On this day, I was invited to have a meal in Kita-Shinchi due to work, and it was my first time visiting this restaurant. It is located near Umeda Shindo, and the restaurant's interior is luxurious! There were many signatures and photos of famous Korean and Japanese celebrities who have visited. I was seated at a table on the second floor, and although it was a bit chilly because the stairs were close by, they provided blankets for us to use while dining.
- 6 types of appetizers were served, following a Japanese style rather than the Korean style. In Korea, you usually get unlimited appetizers, but here you cannot ask for refills.
- Chorogi Salad: Delicious and the vegetables like lettuce were fresh.
- Nori Chijimi: A visually impactful dish with surprising flavors. The chijimi is filled with the taste of nori and includes seafood like octopus, making it extremely tasty.
- Japchae: The sesame oil flavor and the chewy potato noodles are incredibly delicious. The seasoning is just right. Fantastic!
- Pork dish: High-quality pork with a slightly spicy kimchi-like sauce. The sauce was more acidic than kimchi, and the dish was named by the staff, but I couldn't remember it.
- Kejan: Soy sauce-marinated live snow crab. It looks luxurious and is dipped in a special soy sauce dressing. The miso looks very delicious, but it made me a little hesitant. The crab meat inside was fresh and tasty, soaked in the sauce. So, you can't really taste the crab flavor. Why marinate such fresh crab in soy sauce? It's a mystery.
- Crab hot pot: This was incredibly delicious! A miso-flavored hot pot with two live snow crabs inside. The broth was amazing. I declined the rice that came with it, but I really wanted to eat it. It was slightly spicy, but so delicious. The soup infused with the crab meat when you swirled it around! That was amazing.
I drank Chamisul and authentic Jinro until I got drunk. Korean cuisine is the best. However, the course that day wasn't spicy at all, so I would like to try ordering spicy dishes next time.

I wanted to eat Kanjan Kejan, so I looked it up and found a specialty store here in Osaka. The location is in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka, and they also have lunch menus priced at ¥1,300 and up, which is a bit on the expensive side.
【Kanjan Kejan】The soy sauce flavor is a bit strong, but it has a rich taste that concentrates the flavor of the crab. It's like a rare delicacy to have with alcohol rather than eating it with rice.

It has been about 5 years since my last visit. I ordered Kanjangkejang (soy sauce marinated blue crab): 5080 yen (tax included), Nakchi Pokkum (medium): 2530 yen (tax included), Chorogi salad: 1130 yen (tax included), Korean-style tofu salad: 1130 yen (tax included), and more. It was delicious, but the pricing is still unusually high for this restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I never expected to be able to enjoy Kanjang Gejang at a new place. The Korean cuisine I experienced in Seoul was truly unparalleled. It's truly amazing. Let's overlook the 1.5 times the price. It seems that there are only two stores in Tokyo and Osaka in Japan. Today, I had a course menu. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

There are few restaurants that serve Kanjangejang. I come to eat alone occasionally. I always end up feeling sick towards the end of the meal because I eat too much. It's not something you should eat a lot of... It's like the feeling of eating sea urchin? Also, the soup costs almost 2,000 yen... I want a cheaper soup... With one drink, one Kanjangejang, two bowls of rice, and ordering seaweed, it will definitely cost over 5,000 yen for lunch, so it's not cheap at all, but I don't want this place to close down so please everyone go (whoever). It's all over the place, but it's good!

After the drinking party, I suddenly craved Korean food and decided to go to [restaurant name]. It was almost closing time, so we were the only customers, but we received polite service and enjoyed delicious Kanjang Gejang! The other side dishes were also tasty and we were very satisfied.

I love Kanjang Gejang, so I have always wanted to visit this restaurant. Since I can't go to Korea right now, it's a valuable experience. The taste may not be as good as the authentic Korean version and it's a bit expensive, but if you can enjoy this quality in Japan, it's definitely worth a visit for Kanjang Gejang lovers.

I'm sorry. Please let me apologize first. In my previous post, I gave a rating of 3.3 without fully understanding what Cajun cuisine was all about, and without fully appreciating the deliciousness and quality of this restaurant. However, after feeling a strong craving for Cajun food a few times, I have become addicted to Cajun cuisine and have become a true Cajunist. I now realize that my initial rating was immature, as I did not fully understand the quality of this restaurant or Cajun cuisine. Since then, I have been frequenting this restaurant, ordering from other places when this one is closed, and visiting various Cajun restaurants in Osaka. What I have come to understand is that no other place can surpass the quality of Cajun cuisine at this restaurant. From the flavor of the sauce to the quality of the crab, everything is meticulously crafted. They are truly Cajun cuisine professionals. If you are a crab lover, I highly recommend trying this place.

I visited the restaurant with my daughters for a year-end party. When I told my family about my previous visit, my daughters who love Korea and crab wanted to go, so I took them. They said they enjoyed the Kanjankejan, Yangnyeomkejan, and the seafood hot pot. It made me happy to hear that they liked the food.

