The delicious dishes I enjoyed this time were the ★ Special Selection Special Course & Special Teppanyaki Course. I wanted to try the lobster, prawns, scallops, live abalone, sirloin, and fillet, so I ordered the Special Selection Special Course and the Special Teppanyaki Course. ・Salad It comes with the seasonal appetizer, and the dressing for the salad is unique and delicious. ・Seasonal appetizer I think it was conger eel with plum sauce? I look forward to the seasonal items they serve each time. ・Soup It's corn soup, and I always enjoy it. ・Teppanyaki appetizer It includes konjac and eggplant, which you eat with sauce. I always struggle to choose between the original sauce and ponzu. ・Lobster Although the prawns were delicious, the lobster was unbeatable. The taste and umami were exceptional. ・Prawns and scallop butter grilled The scallops were fresh and tender, and the prawns were perfectly cooked and fluffy. ・Live abalone butter grilled When placed on the teppan, it starts moving and is really soft and tender, with a delicious aroma of butter and the sea. ・Grilled vegetables They grilled bean sprouts, garlic chives, etc., to a crispy texture, and it was delicious while still hot. ・Sirloin & fillet I had them rare as usual. The excitement during the flambe time is always thrilling. I ordered both sirloin and fillet to compare the taste, and I still prefer the fillet. ・Rice (garlic rice), Miso soup (with lobster), Pickles The rice can be white or bread, but I always order garlic rice. I think something hearty goes well with the meat. When you order the Special Selection Special Course, the regular miso soup changes to miso soup with lobster, which is nice. ・Dessert (sorbet) After the meal, when we move to another area, the course meal leaves a refreshing feeling in the mouth. Despite asking to evenly divide different menu items, they always accommodate my request, so thank you. Whenever I want to eat steak, I always come to Restaurant Sharon Hanana. They have seasonal limited courses, so you can enjoy seasonal ingredients, which is nice. Also, I love lobster and abalone, so I always order the course with lobster and abalone. By the way, when they cook the steak, they raise flames on the teppan, so I always take videos (lol). Also, it's fun to chat with the chef who cooks the steak. The staff also promptly bring additional drinks, ponzu, garlic sauce, etc., which was great.
