When you enter through the heavy door, you'll find a stylish interior with sofa seating, giving off a date or girls' night out vibe. At times, it can get lively with families and children, but you can also enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere depending on the time. I tried the "Silver Blend," which you can get two cups of with a French press. It's a deep roasted blend with low acidity, which I liked. And the portion size was generous. The coffee and tea at this specialty shop are abundant. The "Golden Parfait" offers layers of flavors from meringue and soft serve to lemon jelly. The matcha variation was not very bitter, and the soft serve with red beans had a nice balance. I might try their meals next time.

I was aiming for the Kobe black lamp steak, but they didn't have it that day, so I went for the Shiraoi beef lamp steak instead. My partner ordered the beef tongue beef stew. Instead of getting a set meal with unnecessary items like rice and foie gras sauté, we opted for individual items and selected a power salad and truffle fried potatoes. The salad dressing was delicious, and the lamp steak was exactly what I wanted. It was tender with the right amount of pinkness and very tasty. It was great dipped in the sauce, but even better when eaten with rock salt for a hint of sweetness. The soy sauce was a bit on the salty side. The 150g steak disappeared in no time (T.T). My partner's beef stew was tender and not too rich, making it very delicious. The fried potatoes didn't have much truffle flavor, but they were seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is located on the second floor with a parking lot below. In addition to steak, they also offer pancakes served in a cast-iron skillet, which I am curious about.

I climbed the stairs, entered the entrance, underwent alcohol disinfection and temperature check, and was then guided to an available seat. I visited around noon, so there was a lunch menu available, including steak and hamburgers. I ordered the "Slow-cooked Beef Tongue Beef Stew Lunch Set." Looking around, there were about five tables for 4-6 people each, and surprisingly no counter seats. After about 15 minutes, the "Beef Stew" was brought out in a large iron pot. When the waitress took off the lid, it made a sizzling sound. The aroma of the demi-glace sauce filled the air. The demi-glace sauce had a rich flavor with a slight acidity. The beef tongue was very tender, almost melting in the mouth. The stew also contained potatoes, broccoli, and two small round green vegetables whose names I didn't know. These unknown vegetables had a bit of bitterness, which refreshed the taste when eaten before the beef stew. The "Slow-cooked Beef Tongue Beef Stew Lunch Set" costs 2,400 yen including tax during lunchtime. We had reserved a table in advance, and even though there were three of us, we were seated at a spacious sofa for six. I wanted to try the Cloud Sea Pancakes (the ones with lots of whipped cream on top) but they were sold out, so I ordered plain pancakes with whipped cream and maple syrup on top, along with soft serve ice cream. I also ordered a hot coffee. The coffee arrived first, so we sipped on it while waiting for the pancakes. When the pancakes arrived, they looked amazing! Fluffy pancakes in a skillet with butter on top that melted down the sides into the grooves. The surface was crispy, the inside was fluffy and light - a texture I've never experienced before! Eating it with butter, maple syrup, and whipped cream was a delightful experience. The soft serve ice cream was not too sweet, had a strong milk flavor, was smooth, and delicious too. I'll definitely be back for the Cloud Sea Pancakes next time!

I ordered the Hokkaido beef fillet steak 150g on its own, along with a power salad with plenty of vegetables, soup, and a cup of Silver Coffee Blend. The steak was tender, juicy, and delicious, guilt-free with its lean meat. The power salad had a variety of vegetables and was quite filling, like a chopped salad mixed together and eaten with a spoon. As for the Silver Coffee, it was served in a silver French press and a double-walled stainless cup to keep it warm until the last drop. The attention to detail was evident not only in the server but also in the delicious coffee. I also tried some of my companion's potatoes and sauté, and they were all delicious. It was a luxurious meal with truffles, foie gras, and more. It was a delightful encounter with a restaurant that made me want to go back. Truly delightful.

My companion ordered the Hokkaido beef fillet steak set which also included soup, rice, and coffee. The beef harami steak priced at 1200 yen (excluding tax) was enjoyable with a strong meaty flavor and a solid texture. It was satisfying to savor the taste of the meat with rock salt and pepper, followed by a soy sauce-based sauce that complemented the rice well. The Hokkaido beef fillet steak set (150g) priced at 1500 yen (excluding tax) was visually appealing with a thick fillet steak on a hot plate, accompanied by corn, broccoli, onion soup, and rice. The steak was tender enough to be easily cut, with a light and savory taste, providing a fulfilling steak experience. Overall, the recommended points include the value for money with the morning menu (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am) where rice, soup, and coffee that would normally cost around 600 yen are included for free with the steak set. I look forward to trying the morning curry next time.

When entering Gin Coffee Shop, there were no other customers so I was told to choose any seat I liked, but I had a feeling that more customers would come later, so I chose a table for two. Soon after, a group of four ladies arrived and used the larger table. Couples also came in, indicating that the cafe time is quite popular. The store has a covered parking area, which will be convenient in the snowy season, but since the store is located on the second floor, I wonder how the stairs will be during heavy snowfall. The Iron Blend Dark Roast coffee had a robust and flavorful taste. As expected, it had a strong flavor with a rounded bitterness that was approachable, making it a high-concentration coffee. The aroma that comes through the nose is good, with a gentle acidity becoming noticeable from the second cup onwards, allowing you to experience the true taste of coffee. The French press provided a reliable and delicious coffee experience, with a solid coffee concept offering a variety of blends, single origin coffees, and the coffee of the month. It feels like they are providing quality offerings. Plus, the fact that you can get about two cups worth of coffee makes it a good deal. The self-operated French press and the waiting time with the hourglass added an enjoyable element to the experience. The service was smart and seemed to have a solid foundation. I'm considering coming back to try their steak along with the coffee.
