I came to Sumire Osaka, located right next to the Dojimagawa River. It is a restaurant with a great location right next to the flowing river. I am having red wine. The amuse-bouche soup is a bite-sized vichyssoise. The assorted appetizers include prosciutto mozzarella caprese, frittata, broccoli, pumpkin, and more. There is rosemary focaccia and soft baguette. The pleasant scent of rosemary tickles the nostrils. I chose the tomato sauce for the pasta, specifically the peperoncino and tomato sauce. The sautéed magret de canard is next. Duck is a favorite ingredient of mine and it has a good volume, providing a satisfying meal. The surface is crispy and flavorful, while the inside is juicy and rare. Next is dessert. Many tables erupted in cheers when dessert time came. You can choose your favorite dessert from the dessert trolley next to the table. The pastry chef explains each dessert to you before you choose. "You can have as many as you like." It must be a sight to behold for dessert lovers. Everyone is taking photos. It felt like the main event at every table. Especially for customers celebrating their birthdays, the staff will cheer and other customers will join in the celebration while the song "HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY" by DREAMS COME TRUE plays. I wanted to try a variety of desserts, so I had the trolley filled with many options. Among them, the Basque cheesecake and tiramisu were particularly delicious, with a rich cheese flavor. For the post-meal drink, I chose a hot coffee. I drank it black as usual, enjoying the strong bitterness of the Italian roast coffee. The bread plate was already on the table, so maybe it was forgotten. The Focaccia and Bacon Epi were a bit too strong in flavor. The appetizers like shrimp cocktail and oysters had a nice presentation. The Aqua Pazza had a striped tomato sauce. The mushrooms were also interesting. For dessert, we had a platter with a happy birthday plate included, and they played a song for the celebration. We also received bread as a souvenir. In terms of service, there were some points that could be improved for a more attentive service.

The actual impression was even more lovely than the photos in the introduction. I think it would be much better to change the photos to include the night view. The desserts from the dessert cart were also delicious and satisfying. Walking along the riverbank with the night view was a pleasant moment. I would love to visit again.
