Everyone, have you heard of Jinmen, the human noodle species? There are so many memorable and fun names like Ramen Great War, Breaking the Rules of Tantanmen, and The Last Swing of the Stubborn Old Man ❤️❤️ Remember the event "Speak Your Dreams and Get Free Ramen"? I had the opportunity to give a lecture on emergency first aid at that event ❤️❤️❤️ And when it comes to Jinmen, the top-ranked ramen shop in Osaka with long lines, ranked number one on Tabelog Osaka and Ramen Database Osaka, among others, is truly impressive! Even on Thursdays at 8 pm, when everyone is relaxing at home, there are still long lines, amazing! From 8/26 to 9/1, they will be serving a bowl of ramen with twice the amount of shellfish, overflowing with the umami of shellfish, at the most popular "Ramen Marco"! It's so nice that they hold events like this regularly, fans must be delighted ❤️❤️ This day's shellfish-based delicious ramen! I had the world's thickest slice of chashu! Most of the ramen bowls are filled with meat, quite meaty! Oh! That was a pun! The huge pork belly chashu topping on the ramen is impressive! It's world-class, so it's huge! When you take a bite, the umami of the meat spreads in your mouth, and the delicate shellfish-based broth has an elegant and light taste that makes it easy to slurp with chopsticks ❤️ The whole wheat medium noodles allow you to enjoy the al dente texture and flavorful thick menma is also delicious, menma lovers will love it ❤️☝️❤️☝️❤️ The creamy texture of the simmered egg was also excellent, it was so delicious ❤️❤️❤️ This ramen is so delicious that I want to go back and eat it again ⭐️⭐️ Even while waiting in line, I had a fun conversation with the neighbors, and that was enjoyable too ❤️❤️ The staff, even though busy, smiled when our eyes met, and all the customers were nice people ❤️❤️ Jinmen will continue to be loved in the future ⭐️ Looking forward to it!

Wow! First visit~(*’ω’ノノ゙☆パチパチ I came all the way from Gunma to Osaka!! (laughs) I decided to stay in Shin-Osaka for a night before my business trip, and although I love snacks, I was craving ramen! So, when I searched for ramen in Shin-Osaka, I found this place with overwhelmingly high ratings!! It's a famous shop, after all. I arrived around 8:40 PM and walked about 20 minutes from the hotel. When I got to the front of the shop, there was a line! Well, I was prepared to wait in line since I had read the reviews. But wow, this area is so lively! Honestly, it's a bit intimidating. (bitter smile) In Kanto (I'm not sure about the city center or major cities), it's rare to find places open after 8:00 PM, especially for dinner. It's more focused on lunch hours. Anyway, I had to wait about 20 minutes before being directed to wait about 15 meters away from the shop near the station. Why? Well, rules are rules. You have to follow the local customs. Yes. But even after 9:00 PM, this place is popular with middle school students too! Osaka is so energetic! (shivers) I waited in line for about 20 minutes and then got to the front of the shop in about 5 minutes! It was faster than I expected. The shop, including the kitchen, is quite spacious. How many staff members? About 7-8? Impressive. And they had 5 large monitors playing a live performance by Mr. Children!! (laughs) They must really love them. I ordered the "Original with seasoned egg topping and thin sliced pork belly". After waiting inside the shop for about 15 minutes, my bowl arrived! The soup first... It's mainly soy sauce-based with a hint of sweetness... The menu mentions plenty of bonito, but I feel like the "sweetness" is more prominent. Maybe it's mirin or something... not a vegetable-like sweetness. Next, the noodles. They are thick whole wheat noodles. Chewy and springy. Good texture and bite, but not overly wheaty. The pork belly is tender but nothing special. And it also had thick bamboo shoots and chopped green onions. And just like that, I finished it all in no time! Hmm... maybe I had too high expectations... ( ̄~ ̄;) Well, I want to be honest and write more, but... (bitter smile) I don't want to offend the people in Kansai, or... well, the dashi culture is different between Kanto and Kansai. The staff were very young and full of energy, and I could feel a glimpse of Kansai's food culture. That's all, thank you for the meal! m(_ _)m ===========