I learned about Korean dish Kangjang Gejang on YouTube. It looked so delicious that I couldn't resist visiting a restaurant in Osaka where I could try it. When I arrived around 12:00, I was greeted by two young male staff members who looked like KPOP artists, and they were very polite and spoke fluent Japanese. The restaurant was clean, and KPOP music was playing in the background. There was only one female customer inside when I entered, so it was peaceful. Since it was a holiday, there was no lunch menu, only individual dishes. Without hesitation, I ordered Kangjang Gejang, white rice, and a draft beer. The food was served after a 10-minute wait, beautifully presented. When I tried the Gejang, it was surprisingly salty! I was taken aback and quickly ate it with rice to balance out the spiciness. It didn't have the rich flavor of crab that I expected, and there was a slight fishy taste. It reminded me of salted squid. Although the taste was different from what I had in Korea, I believe that authentic Korean Gejang must be delicious, so I decided to visit Korea after the COVID-19 situation improves. I finished my meal in about 30 minutes, and by then, more female customers had arrived, and the restaurant was bustling.

Today for dinner in Osaka, I visited Pro Kangjang Kejang, a popular spot among Japanese in Korea, to try their crab and shrimp dishes. The soy sauce-marinated king crab and Kangjang Kejang, where you suck the crab miso and egg from the crab meat that melts in your mouth, were the highlights. The key point is freshness - there is a clear difference in taste between crabs marinated alive and those thawed from frozen. The Kangjang Kejang here, as well as the steamed crab with dry meat, were noticeably dry, indicating they were likely frozen. It was disappointing as the quality was far from professional. The restaurant itself lacked energy and showed signs of aging, making it far from an enjoyable and delicious dining environment. My desire to enjoy authentic Kangjang Kejang and Seujan was not fulfilled. The total cost for today's menu was 20,737 yen for 2 people, including 2 Kangjang Kejang dishes, Cockle Chim, 10 Angel Seujan, Bugoguk, Spicy Ramen, 2 Rice, and other drinks.

I love Korean food, especially Kanjang Gejang, so I was very curious about this restaurant! I have been to Korea many times, but I had never been to Pro Kanjang Gejang, so I was glad to go there! The Kanjang Gejang was delicious with its irresistible miso flavor, and the Kanjang Gejang was so soft and flavorful. Of course, I added rice to the crab miso! It was a perfect taste! The interior of the restaurant also played KPOP music and displayed photos of celebrities, which was irresistible to those who love Korea. I want to go again! Thank you for the meal!

Kanjankejan (¥3200) and beef bulgogi (¥1100) were more expensive than I expected for a lunch in Kita-Shinchi. I was surprised by the prices and didn't think they were worth it. Both dishes were too salty to eat on their own, even when eaten with rice, the flavors were too strong. I realized halfway through that I could order Korean seaweed, so I started wrapping the food with it and it became delicious. I wonder if this is how the authentic taste is supposed to be. Thanks to the Korean seaweed, I was able to finish the meal.

I wanted to eat Cajun food♪ A certain YouTuber recommended this place in Osaka for Cajun food, so I made a reservation and went there. The menu was a bit smaller than I expected, but I had it as a side dish with beer! The Cajun food was delicious. It wasn't too spicy, more like a cooler spice? The air conditioning was too strong and it was cold inside. I can't wait to try the authentic Cajun food soon.

I had been wanting to go for a long time and finally made it. I went without a reservation and it was empty enough to do so. It was my second time having Kanjang Gejang in my life. The taste is strong, and eating it is a bit of a hassle, but I still love Korean food, so I want to go again to try Kanjang Seu next time.

I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. It is located right outside JR Kitashinchi Station. The storefront looks like a typical Korean restaurant catering to Japanese customers, with the name written in large Katakana characters. There were already several groups of customers inside, all of whom seemed to be fans of Korean culture. The Kanjang Gejang, a marinated crab dish, was delicious with the soy sauce well infused into the crab and plenty of crab miso. They even provided gloves and aprons, showing their attention to detail, which was nice.

After watching Korean cuisine on TV, I couldn't wait to try Kanjan Kejan! I heard that I could eat it in Osaka, so I went to Shinchi. I had a reservation, but it wasn't necessary on a weekday. There were only two groups of customers, including us. I chose the Kanjan Kejan for lunch. I was also interested in the seafood dish with abalone, but I decided to stick with the Kanjan Kejan. It came with a crab full of eggs and miso, side dishes, rice, and soup. The side dishes felt more like extras. The crab, which had been marinated for four days, was sweet and the meat was tender. I ended up putting rice in the shell and eating it as a "rice thief." I would like to go back when I have more time.

This is a new Korean restaurant that even attracts Hallyu stars. It specializes in Kanjanggejang, which is not commonly found in other places. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and different from typical Korean restaurants. The tables felt a bit cramped, but the Kanjanggejang was incredibly delicious. I may not be a rice thief, but I definitely became a drink thief. The course menu was also enjoyable.
