Today's lunch was in Umeda. I finally made it here. Opportunities don't come often, so I made this my destination and left home early. Umeda, which I usually just pass by, I walked leisurely down the street after a long time. There was still a little time before the opening time, but I arrived. I borrowed the restroom and decided to wait outside the store for a while. Sorry to keep you waiting. Oh, I'm the first one in! I was planning to sit near the entrance, but I was guided to the back (I wanted to sit here, but oh well). I quietly took my seat. I received a complimentary beer and got Ikamimi, Iwashi, and Maguro cheek meat. The Ikamimi was crunchy and delicious. This is so good. It's no wonder why Mr. Mairebi is so fond of it. While feeling the sweetness of the swordtip squid, you can enjoy the texture, it's exquisite. The Iwashi looked fresh at first glance. Shiny and with excellent fat content. You can tell the quality of the preparation at this restaurant. The cheek meat was seared. The melting fat, again, delicious. A solo female guest arrived, ordering Akadashi soup and Ikamimi. That seat was where I wanted to sit. I ordered additional Saba and simmered dish. With the freshness of this restaurant, I have high expectations for the Saba. Look, a beautiful Saba. It's lightly pickled. This one extra step can make a big difference in taste. I love Saba, it's the best! The simmered dish has melted away. It's so soft that you don't need teeth to chew it. The simmered flavor is also mild and just right. Furthermore, another solo female guest arrived. She ordered beer, Ikamimi, and chawanmushi. This is...! Including the first woman, everyone is connected through the food review site. We greet each other as if we already know each other. We enjoy sushi around the manager. Engawa, yuba, and negitoro were added. They were all delicious. And fun. Unfortunately, it's almost time for work. I want to spend more enjoyable time, but I decided to leave first. Let's meet again somewhere. Thank you for the meal. Wait a minute, I'm the only one who hasn't tried the genius chef's sushi! Oh no... (^_^;)
