It would be nice to whisper sweet words to a beautiful woman next to him, saying "You are more beautiful than this night view...", but in reality, there were only middle-aged men next to him at the company party. It was a bit sad to see a beautiful night view with a bunch of middle-aged men! However, it was a refreshing change to enjoy a nice restaurant with good food and drinks. The food was delicious, and you can relax and enjoy your drink in an elegant setting. It might be worth experiencing this beautiful night view once. We visited the restaurant with my wife's parents and the two of us, making a total of four people. This time, my wife took charge of everything, so we left all the orders to her. We each ordered our favorite drinks. We started with a Hibiki Premium Highball for a luxurious toast. The appetizer (starter) was prepared at the table. It consisted of salt-boiled green beans and taro with sansho miso. The presentation was amazing and the taste was delicious. Next, we had a platter of assorted dishes, including firefly squid with vinegar miso dressing and fresh sea bream sashimi. The texture of the bamboo shoot with soy sauce and grilled and seared fava beans was excellent. The view from the window as the sun set was breathtaking. The staff were attentive and quickly noticed when we wanted another round of drinks. The rolled omelette with sea bream roe and sansho leaves was flavorful and beautifully presented. The deep-fried white corn fritters were a delight, being the first of the season. We also tried the Yamashichi Mizumi on the rocks, which was smooth and easy to drink. The asparagus wrapped in pork was a hit, as was the thick-cut Kagoshima black pork cutlet sandwich. The restaurant was about 60% full when we left, and the city lights at night were stunning. It's a perfect spot for a luxurious dinner for couples. It was a satisfying meal.

This shop located inside the OBP Tower! They offer all-you-can-eat sea bream rice for lunch. I went there just before 1 p.m. on a weekday and was able to get in right away. I ordered the Chicken Nanban, which had tender meat and went perfectly with the tartar sauce! The sea bream rice had a rich flavor from the sea bream soaking into the rice, making it so delicious that I felt like I could have multiple servings. The meal also came with salad, miso soup, and drinks including coffee and tea, making it the perfect lunch with all-you-can-drink service.

Located on the 38th floor of the MID Tower in Twin 21, the Dynamic Kitchen & Bar San OBP Twin Tower Store. I visited the restaurant at the opening time of 11:30 am as I had some business at the MID Tower that day and wanted to have lunch beforehand. Upon arrival, there was already a large crowd waiting outside. Luckily, we were able to be seated at a table, but I was informed that the window seats are almost fully booked even on weekdays. It's incredibly popular! The restaurant mainly serves Japanese cuisine, with a stylish and chic Western-style interior befitting the 38th floor of Twin 21. The view of downtown Osaka through the window is incredibly beautiful. I ordered the "Choose your main dish and all-you-can-eat sea bream rice lunch" (1600 yen including tax). For the main dish, I chose the "Fried pork with special cultivation ginger and yuzu black vinegar sauce". First, we were served "Sea bream steamed rice", "Colorful vegetable and tofu 10-item salad", "Hearty pork miso soup", and "Pickles". These four items are all-you-can-eat, which is very generous. - "Colorful vegetable and tofu 10-item salad": A variety of vegetables (which is great) and tofu with a Japanese-style dressing. - "Hearty pork miso soup": Packed with taro, pork belly, green onions, carrots, fried tofu, burdock root, and daikon, it's really hearty. The richness of the pork belly and fried tofu is delicious. - "Sea bream steamed rice" - "Pickles" The "Sea bream rice" had a subtle sea bream flavor and was very delicious, serving as a side dish to complement the "Fried pork with special cultivation ginger and yuzu black vinegar sauce", which was the highlight of the meal. Located on the 38th floor of OBP Twin 21 MID Tower, "San." This visit marks my return after about 15 years since commuting to this area. This restaurant is part of the Suntory group, and the view of Osaka Castle from the top floor of the high-rise building is simply stunning, making it well worth the visit. However, the current OBP area is quite deserted, even considering that it is not a business district on weekdays. It feels quite desolate. Can the lively atmosphere of the past ever be restored? I ordered the lunch set which includes "Filet Steak, Large Shrimp Fry, and Tai Meshi (sea bream rice) all-you-can-eat" for 2,200 yen. In reality, not only the Tai Meshi, but also the salad, pickles, and miso soup were all refillable. Additionally, I opted for free non-alcoholic drinks as I had plans to drive later. This restaurant has been in this location for many years, and the lunch set was indeed a good deal. The dishes were all above average in quality. Especially the Tai Meshi had an elegant seasoning and was very delicious, so I had seconds. The main dish of large shrimp fry was fresh and had a nice firm texture, while the Filet Steak was tender with a delicious sauce, overall providing a high level of satisfaction. Although there are no pictures, there was also coffee (or tea) available at the drink bar. Thank you for the delicious meal.

We used this restaurant for a company lunch meeting on this day. We were guided to a private room. The view outside on the 38th floor of Twin 21 is truly amazing! We had the "Spring Bamboo Lunch Box" for 3000 yen. First, we were served: - Miso soup - Salad - Pickles The miso soup was well simmered. The salad had tofu and sesame dressing. - Tai (sea bream) steamed rice Tai rice was served in a steaming basket, and you scoop it into your bowl with a ladle. It was quite filling, but light enough to have seconds. - Bamboo lunch box Grilled bonito sashimi with ponzu jelly Hotaru squid and udo with vinegar miso dressing Green soybeans tempura with bamboo shoot broth Rolled omelette with bonito It was delicious, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that went well with the ponzu jelly. The bamboo shoots were crunchy and in season. The green soybeans tempura looked like takoyaki! - Domestic beef steak There was a small portion on the plate. It wasn't very tender, but it was refreshing with grated ponzu. - Drinks Coffee and tea were self-service. There was also iced coffee.
