Hello everyone in July 2023! I was asked by a friend from Tokushima to guide them around Kita-Shinchi. The ladies from Tokushima enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool and having light snacks and drinks on the club floor. Here, they enjoyed the signature dishes of the restaurant! Unfortunately, the main elevator was undergoing long-term maintenance on that day, so we had to use a different elevator (for luggage). We sat by the window and enjoyed the following dishes: a summer seasonal assortment, including delicious corn tempura which goes perfectly with beer, grilled summer melon, octopus tempura, fried tofu in broth, and roasted edamame. The beef steamed with water smoke was a must-order for me, and the Akita specialty "hegisoba" (buckwheat noodles) was a perfect match with Suntory whisky. We skipped the rice cooked in a pot this time. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience! Next, we headed to a wine bar as per their request, and it was also delicious. Thank you for the wonderful meal! ❤️

The atmosphere was nice and I enjoyed drinking, but when I paid, I didn't realize until later when I checked the receipt that I was charged for 1 Old Fashioned and 2 Yamazaki whiskies. I only had 2 Old Fashioneds and my partner had 1 Yamazaki Highball. It was disappointing. It's important to check the bill when paying.

I regret booking a private room for a business farewell party at a high-rise building in the heart of Osaka. The view from the 27th floor is stunning, but I missed out on it by booking a private room. The party included all members who love drinking, so I reserved a course with all-you-can-drink option for 5,500 yen per person. The food was amazing, including tofu, assorted appetizers, sashimi, fried shrimp, grilled chicken and eggplant, soba noodles, and dessert. The drinks were all Suntory products, offering a wide selection of beer, sake, shochu, wine, and more. The staff was professional and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun evening. The place was filled with couples, making it a great spot for a date. I recommend this place as a date spot for young couples. Payment was easy with PayPay. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Thursday around 6:30 pm. The restaurant was quite crowded, and it seemed difficult to enter without a reservation. Located on the 27th floor, the view is outstanding, with a fantastic location. It is a Suntory-owned establishment, so of course, the all-you-can-drink beer is Premium Malt's. However, I was surprised that they served bottled beer as draft beer. Maybe it's just my preconception, but this beer seemed to have a very malty taste and was delicious. The course dishes were all very tasty, especially the steak and Goto udon that came out towards the end. The excellent service was also impressive. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again.

We tried the summer "Brilliant Course" which includes Kyoto's famous Kajimaya tofu, steamed water smoke, and Hagi soba along with carefully selected summer ingredients. The course price is 9,000 yen per person (tax included) and includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The meal included: seared eel and winter melon chilled soup, assorted appetizers, Kajimaya tofu from Kyoto, tempura of corn and seared edamame, pressed sushi with grilled eel, fermented soybean miso, smashed cucumber, assorted sashimi, steamed water smoke of Imibi pork from Nagasaki, deep-fried shrimp with Manjaku chili pepper, black wagyu steak, Hagi soba from Ojiya, and a dessert of shaved ice. The meal was satisfying and delicious!

If you prefer a seat with a view, it is recommended to make a reservation with seat selection in advance. The quality of the food here is surprisingly high, not just the night view. The tuna sashimi is delicious, and the tempura and fried foods are crispy and satisfying. I had the Sazan course with a wide private room and 2-hour all-you-can-drink option. The restaurant had a Western feel, but the course mainly consisted of Japanese dishes like chawanmushi and hot pot. The dashi used in the dishes was delicious. Reservation made for first visit. Amazing view from the 27th floor overlooking Midosuji stretching straight ahead. "San no Okimari" four-point assortment at "Kashimaya" in Kyoto Prefecture includes assorted tofu and fried tofu, chilled octopus and Man'nenji chili pepper, striped horse mackerel with yuzu pepper namero, and deep-fried sweet corn and Awaji tilefish. Finish with soba. While the food at Orikachi is fairly tasty, the atmosphere is what truly stands out. With the option to add a drink package, it's more affordable than expected.

The price and the quality of service did not match at all. I decided to use a meal voucher to enjoy a meal at a restaurant with a good view. It is a slightly upscale restaurant located in Umeda, Osaka, with a great view from the high-rise building. The view was amazing, but I later realized that the elevator and the elevator hall had the best view, while the seating area was not so great. We ordered beer and oolong tea. The beer had a lot of foam and seemed like the glass was not properly cleaned. The oolong tea had too much ice, filling up half of the cup. This was the case for the second round of drinks as well. At this point, my expectations were significantly lowered. The appetizer was prepared in front of us by an inexperienced staff member, which was a bit awkward. However, the appetizer was surprisingly delicious. We also ordered a sashimi platter and pork shabu-shabu, which were decently tasty, but the serving method, price, and portion did not match up. I was disappointed and left the restaurant early.

I visited the Sun Osaka store on the 27th floor of the Phoenix Tower at the Umeda Shindo intersection. I was seated at a table with a great view of the high-rise buildings in Umeda. The scenery in Umeda is constantly changing, with more and more high-rise buildings being built. The HEPFIVE Ferris wheel is now barely visible due to the tall buildings. I enjoyed some champagne to start. For my order, I chose the seasonal six dishes and the lunch set of beef fillet and twelve kinds of vegetables baked in the oven. The seasonal six dishes included bamboo shoot dumplings, vinegared saury with miso cream, chicken in hollandaise sauce, mountain vegetables with udo flowers, sea bream and daikon with myoga, and a salad with small shrimp and Northern Ruby lettuce. The presentation was beautiful. The beef fillet and twelve kinds of vegetables were served in a skillet. The beef fillet was very tender and melted in my mouth. The dish included cabbage, lotus root, taro, sweet potato, eryngii mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, red heart daikon, broccoli, and other colorful vegetables. The rice served was multigrain rice. For dessert, I had black tea jelly, Earl Grey ice cream, and mitarashi dango, a variety of treats. I chose Rooibos tea from the selection of ten types of tea and coffee for my post-meal drink. It was served in a pot and was very satisfying. On the day, I got lost because it was raining and the restaurant was a little far from the station. At night, the first floor of the building was closed, so I had to go down to the basement and take the elevator up. I was guided to a counter where I could enjoy the night view of Umeda's buildings. When I mentioned my allergies, the staff asked me detailed questions multiple times and provided very polite service. I was truly grateful for their thoroughness. The dishes, including sashimi, steamed dishes, tofu, and soba, were all delicious with gentle flavors. The recommended tofu and soba were indeed exquisite. They had a wide variety of drinks, including rare whiskey brands.
