Today's portion is large, but when I ordered, I said "1.5~" so it must be 1.5 servings... It's true that it's not enough to fill you up (^_^;) I wish they would at least make the large size default to 2 servings... The miso soup was piping hot and delicious... The yakisoba arrived with a towering pile of noodles and lots of meat and green onions, with sesame seeds and a raw egg on top. The noodles were crispy yet chewy, and the vegetables were soft from being stir-fried in the sauce. The onions were caramelized and mixed with the sauce, giving a sweet and savory flavor. The green onions and meat were delicious, and I felt warm and satisfied as I ate. It was as if my happy color for the day was this dish. After finishing my meal, I walked back home with an umbrella, feeling content. Another satisfying meal.

Hakata Station Higashi branch, it was my first time visiting but all the staff were so friendly! The Hita Yakisoba teppanyaki style with bean sprouts and noodles was cooked well, with some noodles being crispy at times, so delicious! - Yakisoba 730 yen - Negi Tama Yakisoba 850 yen You can't make it at home with just a frying pan (lol). Normally, I would have gone for the A lunch set (yakisoba, onigiri, miso soup), but since I was going back to Kagoshima on a highway bus, I decided to go easy. To my surprise, they gave me 3 free gyoza dumplings. Actually, if you use the coupon on Tabelog, you get 4 free gyoza dumplings, but oh well! The yakisoba was amazing. The noodles had a crispy texture on the surface, which I love! It was a bit difficult to lift and twist, but I managed to do it because I couldn't disappoint my cat. The vegetables were mostly bean sprouts with a small amount of green onions. The crispy texture was fantastic! The flavor was a classic tangy sauce taste. The texture varies between chewy, crispy, and crunchy, and while the taste is not bad, there is nothing particularly outstanding about it.

Sometimes you crave for Hita Yakisoba. Topped with meat and mayonnaise. Both go really well together, so I recommend it. The yakisoba is delicious, but the gyoza is also delicious. It's not the usual type you see, it's long and thin, with plenty of filling, so I recommend it.

The background music in the restaurant was 80s J-POP, including Hikaru Genji's "Glass no Shounen." The noodles were a perfect mix of crispy and chewy, with a rich and delicious flavor. The gyoza in my companion's set meal was connected like KitKats, which was interesting. The onigiri was perfectly shaped and neatly made, which was amusing. One of the staff members, who was in charge of the teppanyaki grill, told a young boy on the floor that he loved him, so I believe the yakisoba here is made with extra love compared to other branches. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I found this place on my way walking from the car rental shop to the hotel where I was staying. I love yakisoba (^○^) At the entrance, there was a sign advertising a "horoyoi set" for 1,000 yen (^O^) The horoyoi set includes: draft beer, leek dumplings, half-size yakisoba, and kimchi. If you order this set, you can also get a refill of draft beer for 350 yen. I ordered the "horoyoi set" with both the regular size and the meat topping for the half-size yakisoba. The chilled draft beer arrived in a frosted mug! After waiting about 5 minutes, finely chopped seaweed kimchi arrived. Then the leek dumplings came! The skin was crispy, but the filling was juicy (^O^) Delicious! About 10 minutes later, the yakisoba arrived with pork on top. To be honest, if this is the 3x meat topping, then the original portion must have had very little pork... I think they also pay attention to the bean sprouts. They seem to use pesticide-free "Migita bean sprouts" made with traditional methods. They are crunchy. They boil the noodles made with a blend of whole wheat flour and then grill them on both sides on an iron plate, so you can enjoy both crispy and chewy textures. The Hakata gyoza was garlic-free, so it's safe to eat even during the day. For those who like stronger flavors, there was extra sauce on the table for adjustment. I enjoyed it as it was. It's cold so I wanted something warm... Today is my day off... It's so empty here! The nearby ramen shop has a long line! I don't think it's worth waiting in line for that ramen! So, I went to a yakisoba shop instead. There was only one customer before me. It's really quiet here (^_^;) This place is not very cost-effective... The yakisoba in large portion costs ¥940...
