Morning buffet at Orchid Time by Osaka Metro in Sezeki, APA Hotel & Resort stay. Breakfast at the 34th floor Orchid Time by Osaka Metro is a buffet♪ The view from the 34th floor is like this, and breakfast is like this. Must-try APA President Curry, mixed juice, takoyaki, kushiage, and plenty of Osaka dishes. Pineapple yogurt and coffee. It seems they have a limited number of people, but it was comfortable because it was not crowded. Thank you for the meal (^^)

I had breakfast here. There was a wide variety of options including salads and various Japanese and Western side dishes, allowing me to eat healthily. The fact that they offer kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) and mixed juice is also nice for visitors to Osaka. I had seconds of rice and enjoyed it.

I made a reservation for 10:00 and visited the branch. With a pre-booking discount, it cost ¥2,500 instead of ¥2,700. It is located on the 34th floor of APA HOTEL & Resort Osaka Umeda Station Tower. There were 4 guests before me and none after me. The previous guests seemed to be hotel guests having breakfast. They left quickly, so I had the place to myself the whole time. It was a branch buffet with a variety of Osaka specialties such as meat dishes, mixed juice, takoyaki, and kushikatsu. I didn't take the kushikatsu because I wanted it freshly made. There were many types of fresh salads. The staff served me a huge plate of food, except for the potato salad which I asked for a smaller portion of. I completed the Osaka delicacies rally stamp at the branch buffet. If there wasn't a stamp rally, I might not have come. The main dishes were a bit lacking, maybe because it was a branch buffet. The atmosphere was relaxing as there were no other customers, and the staff were friendly. They showed me the outdoor pool with a fantastic view. If there were fewer people, I would have liked to swim. It's open from 6:30 to 13:00 for non-hotel guests as well. It was a bit on the cheaper side. It would be better if there were more satisfying main dishes.

This restaurant is known for its delicious salads made by the staff. You can choose from a variety of ingredients and dressings, and the staff will make it for you. It was the most delicious part of the meal. They also offer three types of fruits, a small cake, about 8-10 side dishes, curry, soup, rice, and pickles. The drinks include milk, orange juice, oolong tea, water, and a machine that makes coffee or cocoa. I made a reservation in advance and got a discounted price, but the food may seem a bit expensive. The restaurant has a nice view and a pool, so it's a great place to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. You can even see the pool from the restaurant door, which was fun.

The menu includes items like kushikatsu, pasta, takoyaki, and cake, but there was no cake available. Instead, there was yakisoba with few toppings. The buffet at the business hotel had bacon, sausages, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and scrambled eggs. The salad was served by the staff upon request, with dressing on the side. Sometimes, when the staff was not around, customers had to serve themselves using tongs. There was also Indian curry available. I enjoyed plenty of strawberries. The vegetable soup seemed to be lacking ingredients. The restaurant didn't have a strong Osaka vibe. While there were multiple staff members, it seemed like there was no coordination among them. Some customers were using their laptops without eating, which felt uncomfortable. When leaving, a seated person bowed their head, suggesting they might be a staff member. It remains to be seen if improvements will be made or if the restaurant will be replaced by the third-floor restaurant.
