Near Hakata Station, there is such a stylish and urban building. It feels like Tokyo. The terrace seats and the indoor seats with large windows allow the sunlight to come in, creating a pleasant atmosphere. My friend and I ordered the hamburger lunch and the steak lunch. The hamburger was juicy and flavorful, with a strong meaty taste. The steak had a firm texture, mostly lean and full of protein. The salad had a variety of vegetables, which was nice. Coffee or tea is served after the meal. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the ambiance of the restaurant was very stylish and cozy. It seems like a great place for a barbecue in the summer. Thank you for the wonderful meal. It's somewhere urban but warm.【GARB LEAVES】

Fukuoka is incredibly, I mean incredibly hot. I'm sweating so much that my makeup is gone (laughs). I'm sightseeing while drinking tea and beer everywhere. I'm taking a break here until my next restaurant reservation. I had Gin Tan Curry No.10 for 850 yen and a Citrus Soda with lemon for 650 yen. It was so refreshing! The Kyushu lemon was sour and really delicious.

I came to this restaurant with the intention of having lunch on a Saturday. I had come here before, and it was quite crowded back then, but today, around 12:30 on Saturday, it was only about half full. There were quite a few people barbecuing. I ordered the daily main plate set. The coffee was served separately this time, although I felt like it used to come with the set before. The roast beef was thick and a bit tough, but the sauce was sweet and delicious. The croquette had a buttery taste and was also delicious. Since there weren't many people, I was able to relax and enjoy my meal.

I chose the daily lunch and got chicken steak. The dish had lots of vegetables, with salad as the main. It's recommended for girls! Colorful and unusual vegetables were used abundantly. After the meal, you can choose between coffee or tea for an elegant moment!

I went for lunch. Despite the heavy rain, I was surprised to see the restaurant full of customers. I had the hamburger set, and the hamburger was fluffy and the side salad was delicious, it was amazing! The only disappointing thing was that the BGM in the restaurant was too loud, causing the customer's voices to also become loud, making it hard to hear conversations at times.

Basically, nothing really stands out in terms of taste, but it's decent enough. The large portion size makes it convenient for groups, like company drinking parties. It might not be the best choice for a date, but it's sufficient for a casual meal.

I went for lunch. I had tomato and octopus pasta. It was 1300 yen and came with salad, soup, bread, and coffee, which was a good deal. However, it seemed like they wanted us to leave quickly because they brought out the coffee when there was still soup, bread, and pasta left, so it ended up getting cold by the time I drank it. I wish they had taken a bit more time to bring it out.

I have been here a few times before, but it had been a while since my last visit. The first and second floor terrace seats were lively with group customers. Although there were only two of us, we were seated on the second floor. We preferred a sofa seat, but were told by a female staff member that the seats were reserved. However, a male staff member came and said, "I will separate the table, so you can sit on the sofa seats." There were no customers seated at the sofa seats that were initially declined as reserved. We ordered the lunch menu which included the Weekly Pasta for ¥1600 (pumpkin and bacon cream pasta) and the Daily Lunch Plate for ¥1000 (chicken with cream sauce). Lunch comes with bread and a choice of coffee or tea. Previously (a long time ago), I remember there were several types of bread available for self-service at the buffet, but it seems like things have changed. While we were still eating, they brought us coffee for after the meal, even though there were 70-80% of empty seats. The bill was brought to our table and we felt rushed to leave.

When I went, it was still before noon so there weren't many customers. They warmly welcomed me when I was looking at the menu outside, which was nice. Despite having both a first and second floor, I wasn't asked which one I preferred and was seated on the first floor. Looking back, I wonder if they seat groups of three or more on the second floor? The first floor was dimly lit and had terrible internet connection. I couldn't do anything on my phone. I ordered the weekly pasta lunch. The soup that came out first was very bland. The food arrived quickly, but both the bread and pasta were just average, and I felt that 1600 yen was expensive for what I got. As more customers came in and the place got almost full, the waiter was running around doing everything alone, which made it a bit chaotic and unsettling. I appreciated the complimentary tea after the meal.

I visited GARB LEAVES for a seminar on how to increase and protect money. In addition to a 2-hour lecture, they also offered free lunch! I ordered the Garb Steak Set, which was delicious with tender, fatty red meat and a garlic and onion sauce. It was so good that I couldn't believe it was free! Thank you for the meal!

