As I went to get them, I found cucumber pickles, macaroni salad, and bonito flakes that had been used to make dashi stock. It seemed like they were trying to get customers who came for noodles to eat even more noodles... I couldn't tell the exact percentage of buckwheat flour used, but I think it's around 60-70%, which is good enough for me.
