For example, the restaurant he visited this time was located on a high floor of the Twin Towers, with a beautiful night view and an elegant atmosphere. It would be nice to whisper sweet words to a beautiful woman next to him, saying "You are more beautiful than this night view...", but in reality, there were only middle-aged men next to him at the company party. It was a bit sad to see a beautiful night view with a bunch of middle-aged men! However, it was a refreshing change to enjoy a nice restaurant with good food and drinks. The food was delicious, and you can relax and enjoy your drink in an elegant setting. It might be worth experiencing this beautiful night view once. We visited the restaurant with my wife's parents and the two of us, making a total of four people. This time, my wife took charge of everything, so we left all the orders to her. We each ordered our favorite drinks. We started with a Hibiki Premium Highball for a luxurious toast. The appetizer (starter) was prepared at the table. It consisted of salt-boiled green beans and taro with sansho miso. The presentation was amazing and the taste was delicious. Next, we had a platter of assorted dishes, including firefly squid with vinegar miso dressing and fresh sea bream sashimi. The texture of the bamboo shoot with soy sauce and grilled and seared fava beans was excellent. The view from the window as the sun set was breathtaking. The staff were attentive and quickly noticed when we wanted another round of drinks. The rolled omelette with sea bream roe and sansho leaves was flavorful and beautifully presented. The deep-fried white corn fritters were a delight, being the first of the season. We also tried the Yamashichi Mizumi on the rocks, which was smooth and easy to drink. The asparagus wrapped in pork was a hit, as was the thick-cut Kagoshima black pork cutlet sandwich. The restaurant was about 60% full when we left, and the city lights at night were stunning. It's a perfect spot for a luxurious dinner for couples. It was a satisfying meal.

This shop located inside the OBP Tower! They offer all-you-can-eat sea bream rice for lunch. I went there just before 1 p.m. on a weekday and was able to get in right away. I ordered the Chicken Nanban, which had tender meat and went perfectly with the tartar sauce! The sea bream rice had a rich flavor from the sea bream soaking into the rice, making it so delicious that I felt like I could have multiple servings. The meal also came with salad, miso soup, and drinks including coffee and tea, making it the perfect lunch with all-you-can-drink service.

Located on the 38th floor of the MID Tower in Twin 21, the Dynamic Kitchen & Bar San OBP Twin Tower Store. I visited the restaurant at the opening time of 11:30 am as I had some business at the MID Tower that day and wanted to have lunch beforehand. Upon arrival, there was already a large crowd waiting outside. Luckily, we were able to be seated at a table, but I was informed that the window seats are almost fully booked even on weekdays. It's incredibly popular! The restaurant mainly serves Japanese cuisine, with a stylish and chic Western-style interior befitting the 38th floor of Twin 21. The view of downtown Osaka through the window is incredibly beautiful. I ordered the "Choose your main dish and all-you-can-eat sea bream rice lunch" (1600 yen including tax). For the main dish, I chose the "Fried pork with special cultivation ginger and yuzu black vinegar sauce". First, we were served "Sea bream steamed rice", "Colorful vegetable and tofu 10-item salad", "Hearty pork miso soup", and "Pickles". These four items are all-you-can-eat, which is very generous. - "Colorful vegetable and tofu 10-item salad": A variety of vegetables (which is great) and tofu with a Japanese-style dressing. - "Hearty pork miso soup": Packed with taro, pork belly, green onions, carrots, fried tofu, burdock root, and daikon, it's really hearty. This restaurant is part of the Suntory group, and the view of Osaka Castle from the top floor of the high-rise building is simply stunning, making it well worth the visit. However, the current OBP area is quite deserted, even considering that it is not a business district on weekdays. It feels quite desolate. Can the lively atmosphere of the past ever be restored? I ordered the lunch set which includes "Filet Steak, Large Shrimp Fry, and Tai Meshi (sea bream rice) all-you-can-eat" for 2,200 yen. In reality, not only the Tai Meshi, but also the salad, pickles, and miso soup were all refillable. Additionally, I opted for free non-alcoholic drinks as I had plans to drive later. This restaurant has been in this location for many years, and the lunch set was indeed a good deal. The dishes were all above average in quality. Especially the Tai Meshi had an elegant seasoning and was very delicious, so I had seconds. The main dish of large shrimp fry was fresh and had a nice firm texture, while the Filet Steak was tender with a delicious sauce, overall providing a high level of satisfaction. Although there are no pictures, there was also coffee (or tea) available at the drink bar. Thank you for the delicious meal.

