"KOMARU Ice Cream Shop" opened in a new location on October 4, 2022. Supervised by Matsuyama, the head chef of "Matsuyama Goryori," a popular Japanese restaurant in Kurazaki, Fukuoka, which has earned a Michelin star. This ice cream specialty shop offers rich and flavorful ice cream created by the Michelin chef. Inside the shop, you can find a variety of ice cream flavors available for purchase to enjoy at home, give as gifts, or even have them shipped. You can also order a rich and creamy soft serve ice cream made with Jersey cow milk from Kumamoto. The soft serve has a sophisticated taste that is both rich and elegant, making it a unique treat that is not easily found elsewhere. If you love soft serve and ice cream, this is a must-visit place!"

Non-additive ice cream. It has become so famous that there are always long lines. I couldn't decide what to order, but ended up choosing chocolate. Its reliability is just too strong. I wonder if they will continue to expand in the future. Most of all, they had a new menu, so I want to try that next.

I went because I wanted to eat mango soft serve, but it was only available until August. The September limited edition was chestnut Mont Blanc soft serve, which was delicious as expected. The coffee jelly was also delicious, making it hard to decide which one to choose. The cup ice cream for takeout was also excellent and perfect as a souvenir.

I stopped by on my way back because I had some errands nearby. There was a bit of a line, but I was served quickly. I got a mango soft serve and a coffee jelly soft serve to go. The soft serve was quite rich. It might be a bit heavy for me, haha. I preferred the coffee jelly one as it had a nice balance of sweetness and bitterness.

I used to frequent an ice cream shop produced by "Goryori Matsumountain" in Kitakyushu, but it moved and became inconvenient for me. By chance, I happened to pass by the new location and finally managed to visit! In the shop that used to be in the department store basement, in addition to soft serve ice cream, there were many flavors of ice cream available, like pistachio and cheesecake, which I liked. But here, ice cream is only available for takeout. So, I ordered the Black Saki Choco Soft Serve for 500 yen. It is a rich soft serve made with Jersey cow milk from Kumamoto and Hokkaido cream. It is heavy and doesn't collapse even when turned upside down, with a crispy chocolate inserted in the middle. The combination of crispy chocolate and rich soft serve is really delicious. It's a bit disappointing that there is no eat-in area inside the shop, only a small bench and pipe chairs outside. But I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

It was too hot, so I came to this shop in search of some coolness. I ordered chocolate soft serve ice cream. They made a normal soft serve first and then dipped it in chocolate. It was amazing how the chocolate coated it perfectly without mixing. The chocolate was so smooth and melted in my mouth unexpectedly. The soft serve was quite sweet and creamy, especially with the chocolate. It was delicious with nuts sprinkled on top, and the soft serve was full until the end. Thank you for the treat. Sweet and creamy soft serve ice cream!【KOMARU】

I enjoyed it very much. The soft serve ice cream is rich yet has a light and refreshing aftertaste. Eating one did not make me feel thirsty or anything like that. I had the Earl Grey soft serve ice cream. The pistachio and chocolate flavors are also delicious.

I visited Matsuyama-san yesterday and was impressed by the noble rot wine ice cream I had at the end. I heard that the ice cream shop also sells it, so on my way back from Fukuoka, I decided to stop by this shop. I bought the following items for takeout:
- Chocolate Soft Serve Ice Cream for 500 yen (tax included)
This is an original soft serve ice cream that is rich and delicious, with chocolate drizzled on top. The chocolate is moist and soft, melting in your mouth and mixing with the milk to create an incredibly delicious flavor! Most places that serve ice cream with chocolate tend to focus on the crispy texture, but I think it's quite difficult to achieve this moist texture within the coldness. I truly enjoyed this incredibly delicious dessert. Thank you for the meal.

I ate Kurosaki chocolate soft serve. The performance of chocolate with a splash is exciting. The soft serve with nuts as toppings is delicious with a crispy chocolate. It is a restaurant supervised by a Michelin one-star Japanese chef. There is one bench and two chairs outside the restaurant. I went with the children. Kurosaki Chocolate Soft Serve (No. 1 in popularity) 500 yen Kurosaki Soft Serve (No. 2 in popularity) 400 yen Soft serve that won't fall even when turned upside down. Freshly squeezed soft serve dipped upside down into chocolate, slowly pulled up, coating the soft serve beautifully with chocolate. Finally, nuts are sprinkled on top. Well done, staff. The children and I enjoyed eating it slowly on the bench outside. The soft serve was packed all the way to the bottom of the cone, with a rich milk flavor, and was delicious.