We were talking about how we haven't had ramen in a long time and suddenly felt like eating it. But we have to be prepared to wait in line! The nights have been getting cooler recently, right? This might be a good opportunity to go. We decided to go around 10 pm to avoid the crowd, but there was still a long line. What time would be less crowded? The turnover is fast due to the way the staff handles customers and the ramen, but we still waited for about 50 minutes. There are three types of ramen, with the price varying based on the thickness of the pork slices. When we come here, we always crave the thick slices of pork. We usually eat at the old store, but this time we tried the new store next to it. The counter in the middle has a fish tank, and Mr. Children's singles and albums are displayed. The owner is a big Mr. Children fan, and the big TV plays Mr. Children live performances with loud music. It makes me happy when I recognize the live performance I attended. We ordered the "Ramen Original" with thick pork slices, a boiled egg, and a pork bowl. Normally, we get the Macro, but this time we went with the Original. The bonito aroma and flavored oil were a great accent! And the thick pork slices that easily fall apart with chopsticks made it easy to eat. It seemed bigger than before. It's been two years since I last came, but the size and presence of the pork slices are amazing! The noodles have a chewy texture due to the whole wheat flour, and the overall quality is high! I was so engrossed in the ramen that I almost forgot about the pork bowl. There are even thicker pork slices available, which I can't even imagine! It's quite filling and satisfying. The wait might be a drawback for many people, but I think it's worth it. Thank you for the meal. People All Noodle Species Osaka, Osaka, Yodogawa-ku, Nishinakajima 1-12-15.

I arrived at Minamikata around 10:30 am and immediately went to Ramen Minna Menrui. The unique sign caught my attention! There were about 10 people waiting in line ahead of me. The wait outside wasn't too long, only about 20 minutes, and I was soon seated on a chair in front of the shop. I went inside just before 11 am and placed my order. I chose the macro thin-sliced chashu. I was torn between that and the micro, but decided to go with the most popular option. This was my first time having ramen in Osaka. In Tokyo, I usually eat ramen with a strong punchy flavor, but the ramen here had a slight sweetness and was mild. It had a gentle and warm feel to it. I finished it all in no time. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Saturday, 10:00 PM, incredibly long line, had to wait for an hour even late at night, it was scary. 10:27 PM joined the line, 11:22 PM entered the shop, 11:24 PM placed order, 11:37 PM ramen arrived, 11:48 PM left the shop. Ramen with extra noodles, thickly sliced roasted pork, boiled egg, and dumplings cost 1524 yen. The noodles were chewy with a rich wheat aroma. The soup base made from shellfish with special soy sauce added had a very deep flavor. The extra thick slices of roasted pork were very satisfying. The dumplings used ginger instead of garlic, which I personally enjoyed. When leaving, there were still dozens of people waiting outside.

Visited around 4:30 pm on a regular weekday. No wait. Brought some friends before catching the Shinkansen train! Took the Midosuji Line from Umeda and got off at the station just before Shin-Osaka Station, which was convenient. This place serves extremely famous ramen in Osaka! The menu has changed a bit. You can choose the type of chashu, toppings, and soup. This time, I went with thinly sliced chashu, seasoned egg topping, and the original soup. The sweet soy sauce soup, tender chashu, crunchy menma... so delicious! The music playing in the restaurant by Mr. Children was nice too. My friends were also impressed by the delicious ramen... it was a good choice to bring them here! Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant "Jinrui Minarai Ramen" in Osaka during a business trip. It was a weekend night and there was a long line, so I waited for about 30 minutes before entering. I ordered the Ramen Original Thick-sliced Chashu for 1060 yen, and added a boiled egg for 65 yen. The staff was efficient and soon my bowl arrived. The soup was a sweet soy sauce base, with chewy medium-thick noodles and tender chashu that was irresistible. The smoked boiled egg added a nice touch. The interior of the restaurant was filled with music by Mr. Children, making it a great place for fans of the band. I don't usually eat soy sauce ramen, but I enjoyed this one very much.

I tried the Halal YELLOW Maze Soba❗️ The noodles were chewy and smooth, very delicious, and the chicken chashu was thick and tasty❗️ The broth was rich in curry flavor, delicious on its own❗️ In addition, you could feel the umami of the broth within the curry, a unique sensation❗️ When you eat the broth and noodles together, it's amazingly delicious❗️ The chicken topping was outstanding and paired well with the noodles❗️ If you want to eat delicious ramen, this is the place to go❗️

Hankyu Minamikata Station right away. Osaka's No.1 popular ramen restaurant! Ranked 1st on Tabelog Osaka! Ranked 1st on Ramen Database Osaka! Ramen with the thickest cut pork in the world. I had always heard about the long lines, but when I arrived before 4:00, I only had to wait for 3 people for about 5 minutes to get in. As soon as I entered, I saw the words "Welcome" right away. There were 7 large monitors on the wall, with 6 showing live performances by Mr. Children and one showing information about the restaurant. The open kitchen was surrounded by a counter in a U-shape. There was a table in the front that looked like a volcano, with an aquarium underneath it where beautiful fish were swimming. I was seated facing the wall on the right side. The kitchen and fish were not visible, but it was a perfect spot to enjoy the ramen. There are 3 types of ramen available: the original soy sauce ramen, the micro soy sauce ramen with a strong flavor, and the most popular shellfish ramen called macro. Since it was my first time, I decided to go with the original soy sauce ramen. You can choose from 3 types of pork slices: thick, thin, or the thickest in the world. The thickest slice seemed to be the recommended choice, so I went with that. After a while, the ramen arrived with a huge piece of pork that occupied more than a third of the bowl! It was a massive chunk of meat. I tried to take a picture, but I couldn't lift it with chopsticks, so it ended up diving back into the bowl, causing the soup to splash. The surface of the meat was firm, but it easily fell apart when pierced with chopsticks. It was juicy and delicious. Despite its size, I didn't get tired of eating it because I could enjoy different textures and flavors in each bite. The bamboo shoots were also large, and the green onions were cut into big pieces. The noodles were made of whole wheat, medium thickness, straight, chewy, and slurp-friendly. The soup was thick and black, made with bonito-flavored oil, giving it a sweet and intense soy sauce flavor. The restaurant was lively with many young staff members. It seemed like it would be quite crowded during lunch and dinner hours, so visiting during off-peak times like weekdays might be a good idea. Since they have various types of businesses under the same group, it might be interesting to explore other locations as well.