We had the "Spring Bamboo Lunch Box" for 3000 yen. First, we were served: - Miso soup - Salad - Pickles The miso soup was well simmered. The salad had tofu and sesame dressing. - Tai (sea bream) steamed rice Tai rice was served in a steaming basket, and you scoop it into your bowl with a ladle. It was quite filling, but light enough to have seconds. - Bamboo lunch box Grilled bonito sashimi with ponzu jelly Hotaru squid and udo with vinegar miso dressing Green soybeans tempura with bamboo shoot broth Rolled omelette with bonito It was delicious, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that went well with the ponzu jelly. The bamboo shoots were crunchy and in season. The green soybeans tempura looked like takoyaki! - Domestic beef steak There was a small portion on the plate. It wasn't very tender, but it was refreshing with grated ponzu. - Drinks Coffee and tea were self-service. There was also iced coffee. I started with a grapefruit sorbet with red wine. The shell-on rich sea urchin pudding allows you to enjoy the rich sea urchin flavor. There are also ikura, salmon bite mousse, vinegar citrus foam, salted amberjack, fugu skin with colorful daikon ponzu jelly, kikuna tempura, nagaimo oyster miso dengaku, 12 types of seasonal vegetable salad, kinmedai and tomato acqua pazza, Yamagata beef loin steak, Yamagata beef roast beef, 3 pieces of sushi, chocolate terrine, and coffee highball with Chita Dore. Everything was very delicious~ Thank you for the feast!

I went to "Dynamic Kitchen & Bar San" on the 38th floor of the OBP Twin Towers for lunch! The view from the 38th floor overlooking Osaka Castle was truly breathtaking, and the food was delicious and amazing. I had the lunch set with beef fillet steak and jumbo shrimp fry, which came with a sparkling wine for a toast, unlimited refills of sea bream rice, and even coffee after the meal, all for only 2,500 yen. It was really great! I bet the night view would be spectacular if you go at night.

The birthday lunch for my wife was a bit early. The atmosphere of the restaurant felt familiar, like I had been there with someone from work before. It reminded me of when I ate pickled sushi at Nishitomi in Kyoto. The food was delicious. It was a shame that the coffee they brought spilled.

I ordered the Crab Cream Croquette Lunch ✨ It comes with crab cream croquette, salad, miso soup, sea bream rice, and a drink bar. You can have unlimited refills of the sea bream rice. The crab cream croquette is very creamy and has scallops in it! It's delicious when eaten with tomato sauce. The sea bream rice has a rich sea bream flavor that is addictively delicious. The restaurant is spacious and has glass windows, so you can overlook Osaka Castle.

Around noon on a regular day. It was not crowded. A restaurant with a great view. Located on a high floor of Osaka Business Park, this restaurant offers a fantastic view. The interior is spacious with plenty of table seats. Some seats are placed facing the window. The chairs were comfortable, although the tables were not very spacious. It seems like they only offer set lunches, starting from around 1200 yen, which is more reasonable than expected. - Steak & Shrimp Fry Set: Around 2200 yen. Comes with rice, miso soup, salad, pickles, and free refills. The steak was tough. I don't need it to be all-you-can-eat, but I wish there was more attention to the flavor. The drinks were from a bar, so I didn't need them to be all-you-can-drink, but I wanted a coffee without acidity. The view was amazing. Thank you for the meal.

This time, we paid 10,500 yen including tax for the Sparkling Course with all-you-can-drink. The menu includes: Beef tendon chawanmushi, Crab and salmon roe in shell, Tiger puffer sashimi, Bluefin tuna, Cod milt, Tiger puffer hot pot, Tiger puffer fried, Yamagata beef sirloin steak, Crab cooked rice, and Ice cream. It's a wonderful experience to enjoy these dishes while looking at the fantastic night view. The drink options for all-you-can-drink include Suntory Kakubin whiskey, Hakata Amaou Highball, Suntory Premium Malt beer, as well as wine, shochu, sake, and soft drinks.

In Osaka, there is a restaurant called San located in OBP. It is on the top floor of Twin 21 (38th floor) and has a fantastic view. You can see Abeno Harukas beautifully from there. It is a bit pricey, but even during weekday lunch hours, you need to make a reservation because it is so popular. I ordered the weekly lunch special (\1,400). The food was served in about 10 minutes. The set included sea bream rice, seafood yukhoe, simmered pork, pork miso soup. Everything had a refined taste. Sea bream rice, pork miso soup, and pickles are all-you-can-eat, but the initial portion was sufficient for me so I didn't ask for seconds. Thank you for the meal.

