I felt like having a cafe lunch after a long time, so I visited this shop that I had been checking out. The lunch menu offers a choice of 4 options, and each menu comes with a free salad bar. You can also add a drink bar for an additional fee. Today, I was with a companion, so we each ordered the daily special and the hamburger lunch. After placing our orders, we headed to the salad bar area in the center of the floor to choose from a variety of fresh vegetables in a buffet style. There were about 20 different types of salads to choose from, and you could select from 4 types of dressings to season them. You could also enjoy a consommé soup with onions and zucchini. While enjoying the salad, our main dishes were soon brought to us. The daily special was "Youlinji" (a Chinese dish), and although the hamburger was a bit disappointing, the Youlinji was delicious with hot fried chicken covered in a vinegar-based green onion sauce. The stylish space, made from upcycled materials, had a high ceiling and a very relaxed atmosphere, allowing us to enjoy our lunch. It was an affordable lunch! Today's lunch was pork ginger stir-fry. It was not too heavy and very delicious. Actually, I was aiming for the salad, and since it was all-you-can-eat, I could have seconds. I've been lacking vegetables lately, so I'm very grateful. I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. I couldn't decide between the hamburger or the chicken nanban, but ended up choosing the chicken nanban. They had a salad bar and a drink bar, and the salad bar had a variety of vegetables! It was a great value. The drink bar also had a good selection. As for the chicken nanban, it didn't look like typical chicken nanban, but the chicken was tender and the sauce matched well with the tartar sauce. The restaurant could accommodate a good number of people, but having only one restroom led to a line forming, which was a downside. Other than that, it was a really good experience.

It's been a while since I visited Sharbon! They have a small coffee roasting space next to the cafe, where you can enjoy coffee roasted on site. I decided to try an affogato and a cafe latte. The espresso in the affogato was rich and incredibly delicious! The coffee was strong and paired perfectly with the milk. The quality was really high!

I visited the restaurant on Friday at 8pm. The atmosphere inside was very nice and had a sense of openness. There were many customers, but there were also plenty of empty seats because the restaurant has a lot of seating. It seems like a good place to visit for a second round. - Burrata Cheese: The strawberries and fruit tomatoes were sweet, and they paired well with the milky and salty Burrata cheese. - Carbonara: The cheese is shaved right in front of you to finish the dish. The fluffy shaved cheese looks cute, and of course, the Carbonara itself was rich and delicious. - Chicago Pizza: It may look small, but the amount of cheese makes it very satisfying. The crust is crispy and delicious. - Gateau Chocolat: The cream on top looks cute with a lot of cream. The cream is like ice cream, so it doesn't feel too heavy. It goes well with the sweet yet slightly bitter taste of the Gateau Chocolat. The menu is delicious and cute, with a wide variety of desserts, making me feel like I'll definitely come back again. ☺︎

A calm atmosphere and great customer service. The daily special was roast pork. It was surprisingly delicious for the price, and the salad bar being included is a plus. You can have unlimited refills at the salad bar (I double-checked with the staff). You can also order cake after your meal, so adding the drink bar option during lunch might be a good idea. Enjoyable conversations, delicious food, and a pleasant tea time afterwards. It's easy to see why this place is popular. It's recommended to make a reservation or go around opening time. Overall, it's a really great restaurant.

This is my second visit. The first time I tried their famous (?) hamburger, but this time I was curious about the chicken nanban so I ordered it. This restaurant has an amazing salad bar. Not only a variety of regular vegetables, but the potato salad is the best! It's rich and delicious, maybe with avocado in it! Haha. By the way, the chicken nanban was also excellent. My companion had the yangnyeom chicken, which may seem surprising at this restaurant, but it looked delicious! We enjoyed a leisurely coffee from the drink bar after our meal, and had a great afternoon. I will definitely go back again!!

I found out from the staff that the building used to be a warehouse, dating back several decades. I love this retro atmosphere. I ordered the daily special shrimp chili. The salad bar had a variety of healthy options like tofu, cherry tomatoes, and seaweed, with a good selection of dressings. The shrimp chili had a generous amount of shrimp and was very delicious. I got carried away chatting and forgot to take photos, haha. I stayed until after 3 pm with the drink bar included, enjoying a satisfying meal at a great value.

I had shirasu and mentaiko ahijo, snow country carbonara, sautéed chicken thighs, and pink grapefruit with some kind of dressing. It was all so delicious and exciting with unique and interesting menu items!

After dinner, I decided to have some tea. The cafe had a stylish vibe and although they also offered lunch, I chose to come for tea. It was a bit dark inside the cafe, making it hard to read the menu. I couldn't even see the menu items clearly with my phone camera due to the darkness. I ordered the Black Sugar Peanut Gateau Chocolat and the Orange and Pistachio Tart, each priced at 750 yen, and I also got a Caramel Nut black tea for 550 yen. The cakes arrived but it was difficult to see them clearly in the dim light. The tart had a tangy orange flavor, but the pistachio was hard to distinguish. After adjusting the exposure of the photos, I finally saw that there were oranges on top and pistachios in the middle. The Gateau Chocolat had a crunchy black sugar accent, and the peanuts were surprisingly good. Both cakes came with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the cafe reminded me of Garb, a convenient place for tea with a big selection. Thank you for the meal.

The only downside was that the portion of the garlic shrimp was too small. If it's that small, it would be better to use a slightly smaller dish. LOL Also, a trendy salad came as an appetizer, but I didn't know how to eat the grass in the cup. It would have been nice if they had explained it to us!! What bothers me is that each dish comes out slowly. Also, the staff seemed a bit inattentive...? It took a while for them to bring water.