While walking in Yakuin, I discovered an ice cream shop called "Hyogashiya KOMARU Yakuin Store". This place is supervised by someone who runs a Japanese restaurant in a town called Kurosaki, and I remember how delicious the ice cream was when I visited the KOMARU main store near Kurosaki after having Japanese food there. It was so good that I ended up trying about 7 different flavors (sharing with friends). It has been a while since then, so I decided to try the Kurosaki chocolate soft serve, but I couldn't resist the strawberry Mont Blanc soft serve. It's amazing how they wrap soft serve in strawberry cream! It has a slightly sweet and sour taste, with the rich flavor of strawberries and milk combining to create a delicious treat.

I enjoyed the food, but 500 yen is a bit expensive. The location is on the outskirts of Yakuin, so I happened to eat there while passing by, but it's not a place I would come to specifically. It's not easy to come here, and it would be tough to walk this far in the middle of summer. They accept PayPay.

I saw a sign as I was passing by and decided to stop by! It seems to be a popular soft serve ice cream shop, featuring Jersey cow soft serve. The soft serve is light and not too rich, appealing to everyone. I had the affogato, which was small for 500 yen, but just the right size for winter. I also tried their coffee, which had a mild bitterness and a pleasant aftertaste. Thank you for the meal!

A Michelin one-star chef (Terumi Matsuyama) supervised this ice cream specialty shop. Their ice cream is so unique that it won't fall even when turned upside down! The Black Saki Chocolate Soft Serve (500 yen) is a soft serve ice cream dipped in a sea of chocolate and topped with nuts. The soft serve is rich and you can taste the creamy milk flavor. The crunchy chocolate and nuts add a nice touch to it, making it easy to finish in one go! They also seem to sell something called "Hot Ice," which seems convenient to enjoy even in winter, and they have ice cream cakes that would make great gifts. I heard a rumor that the ice cream shop near the udon restaurant is delicious, so I decided to check it out. I ordered a regular vanilla cone, while my friend got one with chocolate coating. The soft serve was very rich and creamy, but surprisingly not too milky. The aftertaste was light and the cream flavor really stood out. Despite the cold weather, it was really delicious!

I wanted to try the Kurosaki Choco Soft ice cream at KOMARU in Kurosaki, Fukuoka Prefecture, where they coat soft serve ice cream with chocolate while it's upside down. However, I never had the chance to go to the main store in Kurosaki due to closed days or lack of time. But I heard that a new branch opened in Yakuin, so I went there right away. It's about a 5-minute walk from Yakuin Odori Station, and I was able to purchase it without waiting around 3:30 pm on a weekday. There were a couple of benches outside the store where you can sit and enjoy the ice cream. The Kurosaki Choco Soft (500 yen) looked exactly as I had imagined, and it tasted delicious. The soft serve was creamy and made with Jersey milk from Aso, giving it a rich milk flavor. The chocolate coating wasn't crispy as I expected, but it had a soft texture. Overall, it was a tasty treat and I'm glad I finally got to try it after wanting to visit the main store for so long.

"Kurosaki Chocolate Soft" - A famous ice cream shop from Kitakyushu has opened up! I don't usually eat sweets, but after enjoying ramen in my favorite area, I felt drawn to try this. The ice cream didn't melt easily and had a rich chocolate flavor. It may seem simple, but the taste was exquisite. It had a luxurious and creamy taste that was hard to resist.

The renowned Japanese restaurant "Matsuyama" in Kitakyushu, which has received high ratings on various gourmet websites, has recently relocated and opened a gelato shop at street level in Fukuoka Mitsukoshi (Yakuin). The shop is located right next to the famous tempura restaurant "Tenkou," which has been listed in the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. I purchased gelato, dorayaki ice cream, and soft serve in bulk. Even though I had tried their products during their time at Mitsukoshi, I could still feel the chef's ambitious dedication to using additive-free ingredients and local Kyushu produce. The milk and vanilla flavors have a solid structure with a balance of richness and a refreshing taste, making it a suitable dessert for people of all ages. I am looking forward to trying other flavors like pistachio as well. I highly recommend visiting this place. Thank you for reading until the end. If you enjoyed the review, please like, follow, and save the restaurant. Thank you. Additionally, the owner of "Matsuyama" also offers a popular and hard-to-find item called "Special Butter Sandwich," which I also tried and can attest to its exceptional quality.

This is a popular ice cream shop in Kurosaki, Yakuin 2-chome. It used to be located inside Fukuoka Mitsukoshi, but it moved to Yakuin in October 2022. The shop mainly offers takeout options, although there are benches outside. I tried four types of ice cream and soft serve on this day. The soft serve was Matcha Soft Serve for 600 yen, made with Kyoto's Kooyamaen matcha, topped with white dumplings and red bean paste. The ice cream flavors I tried were Vanilla for 400 yen, Pistachio for 450 yen, Kinako Walnut for 450 yen, and Sesame Black Honey for 400 yen. The shop is located near the FamilyMart Yakuin 2-chome store.