I used this restaurant for a farewell party with over 10 people, so the spacious interior was nice. We were told that the first floor was reserved for us, but we were actually seated on the second floor. Maybe there was a cancellation? We ordered the all-you-can-drink menu, but the food and drinks took an unbelievably long time to arrive. It took 20 minutes for the first drink to come after we started. Even after ordering a second drink, it took another 15 minutes to arrive, with the server saying it was ready. The two-hour course turned into a one-and-a-half-hour course with last call for drinks. Most of the group only managed to have 2-3 drinks. By the time the food (including meat dishes) started arriving, the drinks were already empty. The surprise dessert also took a long time to come (about 3 hours into the party). The reviews were good, and we were looking forward to it, but for me, this was a one-time thing. I won't be coming back.

I used it for lunch. When I arrived around 11:45, there were several groups of customers. Around noon, more people on their lunch break started coming in. There are plenty of seats, including a terrace, which gives a nice open feeling. I chose the Daily Plate for 1000 yen. It comes with salad, soup, rice or bread, and a drink, which is a great deal. Today's special was grilled chicken in tomato sauce. It was quite a generous portion with salad, carrots, beans, and even two pieces of focaccia bread. The chicken was tender and delicious. I chose black tea as my after drink. The staff pay close attention to the customers. The turnover rate is good, and the service is efficient and pleasant. I would like to come back to try their pasta next time.

I heard that you can easily enjoy BBQ in Hakata, so I went for a BBQ girls' party~ Beef, pork, chicken, and bone-in sausages with grilled vegetables. There was more volume than it looked. The special barbecue sauce was delicious, and I couldn't stop eating it (^_^) In addition to chicken wings and potatoes, seafood carpaccio and mushroom garlic were included, and we enjoyed it with all-you-can-drink for ¥4,950♪ The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice as I had heard, but the terrace seats were also very stylish, perfect for a girls' party♡ (also great for a date) The mimosa and cherry blossoms were in bloom, and since there were no customers on the terrace, it felt like a private space. We could spend a peaceful time in a gentle mood♫ It was a rare warm day for March, so it wasn't too cold at night, lucky♪ They also provide blankets, which was much appreciated. I recommend the mood in the evening, but having lunch under the blue sky seems like a wonderful time too (o^^o) Thank you for the delicious meal.

I love Garb Weeks on Nakanoshima in Osaka, so when I visited Fukuoka, I made sure to stop by Garb there as well. The first floor had a space with sunken kotatsu tables, creating a child-friendly atmosphere. I was guided to the second floor. The interior had a consistent atmosphere similar to the Osaka branch, but the restaurant wasn't as crowded during lunchtime. It lacked the lively feeling of the Nakanoshima branch, feeling a bit lonely. Perhaps if more customers return after the pandemic, it might feel different.

Top-class stylish dining bar in the Hakata area! We were guided to the sofa seats on the 2nd floor by a handsome staff member. By the way, the staff here are all so good-looking, it's like they were hired based on their looks?! Everyone had their hair and suits perfectly styled, looking very cool (^。^) It was a Friday night and the place was fully packed with groups of women and company parties, it was bustling with excitement. The interior was dimly lit, creating a fantastic mood, but it felt quite lively with all the chatter.
We ordered the Cheese Fondue plan, which came with a platter of 3 types of prosciutto and potatoes, perfect for cheese lovers! We dipped shrimp and chicken into the warm, gooey cheese. The cheese fondue was served in individual small pots, which was great in terms of COVID safety and added a nice touch! However, the heat was a bit too strong and the fire was spilling out of the pot (a bit dangerous, I thought). There were also cozy kotatsu seats on the 1st floor, which was nice. I felt like I would get sleepy if I stayed there drinking alcohol too long (laughs). Thank you for the delicious meal.

We visited with our baby and were guided to a room that could accommodate three groups by the road side, which was very comfortable. We were able to have refills on our drinks. We had a vinegar drink and black tea, both of which were surprisingly delicious for an all-you-can-drink option. The dishes were generous in portion and tasty. We also ordered cheesecake and chocolate gateau, which were both delicious desserts. It felt like a private room, and it was a bit difficult to call the staff, and I noticed there was only one toilet, but overall, it is a kind restaurant where you can enjoy a meal even with a baby. The staff's pleasant service and smiles are lovely. Highly recommended.

