"Hey, the sign doesn't lie! I really want to eat a large serving of rice!!" A super popular yakiniku restaurant from Matsuyama, Ehime, has landed in Osaka! It's our restaurant, Labyrinths, right next door. Established in 1969, it's almost reaching the status of a long-standing establishment. Specializing in black wagyu beef, Fukushige Horumon is housed in a renovated old private house, giving it a great atmosphere. When you sit down, the first thing you'll say is "Wow!" Lately, I haven't been too bothered about having a "Premium Malt" beer. It's available in many places, and maybe I'm getting used to the taste? "So, what should we eat?" First, check out the "blackboard menu" (today's recommendations)! Unfortunately, the rumored "phantom Harami" @1200 is not available today... What a shame... (tears) Today's recommendations are... "Sirloin" and "Small Horumon," so let's start with the tongue, a must-have at any yakiniku restaurant! "Tongue" @550 "Upper Tongue" @800 Definitely go for the "Upper Tongue"! And let's order two servings!! This is thicker than I expected, just the way I like it. And the portion is quite generous! Eating it with salt and lemon... Yes, this is good! You don't often get to eat wagyu beef tongue like this. Next, let's try the "Black Wagyu Beef Middle Ochi" and "Middle Ochi Kalbi," also known as "Geta Kalbi," the part between the bones of the Kalbi. This part is cheap but delicious! Now, let's go for the "Top Loin"! Although the recommendation was the "Sirloin" @2300, I didn't order it because it didn't seem that different from the "Top Loin" @1900... Established in 1969, a renowned black wagyu beef specialty store from Matsuyama, Ehime, has opened in Osaka! They purchase whole A4 to A5 grade Kagoshima black wagyu beef, offering high-quality meat at reasonable prices in a cozy, traditional Japanese house setting that can accommodate up to 70 guests. We tried a platter of three types of meat: harami for 850 yen, the highly recommended "phantom" harami for 2,150 yen, and black wagyu sirloin for 1,800 yen. The "phantom" harami was thick, yet tender and juicy. We also enjoyed the sukiyaki-style rib roast for 1,000 yen, quickly grilling thin slices of meat and eating them with beaten egg and grated daikon radish. The thick-cut tongue for 1,750 yen and seared liver for 1,300 yen were delicious. The thick-cut zabuton for 2,150 yen had a satisfying amount of fat, making us crave rice. The small intestines for 800 yen were soft and juicy. For the finale, we had the cold noodles for 850 yen and tail soup for 1,000 yen. The chilled noodles were delicious, and the tail soup, with its large tail meat pieces, was also tasty. I actually wanted to eat yakitori or yakiniku, so I explored around Yotsubashi. However, when I visited, it was already past 9 o'clock and the menu I wanted was sold out, which was disappointing. It was my first time visiting, and the old-fashioned yakiniku restaurant had a rich atmosphere that I enjoyed. The meat was delicious without a doubt, and the side dishes were also decent. I arrived around 8 o'clock so I was able to sit right away! I wanted to try the famous Harami but it was already sold out. I ended up ordering the regular Harami, which was thick, tender, and delicious! I ordered an additional three servings because it was such good value! I'm thinking of going for lunch next time!

Just before the last order, I slipped in. The meat looks delicious and high quality, and it goes well with alcohol. Considering the quality, the price seems reasonable in terms of cost performance. The main store is located in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, and I would like to challenge it when I have the opportunity to visit on a business trip.

