This cafe develops adorable seasonal sweets, and this time they have released a Christmas version of the "Kururin Pudding" that was available this summer. Of course, it is a limited-time offer for this winter season (until the end of the year). The pudding itself is quite large, and on top of it, there is a huge scoop of ice cream... with a super cute reindeer face. The ears are made of large heart-shaped chocolates. The pudding is firm and rich, and the caramel is on the intense side, but it harmonizes well with the sweetness of the ice cream. DD House's underground first floor cafe offers a wide variety of drinks and cute animal-themed sweets. The tables are closely packed, creating a somewhat chaotic atmosphere when it's busy, but the ample seating makes it cozy and comfortable when it's not crowded.

Visited around 12:30 on a holiday. Finished lunch early and headed to a cafe for tea. It was a struggle to find a cafe in Umeda because everywhere was crowded. I hoped DD House would be empty... but there were various changes to the shops. I forgot to take a photo of the Ice Cafe Latte S 450 yen PayPay drink. There were only two sizes, S and L, and I asked the staff to show me the sizes and chose S. It was bigger than I expected. We visited without any prior knowledge, but there were cute latte art and meringue animals on desserts that seemed popular. There were many young people taking photos. There was also a smoking booth nearby, so there were a few older men too. The cafe had a wide range of customers.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I went to this place with a friend. The location is in Umeda, on the basement floor of DD House. It had been a while since I last visited DD House. While other shops seemed to be operating more in the evening, this particular shop was almost full of customers. I initially thought it was a cafe, but the menu included salads, toast, pasta, and gratin. Hankyu Umeda, a cafe located inside DD House. I found this place while looking for Instagrammable sweets. It's located right near Umeda Station, in the DD House basement. The interior is spacious with no particular partitions. The atmosphere is relaxed, perfect for couples or groups of young women. I tried the "Kururin Purin" and the "Majokko Kumaguard." The pudding with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top looks like it's about to collapse any moment. The firm pudding from the Showa era is able to support the weight of the ice cream. As for the Majokko Kumaguard, I've been seeing this bear character a lot lately. It turns out it's not an original creation. Eating the hard ice cream was a bit challenging. They also have other photogenic menu items like latte art and waffles, so I'd like to go back and try more.

I tried the ⭐️ and Konatsu Bear Guard (chocolate flavor) third edition (petit crab hojicha sauce) for 1,000 yen. The third edition of the Bear Guard is the summer version. It transforms into a chocolate ice cream after getting sunburned, and the beautiful sandy beach is made with homemade cookies, paying attention to the hardness and color. It enhances the beach vibe with parasols and petit animals like crabs. It's a popular item that sells out quickly, so I made a reservation to hold one. You need to contact them via DM on Instagram at least 3 days in advance. I felt sorry for the bear getting burned and melting when I poured the slightly hot sauce over it.

Cafe on the B1 floor of DD House. Popular for cute sweets. One drink order per person. Latte ¥700 and Baum ¥500. Recommended toast and iced coffee for companion. Ordering process is difficult. One staff member is unfriendly and has a bad attitude, leaving a negative impression.

This time I visited the cafe for otaku activities. I ordered the Bear Guard and Cream Latte. The appearance is just too cute... The Bear Guard can be customized with matcha or hojicha sauce (not shown in the photo). The Cream Latte can be customized with either cafe latte or milk tea, whipped cream or strawberry cream, and a custom animal design. The Bear Guard is made to not melt quickly, so it's okay to take photos for a while. It won't melt for about 10 minutes. When you eat it, it might be a bit hard, though, haha. The Cream Latte is only available as iced. The cream is thick, so it doesn't melt or collapse easily, making it good for taking photos. When drinking it, it's best to mix it well before drinking. There are only 3 or 4 staff members, so on days off, it may take a bit of time from ordering to receiving the items. It's recommended to visit with some extra time. The interior is more like a space within D.D.HOUSE that has been turned into a cafe. It was a very open and welcoming atmosphere.

The cute sweets at Daily Dose Coffee in Osaka are too adorable to resist! I ordered the "Kumagard" for 700 yen, where you can choose from matcha, hojicha, or espresso flavors. I went with espresso and the bear design was so cute! It came with a cookie stick too. The bear is made of milk ice cream and the balance of espresso bitterness and ice cream was perfect. I was worried the espresso would melt quickly, but it stayed frozen for the photos. If you're interested, definitely give it a try!

The "Bear Guard" is a bear-shaped ice cream affogato, affectionately called "Kumaguard." The "Bear Baum" features a bear-shaped ice cream on top of a baumkuchen. Both options allow you to choose the flavor of the ice cream, and I chose vanilla (komao color). The cafe is popular, with a constant line at the ordering counter. I waited for 10 minutes when I went, but the line was even longer at other times. It's recommended to go with some extra time as it took about 30 minutes for the order to arrive. In addition to the cute and Instagrammable menu items, the regular menu also looked delicious with creative touches.
