateful to be invited by regular customers a few times to Tokyoen. I wonder if it's impossible to secure a reservation on my own. The phone lines were busier than before on the reservation start date, and the business days were reduced, so I think I have no choice but to be taken by regular customers. Tokyoen is so difficult to reserve. I am truly grateful to be invited. The lineup this time included: raw liver, tongue with salt, liver with salt, loin, skirt, and kimchi. This is perfect. First, the raw liver. The punchy raw liver is as delicious as ever. This sesame oil is amazing. I could eat as much as I want. The tongue with salt, one of Tokyoen's specialties. The junky feeling of this tongue with salt is indescribable. Ah, it's delicious. I could mutter endlessly. The liver, which I tried for the first time, was incredibly delicious. It's firm and wonderful. Delicious liver makes you addicted the more you eat. Then, onto the sauce zone. This time, I went for the skirt and loin. It was just amazing. It is very difficult to secure a seat at this restaurant with 4 tables that can accommodate 4 people each. However, when you manage to make a reservation over the phone, it truly brings a sense of happiness. I followed the order of another reviewer for today's meal with 4 people. We ordered 5 servings of salted tongue, 8 servings of loin, 5 servings of Harami, 2 servings of upper mino, 3 servings of raw tripe, 1 Kakuteki, 1 Kimchi, 1 Namul, 2 bottles of Korean seaweed, 3 beers, 2 non-alcoholic beers, 2 highballs, 2 oolong teas, 1 plum soda, 3 bowls of rice, and 2 half bowls of rice. Even with this amount of order, it cost around 10,000 yen per person, which is really great value. The specialty drinkable loin was devoured by all 8 servings. The sauce is delicious and makes the meat slide down smoothly. Be sure to eat it with rice, as they go really well together. The salted tongue is eaten with the sauce, not lemon juice. The thick tongue seems to be rich in tongue meat. I have never had such delicious salted tongue before. It's amazing. The Harami also goes well with the sauce and we finished it in no time. It's tender and easy to eat with a hidden knife cut. The mino is also good. The raw tripe is a must-try menu item here, with the sesame oil adding a nice touch to the vinegar miso. You can tell it's fresh. I hope I can secure another reservation at this wonderful restaurant.

It was amazing again this time! There's a boom in town for yakiniku, but if someone asks where is good, I would definitely mention this place without hesitation. It's a shame that it's hard to get a reservation, but I want to go again. I want to go anytime. Someone said garlic is like legal doping, haha.

I wonder if I will ever find a yakiniku restaurant that surpasses the classic one here... The meat I had tonight was truly delicious, I could eat the premium cuts all night long. Even the supporting roles like harami were so good that in my younger days, I could easily eat three bowls of rice. This yakiniku restaurant is one that I want to visit every month.

Tokyo-en "Higashi Ginza" Menu: Kimchi, Kakuteki, Senmai sashimi, Tongue salt, Harami, Rosu, Kalbi, Minorosu (you know what it is). I was invited for the first time and was excited to visit as the drinkable Rosu is famous and I had seen it on social media. The kimchi dishes are on the sour side, the senmai sashimi is well marinated and can be eaten as is or with vinegar miso. The tongue salt is cut into pieces from the front to the middle, seasoned with sesame oil and garlic, and goes well with white rice. The long-awaited drinkable Rosu is cooked on a roaster and served rare. The meat is cut into small pieces and marinated in a garlic sauce. My personal favorite was the harami with tare sauce. The roughly cut harami with a garlic sauce was delicious, especially when cooked rare. This restaurant is more about the delicious sauce than the quality of the meat. It may not be an easily accessible restaurant, but if you have the chance, definitely give it a try.

I have always wanted to visit this yakiniku restaurant. I was able to secure a highly coveted seat and it was an unforgettable experience. We had beef tripe sashimi, kimchi, namul, salted harami, tongue, tare harami, liver, loin, and kalbi kuppak. The loin was the highlight, it had a melt-in-your-mouth texture and the garlic-heavy sauce was amazing. Even days after the visit, I still find myself reminiscing about the delicious meal. The other meats were also of high quality, but the loin was truly exceptional. The rice was firm and remained tasty even when cold. I usually don't eat much rice, but I finished every last grain. The tangy kimchi, fresh beef tripe sashimi, chewy tongue, and meaty harami were all delicious. The finale, kalbi kuppak, was served with plenty of shichimi pepper for added spice. We were lucky to have a regular customer show us the perfect way to cook the meat. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again in the future!

I always wanted to go and it was my first visit☆ I was surprised to find such a wonderful place in Ginza!!! The atmosphere from the entrance was amazing. The place is famous for its "drinkable beef." We ordered: - Beef intestines sashimi - Tongue (4 servings) - Beef loin (8 servings) - Harami (5 servings) - Liver (2 servings) The specialty drinkable beef was delicious, and the tongue with salt sauce had a unique taste that you can only find here. The harami soaked in sauce was amazingly tender! I usually prefer my harami well-done, but I liked it rare here. Maybe it's because it's from the sagari area? We also tried the liver for the first time here, and we all loved it. The melt-in-your-mouth beef loin paired perfectly with white rice, and the addictive sweet and savory flavor kept us going back for more. The garlic-packed beef intestines sashimi was a luxurious treat for each of us. It was my first time drinking alcohol at this restaurant, and the drinks went down smoothly thanks to the delicious seasoning. First, we ordered kimchi, namul, and senmai sashimi, and the senmai sashimi was so delicious that it went well with beer. For the yakiniku, we were advised to order the salt-based ones first, so we ordered tongue salt, harami, and upper mino. According to some reviews on Tabelog, there were variations in taste depending on the meat procurement, but the tongue salt and harami we had that day were of very good quality and matched well with the salt sauce, making them delicious. We also ordered 8 servings of drinkable rosé, which I hadn't had in a long time. The taste was slightly different from 3 years ago, but the marinated sauce was still delicious and the junky flavor was irresistible. I usually don't eat white rice when I have yakiniku, but on this day, I devoured it all. Finally, we ordered a soup that was not on the menu, egg soup, and when we requested it to the owner, she made it specially for us, which made us happy and it was delicious. Around 8,000 yen, visited "Nomero" for the 6th time in over a year after being invited. ・Kimchi ・Sesame liver sashimi ・Tongue with salt ・Harami ・Salted Harami ・Salted Harami loin I think it was my first time trying kimchi and sesame liver sashimi at this restaurant. I like the sauce here, but salt is also good. I prefer the sticky and crunchy type of kimchi.

Every month, if you manage to get through on the last Monday, you can make a reservation for two months later, but the hurdle is quite high! I couldn't get through on the phone at all. I've been waiting for years for someone to invite me to try the famous "drinkable roast" at Tokyo Garden, and finally I was able to visit!
