I came for the lunch menu but they only offer a buffet. The buffet style was good in a way that you can help yourself, but if you have any requests or questions, you need to ask the staff each time. You order rice, focaccia, soup, and drinks at the counter and then help yourself. The focaccia was fluffy and delicious. The brown rice was soft and gentle on the stomach. The stir-fried tomato and egg, and the sweet and spicy stir-fried eggplant and bell pepper were tasty, like a regular Chinese set meal. The salad buffet had a decent variety of vegetables but there is still room for improvement.

In Tenma Bridge, there is a healthy and cozy restaurant. They offer a variety of menu options, but the lunch buffet is the way to go. From crispy salads to salmon, chicken breast, pastrami beef, prosciutto, and various side dishes. The dressings are on the healthier side. You can choose from mixed grain rice or focaccia for carbohydrates, or even both separately. The Chapchae side dish tends to be a popular choice. It's a well-balanced, healthy meal that leaves you satisfied. Plus, it comes with iced coffee to finish off your meal perfectly.

The restaurant I was planning to go to was closed, so I decided to visit this place again where I had been before. The service was a bit different this time, as you had to order rice, bread, soup, and drinks at the counter. When I asked for the buffet, the staff asked if I had been there before, and when I said yes, they told me to go ahead. The vegetable options were great and I enjoyed the homemade potato salad. Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you for the meal!

I noticed a vegetable buffet sign while walking around, and I was drawn to the restaurant on the second floor. The interior was bright and spacious, with a simple design. The buffet consisted of a variety of fresh and colorful vegetables, cooked vegetable dishes, roast beef, and more, where you could take as much as you wanted. Rice or bread and a drink were included as well. The vegetables looked delicious, carefully selected by the vegetable sommelier who is the store manager. The dressings provided were carrot and lemon. The cooked dishes looked refreshing and tasty. I filled my plate with a few items, but the small portions made me hesitate to take more. Even though they replenished the dishes, I found myself taking a little bit at a time. All the vegetables were delicious. However, the egg soup of the day had a strong raw egg smell, which made me reluctant to try it. In addition to the buffet, they also offered a la carte menu items, but I still prefer the buffet style.

It has been hot, then cool, then rainy, and the pollen has been flying around. The weather changes so much that it's a bit exhausting. Even though I'm hungry, I can't think of what I want to eat. As I was walking around, I saw the words "Lunch Buffet." This is a place where I had delicious vegetables with a friend before. Let's enjoy plenty of vegetables. It's on the second floor of Osaka Ohsho. I went up the stairs and asked for a window seat for the buffet. They explained the system to me. I chose brown rice and focaccia, and a drink is included. I'll ask for it after eating. I picked up a tray and let's go! Several types of fresh vegetables. Various types of meat including roast beef. Several vegetable dishes. Mini cakes too. A wide variety of options. I returned to my table and started eating. The fresh vegetables are delicious as I remembered. There are also several dressings to choose from. The meat is more for protein intake than just meat. I eat the thinly sliced meat in a balanced way. Maybe because I ate the vegetables first, I can taste the saltiness more. Vegetables are my favorite. The vegetable dishes are also delicious. And then seconds. I ate deliciously and got full. Finally, a mini cake. I was going to have coffee with my drink, but I found "grape juice" which is rare, so I chose that. Plenty of juice. It's delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. The mini cake is also appreciated. Salad, meat, soup (pot-au-feu), dessert, drink. All of this for 980 yen is more than satisfying. I enjoyed it so much. Thank you for the meal.

I looked at the Uber Eats flyer and decided to have lunch. It was 1 pm on a weekday and there were no customers. I tried to sit at a table for 3 in the back, but was asked to sit at the counter or a table for 2. I ended up at the end of the counter. Two people who came in later seemed to be regulars. As soon as they entered, they started taking plates and serving themselves salad. The two of them got soup and bread or rice first, but I had to wait until I finished my salad before my soup and rice arrived. There were leafy vegetables and various dishes (roast beef, smoked salmon, roast chicken, pot-au-feu, tuna, diced avocado). It was not an all-you-can-eat style, but more like a replenishment as needed, which seemed to maintain freshness. This way, there was less waste. I was able to enjoy the salad thoroughly. The meal came with a drink and cost 980 yen. Thank you for the meal.