Tonight, I had dinner here. It was a farewell party for someone who has been very helpful at work. This time, it was a small gathering for a special reason. I had come here before for lunch to try the sea bream rice, but this time I visited at night. There are reviews saying it's expensive, but I believe there's no such thing as bad food, right? I think many food bloggers are looking for delicious food at a reasonable price. The course here was affordable and had a great atmosphere, so I made a reservation. We were welcomed with sparkling wine. The amuse-bouche was a rich sea urchin pudding with ikura and a bite-sized salmon mousse with vinegar foam. The appetizers included marinated sea bream, sautéed jellyfish, and striped horse mackerel with yuzu pepper. We also had tempura of sweet corn and grilled edamame with 12 types of seasonal vegetables salad with grated onion dressing. The main dishes were aqua pazza of golden eye snapper and tomato, and duck steak with balsamic soy sauce. We also had 3 pieces of nigiri sushi and a rich chocolate terrine for dessert. We surprised the two guests we invited at the end with a message plate, and they were very happy. We had a great time with endless conversations. I usually go to standing bars, but it's nice to do something like this once in a while. I will definitely make a reservation again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

As a little celebration, this time we all went for the same menu in a luxurious way. ⚫︎ Beef fillet steak and large shrimp fry 2,000 yen. Tai-meshi (red sea bream rice) was all-you-can-eat! Also, a drink bar was included with unlimited coffee & tea, both hot and iced. The view from the 38th floor was lovely! I realized once again that not only the food but also the atmosphere is important! The lunch service closes at 14:00, so you need to go early! When we visited at 13:00, the daily special (1,400 yen) was already sold out! Thank you for the meal!

Visited for a business dinner. It was convenient to have a private room. The restaurant is said to have over 120 seats, but due to infection control measures, there were around 100 seats available. Even so, it seemed like about 70% of the seats were filled when we left. The course meal included: - Appetizer: Tofu in sea bream broth - Assorted appetizers: Sweet potato tempura, firefly squid in vinegar miso, rapeseed blossoms and whitebait - Sashimi: Marinated sea bream, tuna sashimi - Deep-fried dish: Bamboo shoots and clams - Grilled dish: Squid and mountain vegetables - Main dish: Steak and onion grill - Rice dish: Steamed sushi rice - Dessert As it is a major chain, the service was above a certain standard. The taste was not outstanding, but there were no negative points. During this time of year, when the twilight lasts long, it would be nice to enjoy the night view as the main attraction.

I was told that it was okay to sit at the counter seats, so I sat at the back counter seat and ordered the Chicken Nanban with tartar sauce. They had a drink bar, but the lemon water was not that great. After about 8 minutes, the salad and miso soup arrived. They mentioned that you could have seconds. The salad was okay, but the miso soup was delicious. About 1 minute later, the sea bream rice and Chicken Nanban arrived. It seems like their specialty, but the sea bream rice lacked flavor and it was hard to find the sea bream. The Chicken Nanban was tasty though. The view was amazing, which alone made it worth it. I paid 1000 yen with a card and received my change.

Today, I went out for noodles with a friend to enjoy some delicious ramen before heading to their favorite place in Kyobashi. We arrived early to a popular restaurant without a reservation, but luckily we were able to get a table. The restaurant was located on the 38th floor of the OBP Twin Towers, directly connected to JR Kyobashi Station. The view was amazing, and the staff were very helpful and cool. We ordered the "Kinmedai Mizunegi Mushiyaki" for ¥2700 and a draft beer for ¥850. The Kinmedai was caught by hand in Choshi, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. The preparation in front of us added to the excitement, and the flavor was exceptional. The view changed as we ate, with a beautiful sunset and then a magical hour between sunset and nightfall. The city lights below were like jewels, with Osaka Castle and the Kaiyukan Aquarium visible in the distance. It was a truly special experience, and I was moved to tears by the beauty of it all. Although we only had some food and beer this time, I would love to come back for a full course meal next time. I am grateful to the staff, the restaurant, the food, the ingredients, the Kinmedai, the stunning views, and my friend. It was a wonderful experience.

The Saturday lunch is a bit expensive, costing over 1,700 yen, but it is worth it. I ordered the sea bream rice tea porridge, with salad and sea bream rice being all-you-can-eat. The drinks are also unlimited. The water has lemon and cucumber in it, which I'm not used to and don't really like. The view is nice for a leisurely lunch.

You also get to choose a main dish, and I decided to try the shiitake mushroom and scallop croquette instead of the tai-chazuke. They have self-service detox water, coffee, and tea available. The tai-meshi didn't have a lot of sea bream in it, but the broth was flavorful and delicious. I didn't end up getting seconds. I also included a photo from my previous visit at night. You can order individual dishes and enjoy a variety of dishes. The view from the 38th floor was stunning. Thank you for the meal.

I went on a lunch date! I was looking forward to it after seeing delicious photos on Tabelog, but the beef I ordered had too much fat and I couldn't eat it. It was really disappointing compared to what I was expecting. This kind of lunch was a rare occurrence for me.

Unfortunately, it was raining on this day, but the view overlooking Osaka Castle Park was amazing.