After using the station, I was planning to return to Hakata Station for lunch, but as usual, I got lost on the way and ended up looking at the lunch menu outside a restaurant. The staff greeted me and I decided to go in. The restaurant had a stylish atmosphere with seating on the first and second floors, as well as a terrace. They were also taking measures for infection prevention.
I decided to go for the daily specials, which were "hamburger" and "fried horse mackerel". The set came with a drink bar, and you could get refills for rice and bread. The daily plate cost 1000 yen and included a consommé soup with diced radish and carrot for a gentle flavor. The main plate had plenty of vegetables, which was nice to see.
The hamburger was on the smaller side, but it tasted delicious. It was served with a savory sauce called Savoyon sauce, which complemented it well. The fried horse mackerel had a strong sourness from the plum sauce, so I removed some of it and added a bit of lemon instead. The salad and carrot rape were also plentiful.
You could choose between rice, bread, or sixteen-grain rice, and I opted for the latter for its health benefits. The set also came with an iced coffee, but there were other drink options available as well. For 1000 yen, the set was quite filling, and with the drink bar included, it offered good value for money. The restaurant was lively with groups of women, making it a great choice for a girls' get-together.

It's only 5 minutes from Hakata Station. It's so close, right? If you want to take a break after shopping, I recommend this place. The cozy interior and delicious food are waiting for you. Oh, it's really nice. It makes me feel nostalgic for the old hamburger shop that used to be here. Thank you for the meal. I will visit again.

Today, I am in Hakata, around the back of Hakata Port. The first place I went to was a popular yakitori restaurant called Issho-san. It was crowded. Now, onto the second place, Gabu-san, a large bar surrounded by greenery. Hmm, could this be related to Cafe Gabu in Honmachi? I asked on my way back and it turns out it is. The Honmachi location feels like a venue for second wedding receptions, while this one has an Italian-style shop on the right side and power tents set up on the left side. Inside, there are kotatsu tables lined up, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. It feels a bit melancholic for old men like us during the Christmas season, but with the tents, there is an open and relaxed mood. Most customers are groups of women or couples, with only two old men like us. We sit at one of the vacant kotatsu tables. It's a bit odd for two men to be here, but we're too drunk to care. We order wine, and I choose a La Pashion Grenache. The label has a cute illustration. Grenache grapes are said to be sweet, but I sense more of the taste of leaves and stems than the grapes themselves. This is just my personal impression, as wine and ramen tastes can vary greatly from person to person. The appetizer is orange slices and mozzarella cheese. It has a refreshing Caprese-like taste. Tomatoes are good, but oranges also go well with it. We also ordered fried small shrimp and homemade bacon potato salad. The small shrimp are crispy and delicious. They are like a summer delicacy in places like Akashi. The fried texture is perfect for wine pairing. The homemade bacon potato salad has a soft-boiled egg with a runny yolk on top, commonly seen in udon shops. The potatoes are not mashed too much, giving a nice texture. The homemade bacon adds a subtle meaty flavor. As we enjoy our drinks, the wine bottle quickly empties. Without realizing it, the other customers have left, and there are only one or two other groups left. It's time for us to leave as well. Thank you for the meal.

This is a restaurant located in front of Hakata Station with a rooftop terrace. The 1st and 2nd floors have cafe and bistro menus, while the rooftop terrace offers BBQ and beer garden plans. On this day, I had the "Garb Beef Steak Set" for 1,500 yen and the "Deluxe Plate" for 1,400 yen for lunch. Both come with soup and a choice of bread or rice. There are several types of bread and rice (white rice) for unlimited refills, and coffee and tea are self-service. The steak set was surprisingly generous in portion and the well-cooked meat was tender and delicious. The Deluxe Plate consisted of large shrimp tempura, pork sauté, and hamburger. Located in the business area of Hakata Station, the spacious and comfortable interior creates an oasis in the city.

Back when the coronavirus wasn't as bad, I went to lunch with Milk-chan Family after an event. We went to "Garb Leaves" near Hakata Station, which I had visited at night before, but it's even lovelier during the day! It's popular for its blooming mimosa. Now it's not possible to visit, right? There's a line at the store, Kochan is also in line. We made a reservation though. Amazing, right? Of course, we sat on the terrace. It looked like it might rain that day, but it's no problem inside the vinyl house! It's warm and cozy. Even on cold days, it's fine! But it might be tough in the coming season. The bread is all-you-can-eat, and coffee is all-you-can-drink. The "GARB Lunch Board" is great. Kashan should have chosen this too! The prosciutto is delicious. "Gratin Lasagna Lunch" and "Holiday Pasta Lunch" are stylish. The corner on the left as soon as you enter will be transformed into a space for BBQ in the future. Dogs are also allowed! But I wonder what happened to that plan now that things have turned out like this.