The other day, I attended a girls' night out and heard they offer a lunch buffet... I had to go! Not only could I eat lots of vegetables, but they also had chirashi sushi for the Hina Matsuri season. It was delicious. The roast beef and chicken were also plentiful. Today's soup (a vegetable-packed minestrone on this day) was delicious. And all of this for only 980 yen! Is that even possible? The value for money here is something to be concerned about. It's no wonder that the lunchtime was packed with customers. Oh, if only I lived closer, I would go there often. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was at "DEGI VEGE" in Temmabashi. I had the Winter Vegetable Plate, while my friend had the Protein Balls. The pesticide-free hydroponic vegetables were delicious with a gentle and rounded flavor. The soup with plenty of ingredients warmed up our cold bodies. The chewy focaccia was also delicious. We also got two slices of light roast beef. The crackers came with cream cheese and yuzu miso. The dressings were also tasty. The wooden interior of the restaurant was cozy, and sitting by the window, we could leisurely watch people and cars passing by on the sidewalk. Enjoying delicious vegetables in the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel peaceful. The menu, including crepes and salads, was extensive and I was happy about that. I heard that the restaurant was renovated and reopened in November last year. I didn't know there was such a nice place above Osaka Ohsho. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I found the atmosphere welcoming for women dining alone. The chicken was tender, and the rice, salad, and fruit were all delicious. The soup I ordered as an extra was exceptionally tasty. I will definitely be going back!

Vegetable sommelier in the shop! I had lunch at this place today, which I had been interested in for a while. It's located on the second floor of a building and has a very stylish atmosphere! The interior is bright with lots of light coming in. The menu includes not only salads but also meat and multigrain rice plates, so I ordered the roast beef plate since I was quite hungry. The plate was beautifully arranged and very Instagrammable! The salad was fresh and crunchy, and the refreshing dressing went well with the crisp vegetables. The roast beef was moist and tender, and paired nicely with the texture of the multigrain rice. The sweet and savory sauce and the runny onsen egg complemented the roast beef perfectly! The blue sauce on the plate is called Aroma Dressing, which contains rosemary, mint, and apple, adding a refreshing flavor to the salad and meat. It truly enhances the enjoyment of the vegetables and meat. Lastly, the original blend tea after the meal was a nice touch to further relax and unwind. The atmosphere of the shop was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making it a very comfortable place to be. I've found another shop that I would like to visit again.

The workplace is near Temmabashi, so I have used this restaurant several times. The taste is delicious! However, the owner or manager, a woman, can be harsh and unfriendly. A few months ago, there were young staff members who were working hard and creating a lively atmosphere, which was nice. When customers arrive, they are only asked if they would like to have the buffet. As a customer, I don't know what to do next. The restaurant is not very spacious, and depending on the table you are seated at, you cannot see what is happening around you. Some customers remain seated, waiting for a staff member to bring water and plates. Only then does the woman come over and say, "Everything is self-service here!" She could simply ask if it is the customer's first time visiting. When customers stand up to get food from the buffet, she tells them, without a smile, "The food is over here!" and points in the direction. Since there are no instructions, customers are left confused. If the staff is going to intervene and give directions or reminders, they should do so from the beginning. After 12:30, the food starts to run out, so be careful. For example, the shrimp in the shrimp chili is replaced with zucchini and onions, the cream stew with meatballs only has cabbage left, and the fruit punch has only a few grapes remaining. The chicken and prosciutto in the salad bar are in tiny pieces. The staff seems unaware of the food situation. Are they not going to replenish the dishes until they are completely empty? This situation continued for over 10 minutes. Coming to this restaurant during a precious lunch break, I must honestly say that it was disappointing. They start making food only after noticing it's running out, which is slow. They don't need to keep an eye on the customers, they should focus on looking at the food first. Even if the vegetables are delicious, they should consider whether the customers are satisfied. If they continue like this, customers will start to leave.

You can enjoy plenty of delicious vegetables here. They also have limited edition wines, which we tried during our girls' night out. We kept saying things like, "It's guilt-free, right?" "It's healthy, right?" "Since it's vegetables, it's zero calories, right?" and ended up eating so much! But hey, you can never have too many delicious vegetables, right? When you're busy, it's easy to miss out on eating enough vegetables, so I'm grateful for this place. Thank you for the meal. I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take photos...tears.

I ordered from Uber Eats again because it was delicious last time. I chose a fruit salad base and added avocado and boiled eggs as toppings. The recommended dressing was lemon, so I chose that. They also included a flyer, and I heard they offer a salad buffet on weekdays, so I would like to try that next time.

I ordered from Uber Eats. I chose a non-oil tomato-based dressing. I turned it into a fruit salad and added avocado and boiled eggs as toppings. I felt like eating vegetables but didn't want chicken or anything like that, so I found one with fruit and ordered it. It was delicious and just as I imagined! Next time, I will try ordering one with mixed grains.
