This may be a lesser-known restaurant. This time, I visited with the lunch course with a drink (5500 yen). The course includes: - 6 assorted appetizers - Fish dish - Meat dish - Palate cleanser - 6 pieces of sushi - Dessert It's a reasonable course where you can enjoy a variety of dishes. *Note: The visit was during Golden Week, but as of June 20, there is a plan on Ichijiku for 5500 yen for the course + one drink. Please note that this course is not listed on Tabelog. Highlighted Reviews❗️ - Assorted appetizers: Lily bun, strawberry and olive ham roll, special egg, etc. All were delicious, but the strawberry and olive ham roll was outstanding ✨ - Fish dish: Scallop and shiso spring roll with crab sauce. The scallop was delicious on its own, but the crab sauce added a delightful aroma. It was even better when fried. - Meat dish: Awaodori chicken and daikon with green algae sauce. The Awaodori chicken had a firm texture and was full of flavor. It paired well with the green algae sauce ✨ - Sushi: On the visit, there were 6 pieces including marinated sea bream, scallop, bluefin tuna, red snapper, firefly squid, and surf clam. The selection may vary depending on the day. They were all delicious, but the marinated sea bream was a favorite! - Dessert: Monaka with basil yogurt gelato. The basil yogurt had a refreshing taste that was well-received by everyone. In addition to the food, there is a cello performance by the owner after the meal. It was a rare experience to hear cello music in a Japanese restaurant. Lunch with a drink for 5500 yen is a great deal and suitable for a small gathering. They also offer a higher-grade course for 11000 yen, so you can choose according to your budget. Exciting experience at a hidden gem of a restaurant! The appetizers were visually appealing and delicious, made with seasonal ingredients. The second dish was unexpectedly Aqua Pazza. The third dish was tempura made with chicken marinated in koji, which was tender and flavorful. We also enjoyed some sushi. For dessert, we had basil ice cream, a unique and delicious flavor. The atmosphere was great, and we had a wonderful time!

Sushi creation restaurant "Enshi-san"! Located in a back alley near Tenroku Station! Great atmosphere! Excellent cost performance - I'm so full! It's a course meal! It seems like they just opened, so I'm looking forward to how they evolve. Thank you for the feast!
