Near Nogata Station, I went to a natto specialty store called Hakata Food Park Nattoya Nenrando Dinner and tried the Nattoya All-You-Can-Eat Course with Drink Bar. First, the chef's recommended appetizers were served, including natto with green onions, natto with tuna, and natto with yuba. The natto with tuna was a bit too soy sauce-flavored for my taste, but I enjoyed the unique texture of the yuba combined with natto. Next, a sticky taro Italian salad was served, with a colorful arrangement of vegetables and fruits, including crunchy potato chips. The natto in the salad was a pleasant surprise and added an interesting texture. Then, a creative dish of shrimp and mayonnaise natto sauce was served, which I found delightful. The slow-cooked pork belly natto was tender and flavorful, followed by a refreshing dish of thick-fried tofu and okra with natto. The popular crispy natto croquette was a unique and delicious dish, with a crispy exterior and a soft, natto-flavored interior. The dish of squid and enoki mushrooms with natto lemon butter sauce was surprisingly tangy and addictive. For the main course, I chose the daily natto pasta, which had spinach, bacon, and natto in a Japanese-style pasta dish. The dessert options included sweet natto Mont Blanc, natto rare cheesecake, natto chocolate roll cake, natto tiramisu, natto kinako mousse, natto gateau chocolat, natto chocolate, and natto ice cream (vanilla, matcha, or strawberry). I tried the intriguing sweet natto Mont Blanc, which had a subtle natto flavor that complemented the sweetness of the dessert. For drinks, I had pomegranate juice, tropical mango juice, paradise pineapple juice, and apple juice, all of which were fruity and delicious. The restaurant had a chic and sophisticated atmosphere, and offered a wide variety of unique natto dishes that would appeal to natto lovers and those looking to try something different. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area, and I look forward to trying their lunch menu in the future.