Last time I came here for the collaboration week, so I couldn't eat the regular menu, but the collaboration ramen was so delicious that I wanted to try the regular menu right away, so I went back. This time, I ordered the following: - Ramen with thinly sliced roasted pork: $8.47 - Special boiled egg: $0.72 - Lunch set B: $1.65 According to online information, the noodles are the specialty of Jinmen, made with whole wheat flour, giving them a chewy texture and satisfying thickness. The noodles are addictively delicious. The soup has a rich color and flavor, with a strong soy sauce taste that is both savory and slightly tangy, with a hint of bitterness that enhances the soy sauce flavor. Even though I'm not very confident in my taste buds, I can tell that it is incredibly delicious and ranks among the top soy sauce ramen I've ever had. I tried the thinly sliced roasted pork this time, and it was surprisingly thick and full of flavor. Even though it was thinly sliced, it had the same volume as thick slices, and the flavor and tenderness of the pork were exceptional. For those who love pork, I highly recommend trying the thinly sliced option. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, energetic, and provide excellent service. They are polite, easy to communicate with, and show consideration and hospitality. The restaurant is also clean and has a sense of cleanliness, making it a comfortable place to dine. Overall, I had a delicious and satisfying experience at this restaurant, and I highly recommend it to others.

I went to "Jinrui Minamenrui ~Nishinakajima Minamigata~" again. Since the big event of this summer, the Ramen Collaboration, has ended, I decided to try the soy sauce flavor. As expected from the "No. 1 ramen shop with long lines in Osaka"!! I went around lunchtime and had to wait in line for about 40 minutes. During the collaboration event, it was the week of "salt ramen," but I had never tried the original flavor, "soy sauce ramen" before. I ordered the "Original" with toppings: thick-sliced roasted pork, seasoned boiled egg, and sweet soy sauce soup with medium-thick noodles. The tender roasted pork and flavorful seasoned egg were delicious. It was a nostalgic soy sauce ramen. The roasted pork bowl with sweet roasted pork and mayonnaise was also tasty and satisfying. The restaurant has a large tropical fish tank inside and live Mr. Children concert footage on a big monitor, giving it a unique atmosphere. "Jinrui Minamenrui" is an impressive ramen shop.

Hishikawa Rikka (Cure Diamond) Birthday Celebration: Due to a basic misunderstanding that the ramen shop open for lunch on Sundays was closed, I headed south in despair. When I arrived at 8:00 am, there was no line, so I had breakfast at Green Park to pass the time. I returned at 8:38 am and there were 6 people ahead of me (3, 1, 1, 1). At 8:43 am, a group of 2 arrived, followed by a solo customer at 8:44 am, another at 8:45 am, and one more at 8:47 am. The world has returned to normal after the price adjustment yesterday afternoon. The half-cooked egg slices are no longer available, but the prices have slightly decreased. The world's thickest chashu pork has been added to the regular menu, and the bones are gone. Delicious smile! When I left the shop, there was no more waiting. I had a glass of Hoegaarden White (draft), a side of menma, and a micro-topping special selection ramen with extra-large chashu pork, menma, and green onions.

I visited the restaurant around noon, and there was a line in front of the shop, but it was shorter than usual so I decided to wait in line. After about 20 minutes, I entered the shop where only limited menu items were available until September 15th, so I chose to try the "Innovation Ramen (Thick Sliced Chashu)" (1,650 yen). The bowl had white foam on top, with kale tempura, thinly sliced rare chashu, green onions, menma, and thickly cut chashu hidden underneath. The soup, dyed black using squid ink and cream, had a slight bitterness and a rich umami flavor with a smooth creaminess. The balance between squid ink and cream was exquisite, and the mysterious white foam was made with milk and kelp, offering a distinct umami flavor. The noodles were made with whole wheat flour, medium thickness, and had a chewy texture with a good absorption of the soup. The thick sliced chashu made from pork belly was tender with a melt-in-your-mouth fatty texture, and the rare chashu, green onions, and menma were seasoned with bonito oil, giving them a delightful fragrance. I didn't know I would only have limited menu options when I visited suddenly, but I was lucky to enjoy such a delicious limited menu.

