The okonomiyaki portion was small, but the pork was incredibly delicious. It wasn't the usual thinly sliced pork, but a solid piece of meat. The hamburger was well-seasoned and tasty. The service could have been a bit friendlier, but they did give a smile when seeing us off.

Hello! Good evening! Today, I visited the okonomiyaki restaurant Miyou-san that caught my eye when I came for yakiniku the other day. This place also has a strong sense of tradition. First, cheers with a drink, you can really feel the history of this long-standing establishment. (laughs) They have pork kimchi, yakisoba, and a hamburger that seems to be a specialty. The small hamburgers are quite light. First, the pork kimchi - yes, delicious. The level of spiciness is just right and I really like it. The yakisoba is also delicious, with a not-too-heavy sauce. I noticed here that the pork belly is really delicious. I had high expectations for the pork okonomiyaki, and when it arrived, the unique shape of the pork belly made an impact. Lightly topped with mayonnaise, it was also delicious. The pork belly had a good thickness and was amazing. It's quite rare to find an okonomiyaki place open late, so I'm grateful for that. Next to Yakiniku Oobansan is Miyuki-san, a traditional okonomiyaki restaurant. We ordered the following dishes for about 6 people: - Squid with salt: 858 yen - Garlic with beef tendon: 960 yen - Hamburg steak: 910 yen - Shrimp with mayonnaise: 1,070 yen - Beef tendon omelette: 910 yen - Asparagus and mushroom with butter: 960 yen - Fudatama (pork belly and egg): 1,070 yen - Pork and green onion: 1,180 yen - Yakisoba: 1,070 yen Everything was incredibly delicious. We tried the top 3 popular dishes in the restaurant, and surprisingly, the number one dish was the Hamburg steak. It was really tasty! The portion was a bit small, so I could easily finish one and even go for a second one. The Fudatama had thick slices of pork belly, which was very satisfying to eat. It was all very delicious. As expected of Shinchi, the quality is top-notch. They are open until late, so it's a great spot for an after-party as well.

After a long time, I went to Kitashinchi and noticed a group of foreign tourists here and there. I always thought this place was a safe zone, but with so many delicious foods around, I guess it's inevitable. I went to "Miyuki" on the first floor of a building near the station and had a chilled beer in a frosted mug. Perfect for the upcoming season! The portion sizes of each dish are small, so it's great for enjoying a variety of dishes even when dining alone. The "shrimp mayo" and "sujinegi yaki" were simple yet delicious. The collaboration of simple leeks and suji meat was delightful. I also tried the famous "butatama" as a finishing touch. It consisted of two large pork slices with your choice of toppings in the center. The visual presentation at Miyuki is unique, and the sauce complemented the pork perfectly, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds. Depending on where you sit, you may miss the process of making the "butatama" since the grill is not in the center. But then again, most people come here to enjoy conversations with others, not to stare at the grill. However, watching the "butatama" being made is also enjoyable.

◆Reservation◆ I called right before and asked for a reservation. ◆Food◆ I had yakisoba, okonomiyaki, and ebi mayo, and all of them were deliciously seasoned. I usually prefer yakisoba with lots of sauce, but the one here had a moderate amount of sauce yet still had a rich flavor, and it was delicious. They cook it right in front of you on a teppan grill in the shape of a "コ", so you can eat it while it's still piping hot. ◆Atmosphere◆ I visited with a last-minute reservation, and the other seats were already filled. Smoking is allowed.

The hamburg steak is amazing. This is my second time here!! The okonomiyaki is also delicious. Located in a deep street in Kita-Shinchi, but the atmosphere is casual. It's better to make a reservation!! When it comes to okonomiyaki in Umeda, this is the place that comes to mind. I need to find somewhere else too!

It's been a long time, maybe over 20 years, since I last drank in Kitashinchi. This time, I decided to visit an okonomiyaki restaurant that is known for its popular hamburgers and unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, it was fully booked when I arrived around 8 pm on a weekday. I left my phone number and headed to check in at the hotel. When I returned, a table was ready for me and I entered the restaurant. I ordered the most popular items, which were the hamburger set, butatama okonomiyaki, and suji negi yaki. The hamburgers were small and round, with a crispy exterior and a soft interior. The butatama okonomiyaki had a large piece of pork belly on top, perfectly grilled to crispy perfection. The suji negi yaki, which I don't usually order, turned out to be delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. Impressed by the flavors, I ordered more dishes, including the miyuki-style grilled tomato with mentaiko and cheese, suji omurice, and yakisoba. The grilled tomato was sweet and savory with a perfect combination of mentaiko and cheese, while the yakisoba was surprisingly light and refreshing with a soy sauce flavor. After enjoying all six dishes, I was completely satisfied and full. Thank you for the delicious meal!