There is a yakiniku restaurant specializing in high-quality Japanese black beef in Yotsuhashi that has been open for over 10 years and is popular for offering black beef at reasonable prices. I visited with @hetare_sanbagaras, who is transitioning from a dashimaki star grammer to a wiener star grammer. The menu includes a variety of red meat and offal, with rare cuts of black beef being recommended. The thickly sliced tongue with a hidden knife, the fresh and plump seared liver, and the beautifully marbled zabuton are all delicious when enjoyed as salt-grilled meat. The sweet and delicious fat dripping from the zabuton is irresistible. The rib roast sukiyaki-style yakiniku overflows from the plate with a large size that the staff cooks up nicely. The crispy sear is delightful, and the grated daikon in the egg adds a refreshing touch. Moving on to the tare yakiniku, the popular harami and beautiful bara are both tender and delicious. Using the sauce for the first time, the sweet and savory dipping sauce enhances the flavor of the meat even more. Of course, it goes well with offal too. The wiener uses Kagoshima black pork, and while it is luxurious, it is incredibly juicy with a burst of meat juice and fat. The wiener pyramid built by Hetare-san was quite impressive (lol). For the finale, we had cold noodles and kuppak with a hefty amount of tail. The cold noodles have a mild acidity and simple deliciousness, while the tail kuppak has a gentle flavor with a rich broth, making both irresistible for a yakiniku finale. The restaurant has a counter, tables, and even tatami seating on the second floor, accommodating up to 100 seats for various occasions. The tare yakiniku is particularly recommended because the sauce is delicious!

I went there for the first time. The customer service at the store was amazing. The store has a nice atmosphere. The food, as shown in the pictures, be careful as the grill has a very strong heat. Oh, I forgot to eat the tongue. The second floor has tatami seating. I have to go again.

I'm not sure about this score at all... it's completely unreliable. I went for lunch and since I wanted something grilled, I ordered a la carte. They only had rice bowl on the lunch menu. I had harami, tongue, and grilled vegetables. The harami was tender and delicious, but the sauce wasn't good. It had a strange taste that lingered in my mouth. The tongue was terrible. I hate to say this, but it was really bad. Also, I don't like it when the staff talk loudly to each other just because they're bored.

I visited Fukushige Hormone for some yakiniku. It's located near Yotsubashi and has a nice exterior. However, the interior was a bit uncomfortable with tilting chairs and poor ventilation, making it feel sticky. The thick-cut premium salted tongue was good, but the other meats were just okay. The harami was advertised as something special, but it was nothing to write home about. Overall, it was an average experience.

Soft Harami Donburi that can't be eaten at other stores: ¥850. It looks burnt and tough, so it doesn't seem tasty at all, but in reality, it is soft and delicious as advertised. However, overall, it was a hearty and wild bowl. I'm also curious about the Beef Tendon Donburi for ¥650. It's a popular restaurant with a strong and bold flavor of grilled meat and offal, with various oils and flavors infused (not in a bad way).

The raw meat is so good that you'll want to confirm if it's okay to eat it raw. The plate is particularly stainless steel, which makes you feel guilty but it's delicious, like a plate for yakiniku from another store. Even my friend who doesn't like raw meat praised it. The elusive Harami, I'm not sure what makes it elusive... Maybe because it's a hormone shop, the belly and loin were all chewy, with a lot of fat like Kalbi! It goes really well with alcohol. However, it's better to eat the lighter items like tongue towards the end for mental stability. Probably. The large portion of white rice comes out like a manga-sized portion, so my friend ended up eating half of what I ordered. For those who are not food fighters, I recommend hesitating at least once. (laughs) The second floor is smoky because of smoking and poor ventilation. In addition, it's a tatami room, so there are a lot of group customers from companies who speak loudly, so dining with a small group may be too lively.

This place, Mr. Tokyuju, originally started in Matsuyama in 1969 and is a famous yakiniku restaurant. They offer A4~A5 ranked meat at reasonable prices. I have been here many times. I personally love this restaurant for its taste, portion size, and atmosphere. The must-try dish is the Harami or the "phantom" Harami, which is a large cut that is juicy and goes perfectly with rice. Other classic menu items like tongue and kalbi are also available, all of which are very filling. The drink prices are a bit high, around 500 yen, but they serve drinks in chilled glasses which is a nice touch, especially in the summer. If you plan to drink, it's better to go for the all-you-can-drink course for better value. Even the 4300 yen course is highly recommended. The restaurant is quite smoky, so it may not be for everyone, but personally, I was very satisfied with my experience here!

