I was very soothed by the atmosphere of the staff more than the taste of the Chanpon. Even though the time to the train was short, I thought the speed at which the food came out was perfect. It's a great deal that you can have seconds for rice and the cost performance is also excellent!! I stopped by on my way back from the Orix game. Thank you for the meal.

It seems that this restaurant was the first to serve authentic Chanpon in Kansai. I was taken there by my boss, who is a typical Osaka person, as when people in Osaka think of Chanpon, they think of Chuoken. I ordered a set meal, and it was both filling and delicious! The taste was light and not overpowering, so I finished it all in no time!

On a Saturday afternoon, I was walking around Minami from Nihonbashi and decided to grab something to eat. It was too hot outside, so I went underground and found this place. Of course, I had to have the specialty Nagasaki champon. The topping of raw egg might be influenced by Osaka culture, like with the curry at Jiyuken. Personally, I always have to have eggs with noodles, so the egg added a nice richness to the mild and easy-to-eat soup. The champon had a good variety of ingredients, all in smaller portions but still satisfying. The harmony of the soup, noodles, and ingredients unique to champon left me completely satisfied with my meal. Thank you for the delicious meal.

When I went on a business trip to Osaka, I had lunch at Chuo-ken. Since it was past the lunch hour, I was able to get a table without waiting. I ordered plate udon because I wanted to try it, and it came with a Kincho sauce, which I mixed with vinegar and mustard. Plate udon was delicious with the perfect balance of sauce and vinegar. It was nice to see that they had local sauce available. Thank you for the meal♪

In May of the 5th year of Reiwa, the operating hours are from 11:00 to 22:00. The beer set costs 1350 yen and includes beer, water dumplings, mapo eggplant, and oil-splashed chicken. It is a cost-effective and delicious set. Originally, mapo tofu was included, but due to it being late, tofu was sold out and it was changed to mapo eggplant. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

I happened to find this restaurant while walking in Namba Walk. The catchphrase "the original in Kansai" caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered Nagasaki Champon and it surprisingly came out quickly. The dish had a raw egg on top, with pork, squid, small shrimp, clams, fish cake, cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms as toppings. The soup was a silky pork bone broth without any unpleasant smell. It was quite delicious. The noodles were thick and straight, with a chewy texture. It really felt like authentic Nagasaki Champon. Personally, I think it could have a bit more firmness, but considering the Nagasaki standard set by "Ringer Hut," this had a more traditional and homey taste. Overall, it was quite tasty.

A famous restaurant located in the direction of Namba Station on the Yotsubashi Line at Namba Walk. They serve delicious champon and plate udon. They also have a takeout window. The restaurant is always moderately busy, but there is no need to wait in line. The food comes out quickly.

I'm "Noronori", who mainly walks around eating lunch, centered around Sakai. When I came to Chuo-ken, of course, I had to have Nagasaki champon! I sat at a table in the back. I ordered Nagasaki champon with less noodles and no egg. I really like Chuo-ken's Nagasaki champon. It's consistently delicious! Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since I visited Chukoken for Champon. When it comes to Champon, this place is the real deal. This time, I splurged a bit and ordered the premium Champon for 1300 yen. The thick and chewy noodles provided a satisfying bite. The dish was filled with plenty of vegetables and seafood, making it a filling meal on its own. The soup had a rich flavor with a light aftertaste, making it very delicious! I like to save the egg until the end and enjoy it all at once! Ideally, it's probably best to mix it halfway through.

I went to Namba for work, and it's been a while since I've been here. I was debating between champon or plate udon, but I also wanted to eat half-fried rice, so I decided to go with the plate udon set to reduce the amount of soup. However, the portion was huge... I tried to convince myself that it's healthy because it has a lot of vegetables and enjoyed eating it after a long time. I'll try the champon next time haha... Oh, they also have it at Temmabashi. And I can't forget to try the omurice that I always wonder about...

Today, I went to Namba for a PCR test and decided to have lunch on the way. I went to Chuo-ken in Namba. There are a few branches in Namba, but I chose this one since it's close to the Yotsubashi Line metro station. My wife had plate udon and I had champon. I ordered the lunch set which came with half champon and fried rice. It's called the "Chan Lunch Set." It's been a while since I last had it, but the taste brought back memories. It's delicious. I love the taste when the raw egg mixes in. The fried rice was also fluffy and had that authentic Chinese restaurant taste. It was a bit too much for me in terms of portion, but I managed to finish it all. Thank you for the meal. I've had champon at famous shops in Nagasaki before, but this place has its own unique deliciousness. The taste is consistent and has been the same since long ago. It's a delicious place, which is why there are many regular customers.

I was in Namba on Saturday for shopping. I was looking for a place to have lunch and decided to come here. The menu was full and I couldn't decide what to order. When I entered, the place was full so I had to wait. While waiting, the staff asked for my order but I hadn't decided yet. They handed me the menu, but the pressure from the staff was intense. I ended up choosing the safe option of Tianjin rice. The taste of the Tianjin rice was just okay, not bad but not delicious either. I didn't really want Tianjin rice, but at least my hunger was satisfied. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is noisy.

Is Namba Station closer or Nipponbashi Station? It's closer to Namba Walk. It seems like there are many local customers. This time, I tried the champon and it was delicious, but the yakisoba is also tasty. When I came to Osaka, I saw Osaka Castle from the airplane. While eating champon, I thought to myself that Hideyoshi probably never had champon this delicious (laughs).

Ramen Chanpon with pork, shrimp, squid, clams, wood ear mushrooms. Bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, fish cakes, green onions. At the top, a golden egg yolk sits. Soup is a pork bone-based white broth with doubanjiang. The spiciness is at a level where even those who don't like spicy food can handle it. The noodles are medium-thick and slightly on the thicker side. They have a chewy texture and are delicious. The white rice is cooked just right, slightly firm. After much deliberation, I decided to put the egg yolk on the rice! It tastes delicious with the ramen chanpon soup! Next time, I'm curious about trying the tantanmen!

I went to Namba for various errands. After going around different places, I realized it was already late for lunch. I was feeling a bit hungry. So, I decided to visit Central Ken for the first time in a while. There were so many dishes I wanted to try, but my stomach is not as young as before, so I opted for the half & half set. The food was served relatively quickly! It included a small plate of udon and half a portion of a set meal. The taste was reliably delicious. Thank you for the meal!

In Kansai, this restaurant is known as the originator of plate udon. Since the main store was a bit far, I went to a nearby branch. I ordered a plate udon dish after a long time. It costs ¥980. It is recommended to pour plenty of vinegar on it before eating. The taste hasn't changed. Perfect! For those who want to change the taste, try the Nagasaki-born Kincho Worcestershire sauce. Osaka City Chuo-ku. Chuken on the west side of Namba Walk. Sometimes you crave authentic plate udon. Ankake yakisoba set (1,250 yen + large serving 250 yen) Ankake yakisoba, fried rice, and soup set. The yakisoba plate is placed vertically. Ankake yakisoba has the same ingredients and sauce as plate udon! And thickly cooked noodles! The combination with the sauce is excellent, but the sauce is slightly lacking. Add sauce as a backup, delicious! Fried rice Every time I think about the crispy texture and soy sauce seasoning, delicious! Fried rice is a must here. I add water and lemon. Regular water is fine, but... Ankake yakisoba was good!

Visited around 4 o'clock on Saturday. There were about two other groups of customers. The order was taken and served quickly, within about 5 minutes. The Tianjin rice was pretty tasty, but there was a hygiene issue that was not good. I didn't mention it because it was too much trouble, but yeah, this is not good. I ate it though.