This is Kitashinchi. A lot of people have returned. I decided to eat okonomiyaki by request because customers from Tokyo are coming. I went to Miyao for the first time in a long time. It is a long-established store that has been around for over 30 years, and has a nice atmosphere including dim lighting. It is a small shop with only counter seats, suitable for small groups. I made a reservation and it was the right decision. I thought I could get in anytime, but the restaurant was full. Most of the customers were in groups... The side menu is also substantial, with dishes like stir-fried vegetables, chicken gizzards, and sausages to accompany beer. The famous curry yakisoba is generously sauced. The main okonomiyaki is soft and gooey, making it difficult to eat with chopsticks. A little disappointing thing is that the size of the okonomiyaki has become smaller. Well, maybe it's because the cost of ingredients has gone up?

I visited a long-established okonomiyaki restaurant in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka! Mr. Miyuki! Eating okonomiyaki at the counter is always great. Even though it's located in Kita-Shinchi, it has a down-to-earth atmosphere which is nice. I ordered a draft beer first, and it was delicious. I ordered the pork okonomiyaki, but it was small. As expected in Shinchi, haha. There were also plenty of yakisoba and other side dishes, which was nice. The hamburgers were bite-sized, so you could try a variety of things while enjoying your beer!

I visited this restaurant after a long time because my friend wanted to go. We ordered stir-fried vegetables, chilled tomato hamburger with pork and shrimp toppings, egg modern, beer, chu-hai, and highball. We were so engrossed in chatting that we forgot to take pictures and only have messy photos of the food. The egg modern had a gentle taste, like yakisoba wrapped in egg. The pork and egg on the hamburger were thick but the dough was light, making it easy to eat. The popular hamburger was soft and flavorful, perfect to eat as it is. We could have eaten as much as we wanted. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy. We stayed for a long time, sorry about that! We went again the next day for two days in a row. We were very satisfied. We will visit again.

It is easily crumbled as it does not use any binders, but that also makes it soft and the flavor is condensed. The sweetness of the meat is so elegant. Be aware that there is a limited quantity available. The Beef Tendon Omelette is also delicious with a fluffy egg texture. The umami of the beef tendon overflows in the egg. Pork and egg okonomiyaki for 1070 yen, tendon omelette for 910 yen, sand liver salt for 790 yen, famous hamburger for 910 yen. The hamburger is small but fluffy, soft enough to crumble when picked up with chopsticks, rich in flavor and delicious. A must-order item. You can eat as many as you want, or maybe I want a bigger one (laughs).

I went to Miyao, a okonomiyaki restaurant near Kitashinchi Station. I had made a reservation in advance and was the first one there. The restaurant had a counter in the shape of a "C." I ordered a hamburger, butatama, negiyaki, garlic yakisujinegi, and a draft beer. Even though it's an okonomiyaki restaurant, the hamburger was recommended and it was delicious. It went well with the beer. The garlic yakisujinegi also paired nicely with the beer. The okonomiyaki and negiyaki were also excellent. It's no surprise that this restaurant is in Osaka, the city of gourmet food.

The other day I visited a friend's restaurant in Kitashinchi called "Okonomiyaki Miyuki". They were filming for TV that day. The Butatama (pork and egg) Okonomiyaki was visually impressive as always! Kita-Shinchi "Miyao" Today, as always, okonomiyaki. This day, we decided to do a bar-hopping in Kita-Shinchi and ended up at the okonomiyaki restaurant "Miyao" after a long time. The restaurant has a traditional feel with a counter shaped like the letter "C". It's a popular spot in Kita-Shinchi with many customers even at night. We arrived late but luckily found seats available, although it's better to make a reservation. We ordered the following dishes: Pork Omelette for 830 yen, Hamburg Steak for 830 yen, and Buta-Tama (Pork and Egg) for 980 yen. The Pork Omelette was delicious with tender beef tendons mixed in. The Hamburg Steak was meaty and juicy, yet not too soft. And the Buta-Tama had a huge impact with its large slices of pork belly covering the okonomiyaki. The pork slices were not only big but also thick. The finely chopped cabbage core added a crispy texture. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and we left after paying the bill as we wanted to visit more places.

The beer was ice-cold and the first glass disappeared in an instant. I was surprised to see the bottom of the glass frosted. Looking around, all the appetizers looked delicious, and I wanted to try everything that was being grilled (especially the strong aroma of fried rice). The okonomiyaki (pork and cabbage pancake) was a masterpiece that tightly enclosed the flavor of the pork that overflowed from the circle. It would be even better if it were a non-smoking establishment.

Must-eat menu Butatama for 880 yen. The pork belly is huge and delicious, and the price is cheap too, which is great! The visual impact is strong and it was really tasty. The restaurant is known for its delicious hamburg steak as well, but I didn't try it this time as I was looking for a different sauce. The interior has a nostalgic atmosphere with a counter in a U-shape. It seems that even celebrities visit this place incognito. I didn't know that though, haha. It's recommended to take people from Tokyo here. Definitely give it a try!