When staying at a hotel near Yotsuhashi, I had a craving for yakiniku during lunchtime. After checking reviews, I decided to visit Fukushige Horumon, which seemed to offer yakiniku during lunch hours. Upon arrival, I found that the lunch menu mainly consisted of set meals, but when I expressed my desire to have yakiniku, the staff kindly accommodated my request. Most customers who came in after me opted for the lunch menu, while a few also wanted to grill their own meat. I ordered the luxurious set which included tongue, loin, and belly. The tongue was delicious, although the seasoning could have been better, but that's easily fixable with salt. The loin was the most delicious in my opinion, perfect for pairing with rice. The interesting part was the upper belly cut, which had some tough parts but provided a satisfying chew and allowed me to enjoy the combination of meat juices and fat. The restaurant has been around for a long time but has a more modern izakaya-like atmosphere. This unique balance might appeal to some and not to others. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The skirt steak was incredibly delicious. The meat itself had a rich and tasty flavor. The homemade sauce was also fantastic. Although I enjoyed the more expensive cuts of meat, the hormone dishes here might be the best. Pairing it with beer is just perfect. Thank you for the meal.

I have been here many times! The beef tongue is thickly sliced ⭐︎ The staff and atmosphere in the restaurant are very lively and efficient! The meat is delicious, and when I couldn't finish it all and asked for a takeout, they kindly accepted and wrapped it up for me. I also really like that they are eco-friendly.

Whenever I go, I am always satisfied with the delicious food! They allowed me to take the uneaten meat home in a Tupperware container, which was eco-friendly and wonderful! My friends from Hong Kong and America were also very satisfied. It would be even better if they had an English menu!

I wanted to eat yakiniku in Osaka after a long time, so I searched for a nearby place and chose this one because it had good reviews. The restaurant was in a traditional house, and the second floor had tatami seating. I was a bit bothered by the oily menu. Also, the bottle of cleaning detergent in the restroom was quite dirty, and I thought it shouldn't be placed where it's visible. Since it's a food establishment, cleanliness is important. As for the meat, all of them were delicious and I would like to come back again! The "phantom harami" was especially tasty! Next time, I'll order more of that and reduce the amount of belly and chuck. Oh, the rice didn't seem freshly cooked, which was disappointing. I think shiny rice goes well with delicious meat! The service was excellent.

Fukushige Hormone Yotsubashi Store in Osaka is a yakiniku restaurant located about a 5-minute walk from Yotsubashi Station on the subway and a 10-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station. A highly recommended item is the "Phantom Harami," a beautifully marbled and shining meat! This meat is so delicious that it's often sold out, making it a must-try dish. Just to clarify, while this meat is amazing, all the other menu items are delicious as well.

I made a reservation for a course and visited the restaurant. I was looking for a yakiniku restaurant nearby and this place popped up. When I tried to walk in without a reservation before, I couldn't get a table, so this time I made a reservation. The course was 5000 yen with all-you-can-drink included, and there was a substantial amount of meat such as premium tongue, loin, harami, and kalbi. Despite the quantity, all the meat was a bit marbled and tender. You can tell right away that this is a good restaurant. Additionally, I ordered the "naengmyeon" separately. The special cold noodles had a rich broth and the noodles were smooth, showing their attention to detail. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for the first time. I came with high expectations on a Sunday. I ordered various types of meat, but overall, I didn't think the quality matched the cost. The staff was efficient, but the meat sauce was overly strong and made my throat dry. It's definitely not suitable for children or non-drinkers due to the overpowering flavor. The quality of the ingredients also seemed lacking. I don't think I will visit this place again. For this price range, there are many other restaurants with better quality meat that I would prefer to go to.
