The workplace is near Temmabashi, so I have used this restaurant several times. The taste is delicious! However, the owner or manager, a woman, can be harsh and unfriendly. A few months ago, there were young staff members who were working hard and creating a lively atmosphere, which was nice. When customers arrive, they are only asked if they would like to have the buffet. As a customer, I don't know what to do next. The restaurant is not very spacious, and depending on the table you are seated at, you cannot see what is happening around you. Some customers remain seated, waiting for a staff member to bring water and plates. Only then does the woman come over and say, "Everything is self-service here!" She could simply ask if it is the customer's first time visiting. When customers stand up to get food from the buffet, she tells them, without a smile, "The food is over here!" and points in the direction. Since there are no instructions, customers are left confused. If the staff is going to intervene and give directions or reminders, they should do so from the beginning. After 12:30, the food starts to run out, so be careful. For example, the shrimp in the shrimp chili is replaced with zucchini and onions, the cream stew with meatballs only has cabbage left, and the fruit punch has only a few grapes remaining. The chicken and prosciutto in the salad bar are in tiny pieces. The staff seems unaware of the food situation. Are they not going to replenish the dishes until they are completely empty? This situation continued for over 10 minutes. Coming to this restaurant during a precious lunch break, I must honestly say that it was disappointing. They start making food only after noticing it's running out, which is slow. They don't need to keep an eye on the customers, they should focus on looking at the food first. Even if the vegetables are delicious, they should consider whether the customers are satisfied. If they continue like this, customers will start to leave.