Today's ramen collaboration is with Chef Yoshaki Terada, who trained at "noma," known as the most difficult restaurant to get a reservation at in the world. The soup is made by soaking milk for a day and mixing it with squid ink, topped with chashu, green onions, shredded menma mixed with kale, and a bubble of dashi combined with kombu and milk, topped with pink peppercorns. Finally, butter is added, which slowly melts into the hot ramen over time, creating a mild flavor change. The waiter explained this to me. It must be tough to remember all that dialogue! The ramen I ordered without hesitation was the thick-cut chashu (tax-included 1,650 yen). However, this collaboration ramen is a bit pricier, around 500 yen more. After a 10-minute wait, it arrived! This is more like a work of art than ramen. Let's dig in! Hmm, delicious! It's definitely tasty, but I won't come up with clever comments like other bloggers. The milk and squid ink soup is unique, but as a commoner, I don't see the value beyond the price. Honestly, was the seat I got today bad, or is the air conditioning not working properly? It was too hot in the restaurant, and I couldn't fully concentrate on the taste due to sweating so much. However, the noodles, menma, and thick-cut chashu at this restaurant are as delicious as ever. I love this place, so when they go back to their regular menu, I'll keep coming back. Thanks for the meal today!

I visited the most popular ramen shop in Osaka! Instead of the usual soy sauce ramen, I was intrigued by a limited collaboration menu. This collaboration ramen, called Innovation Ramen, was created in partnership with Chef Terada, who trained at Otel Do Mikuni and Noma. The ramen, served in a striking black bowl resembling a sumi-e painting, featured thin-sliced chashu pork, a seasoned soft-boiled egg, and kale tempura as toppings, all sitting on a bed of white kelp broth with pink peppercorns adding a unique touch. The chashu pork was tender and had a nice thickness, almost melting in the mouth. The noodles were smooth and chewy, pairing well with the creamy soup infused with squid ink and cream. The soup had a rich and complex flavor, making you want to savor every drop. It was surprising how well the squid ink, typically used in pasta, complemented the ramen. This Innovation Ramen, blending elements of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines, was truly outstanding. The restaurant had a spacious and vibrant atmosphere, with a large fish tank and music videos playing. I visited on a weekday at 11 am and was able to get in without much of a wait.

Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture - Terada Chef and the collaboration menu with all mankind noodles from 9/10 to 15. The soup is black! It uses squid ink. There are two menu options, with a price difference based on the thickness of the chashu. I chose the thick cut this time! The dish that came out was also a beautiful black and white dish! Actually, it was my first time visiting All Mankind Noodles today, but as expected, it was super delicious! When I was looking for tissues, the staff immediately brought them to me, and the staff's response was also excellent! This menu is available until the 15th, but it seems that there will be a different collaboration on the 16th and 17th, so if you can't go to try this menu, please try the next one on the 16th and 17th! Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture - From September 10th to 15th, there is a limited collaboration menu between Chef Terada and the restaurant "Minamikata - All Humans are Noodle Lovers." The soup is black, made with squid ink. There are two menu options, with different prices depending on whether you choose thick or thin slices of chashu. I chose the thick slices this time! The dish that came out was served on a beautiful black and white plate. This was my first time visiting "Minamikata - All Humans are Noodle Lovers," and it was truly delicious, living up to its reputation. When I was looking for tissues, the staff quickly brought some over, showing great service. I visited around 10:30 for lunch on a regular day and was seated after a short wait as the first in line. On that day, they only offered a limited-time collaboration menu, which was a soup made with squid ink! The first bite tasted like pasta soup, but gradually I realized it was indeed ramen, creating a strange yet delicious sensation.

Located right in front of Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station! A 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station! This extremely popular restaurant is always busy! At 6 pm, there is a line of 10 people waiting. You can't be seated until your whole party is there. They are having a 5-day ramen fair featuring squid ink and milk ramen! It's delicious, like a creamy pasta! They play Mr. Children's live music non-stop! The sign has two dishes stuck together, showing great design sense! Definitely going back again! DI Prote

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:30 on a regular day. I knew it was a famous restaurant, but there was still a line, which can be tough for a quick lunch break for office workers. It was my first time visiting, so I planned to order a standard menu item, but it turned out they were collaborating with a high-end French restaurant, so I had no choice but to try the Innovation Ramen! It was a bit disappointing at first, but it was truly amazing with the perfect finish of squid ink and milk. It was delicious! I'll have to try their regular menu next time.
