On the second day of my trip to Fukuoka, I was searching on Instagram for a place to have dinner and came across a restaurant that turned out to be a great choice. It's a must-visit for those who love horumon (offal). You can enjoy various rare cuts at a good cost performance. The freshness is amazing, some cuts like liver can be eaten with just a quick sear. The chef at the counter will teach you how to cook the meat to perfection. The red and white assortment includes tan karubi, sirloin, maruchou, coriander, and about 8-9 other types. The spicy tripe may look intimidating, but it's delicious and goes well with alcohol. It also comes with vegetables, which are great for wrapping the meat. The restaurant has 4 counter seats and 2 table seats, so making a reservation by phone is highly recommended.

Just Meat, which I had heard was delicious from many people. The counter and tatami seating only have two tables and it's always full. I recommend sitting at the counter. They watch to make sure the meat isn't overcooked and teach you the best way to cook it. They also served a cold pita, which was amazing! It was my first time having cold pita with grilled meat and it was great! The cabbage appetizer is all-you-can-eat since there is no salad menu, and it goes really well with the meat. The Namul assortment was 580 yen, and the lotus root was especially delicious! The Senmai sashimi was 680 yen and came with sesame oil and a spicy dipping sauce. The Liver and Garlic Chives for 858 yen was so tender and delicious. I don't like liver usually, but this was nothing like I imagined and was really tasty! The Red and White Assortment for 3278 yen came with chives and shiso leaves. Eating it with the spicy negi sauce was fantastic! In the middle was hormone. The Spicy Cabbage for 748 yen wasn't too spicy and had a strong sweetness. It's recommended for those who like hormone. I definitely want to go back to this yakiniku restaurant. This place is truly the best! I'm not a fan of yakiniku, but this place is exceptional. This was my second visit after warming up my list of things I wanted to eat. First, the sashimi that the person next to me was continuously praising as "delicious" last time (I didn't eat yakiniku!). The melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness of the red and white sashimi platter included tongue and harami, creating a well-balanced mix that left me completely satisfied. And then there was the liver and garlic chive dish that many reviews mentioned. It was a deliciousness I had never experienced before! Finally, the garlic rice and motsu stew... I love them too much. Thank you again for another wonderful meal! I will definitely be back!

I am definitely a fan of lean meat teppanyaki, but I was taken to this yakiniku restaurant by a friend. I was relieved to hear that it is affiliated with Bakuro in Yakuin. When I tried the food, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was delicious, and unexpectedly, my friend and I ended up ordering another 2-3 serving platter! Even though I am new to eating horumon, it was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating! The couple next to us, who are regulars, only ate raw meat and kept saying how delicious it was! Next time, I'm definitely aiming for the sirloin! The chef explained everything very carefully and cut the meat we ordered right in front of us. I love Just Meat. Even though the prices went up, my satisfaction level didn't change at all. The mix of four types of hormone meat is the best of the best. I ordered it twice to pick out my favorite cuts. The chewy texture is amazing. When I ordered liver as a single item after a long time, I was trembling with delight. The tongue meat is so delicious that you shouldn't get used to it. It's numbing. I finished with cold noodles. I gained weight. I'm definitely going to gain weight. It was delicious.

I want to eat yakiniku~ so I decided to go here with my seniors. It's been a few years since my last visit. The restaurant is located in a hidden spot, with a big red lantern as a sign. Inside, there are tables and counters with a shichirin (charcoal grill) at each table. It's a bit small, so seating four people at a table can be a bit tight, but the delicious yakiniku makes up for it. The appetizer is a salad, which is healthy and makes the meat consumption calorie-free. We started with a mix of red and white horumon (offal), including rare cuts. The staff comes to help with grilling at just the right time, which is nice. The quality of the meat is high and the prices are relatively reasonable. They also have delicious side dishes like sagari sashimi and stew. For dessert, we shared garlic horumon rice, spicy ramen, and cold noodles. I love yakiniku and often eat it, and this restaurant has jumped to the top of my favorite yakiniku ranking. Just Meat is truly delicious and I couldn't stop eating. The Red and White Assortment was particularly good. It had just the right amount of lean meat and hormone. I've eaten various cuts of meat before, but I tried Shikin for the first time and loved it! I really like the crunchy texture of the hormone, and it had a good bite with less fat, making it easy to eat. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was very much like a typical casual yakiniku restaurant, which I really liked. It's a shame that there are few table seats, but I really want to go back to this yakiniku restaurant.

It's been a while, but I still loved it. This day was also amazing. I left it up to the chef to satisfy my hunger. From tataki to grilled dishes, everything was great. Even though it was non-alcoholic, it was still great. The liver with garlic chives and oxtail soup satisfied my cravings. Yamann! Today, Jay's old MacBook Pro broke down, so he decided to buy a new MacBook Pro and MacBook Air on a whim in Daimyo! Since there was time before the appointment, he went to Just Meat, a place he had wanted to visit before but couldn't due to being full when he called. This time, he managed to get in around 5:30 pm! He ordered two Mega Highballs, which are definitely more cost-effective. Cabbage salad and lettuce came as appetizers, and the dressing was delicious. He was impressed that they serve raw meat slices! He ordered raw heart (780 yen) and simmered tripe (380 yen) as snacks with his drinks. The tripe stew had plenty of ingredients! But the highlight was definitely the raw meat! The chef recommended the red and white mixed grill (2,980 yen), which Jay ordered. Sitting at the counter, the chef cooked it right in front of him. The customer next to him ordered liver (580 yen), and seeing the chef cut a large block of liver right in front of them, Jay and his friend couldn't resist ordering it too! They quickly cooked and ate it! The mixed grill had a generous portion, so they were full! The bill came out to around 8,000 yen for two people, which was incredibly reasonable!
