I stayed at The Westin Osaka for the first time in 5 years! This time, I stayed as a Marriott Platinum member, so I got free access to the lounge and breakfast - such a great deal! The cheesecake at the lounge's afternoon tea was incredibly delicious! The dessert buffet had a small selection, but the taste was great! In the evening at the lounge, you can also enjoy sparkling wine and beer, and there are about 3 hot meal options, so it could even substitute for dinner! It's a bit disappointing that the pool is now charged separately, unlike before, but overall, I am extremely satisfied! Thank you very much!

It was a nice atmosphere in the lounge... However, there weren't many options for food during cocktail hour. Besides the plate, there were only three types, I think - one of them was potato. It wouldn't work as a dinner replacement here. But that's how lounges are, so it doesn't bother me.

I stayed in an Executive Double room at The Westin Osaka and used the Club Lounge. Due to COVID-19 measures, check-in and check-out were done at the lobby counter on the first floor. Tea time was from 15:00 to 17:00, and cocktail time was from 18:00 to 20:00, but there was a time limit due to crowding and COVID-19 measures. Tea time did not include alcohol service. The food during cocktail time and the sweets during tea time were decent, with no major disappointments in taste. It's interesting to see how different hotels in Osaka handle the operation of their Club Lounge and COVID-19 measures.

I used the club lounge twice, once in the evening and once during the day. It was my first time using it as I had stayed in a different room type before. The staff were quick to bring more drinks when we ran out, and it was a nice space. The evening was quite crowded with a lot of people, so there may be times when it's full and you can't get in. I would like to stay in the club lounge when I stay at The Westin in the future.

Checked in at the Executive Club Lounge and enjoyed the Afternoon Tea check-in. It was a more modest amount compared to the Executive check-in Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, so it didn't interfere with dinner. We had dinner reservations at the Imperial Palace, so... Cocktail time in the evening was also great.

This is the Westin Hotel in Umeda, part of the Marriott Bonvoy group. It is located in the Umeda area, but a bit far from the main station. The service provided was of a very high standard and I was satisfied with my experience.

I had requested a late check-out, so I could relax until the evening. After a nap following breakfast, I headed to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea starting at 2 o'clock. The seasonal sweets on a plate with Santa were a special treat before Christmas, and one of the enjoyable aspects of staying at the hotel.

I checked out late at the club lounge and left my luggage there to enjoy afternoon tea. I had dessert on a plate and started with sparkling wine, then switched to cola. It was a relaxing and enjoyable time.

I was feeling a bit sick, so I changed my plans, went to the hospital, checked in early, rested for a bit, and then went to the lounge. The interior had a classical feel, with not too many seats. I enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine and some snacks while looking at the night view of Osaka. You could even see the Tempozan Ferris Wheel in the distance.

It's a small lounge with a cute afternoon sweets plate that looks good and tastes good. Champagne is also freely available, which makes me happy. However, the review for lunch is 3.3, but for evening... Cocktail hour is honestly a big drop. It's just a few small appetizers and the alcohol is lacking. It might be better to just go somewhere for a meal instead of trying to make do here. It's best not to expect too much for the evening.

We also used this place for breakfast. Probably more available on the first floor. It was delicious.

Spring is the season for cherry blossom sweets! They had hibiscus jelly, pound cake with cherry blossom flavor, matcha macarons, chocolate assortment, and I think there was also orange mousse. I can't wait to see what other sweets they will offer next time.

In the past, we could freely enjoy scones and cookies, but now it seems to have changed to one-plate sweets. I am happy that we can drink as much champagne as we like!

I stayed at The Westin Osaka's Executive Club Floor to give my wife a relaxing experience, but I found that there were no real advantages compared to a regular floor. The lounge's breakfast and snacks were disappointing, check-in was slow with only one staff member, and they didn't help with luggage. The hotel seems to have a lot of young staff who lack attentiveness. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed with my stay, especially considering my previous positive experiences at luxury hotels like The Ritz-Carlton and Intercontinental.

In May 2017, we revisited the hotel at the request of our children who couldn't forget the comfortable stay we had before. We stayed in a Junior Suite, escaping the crowded Pokémon Center Osaka, eager to relax in our room. We stayed on the Executive Floor, one week after the Pokémon GO release and the renovation. The Executive Floor rooms were renovated in July 2016, creating a calm atmosphere with a black color scheme. The layout remained the same, but the furnishings and amenities were updated, including a nice new carpet. All rooms are now non-smoking, and complimentary espresso is provided in the rooms. The service has also changed significantly, with the option to choose breakfast at either Amadeus or the Executive Lounge. Previously, breakfast was limited to the Executive Lounge and did not include Japanese cuisine, so we were pleased with this change. While children under elementary school age are no longer allowed at the 6pm cocktail time, they now serve champagne, including a delicious Jacquart champagne. The staff discreetly offered refills, making us feel welcome to enjoy the drinks. The cocktail time offers a wide selection of drinks, except for draft beer. During tea time, the chef recommended a mango mousse, which we gladly accepted. The hotel in Umeda, Westin, is doing a great job in a competitive area. We were impressed and definitely want to come back.

Stayed at The Westin Hotel Osaka and took a break at the Executive Club Lounge on the 26th floor. The view from the 26th floor as the sun sets is lovely, and the lounge with spacious sofas makes you feel quite executive. The ambiance is fantastic. I enjoyed a relaxing moment with a Perrier drink beautifully poured in the serene atmosphere. I wanted to visit again at night, but unfortunately, it was only until 10 p.m.

⭐︎During the COVID-19 period, guests staying at the [facility] can enjoy Tea Time from 15:00 to 17:00 at CONDI on the first floor, where you can order Plate Dessert and drinks such as Diarman, Polvoron, and Matcha Terrine. Cocktail Time is from 17:30 to 19:00, where you can order Plate dishes that are brought to your table. You can choose from a selection of Non-alcoholic Sparkling drinks. The service is attentive and includes dishes such as Marinated Salmon, Seafood Aspic, Prosciutto with Mozzarella, assorted vegetables and mushrooms, Garlic Toast, and Chicken Breast.
