I visited this place based on a strong recommendation. The specialty "tome teba" and "ama teba," along with "hie teba" (chilled chicken wings), all go well with beer. While different from Nagoya-style tebasaki, the Kyushu specialty offers a unique and delicious taste.

I ordered the Pork Cutlet Set Meal for 900 yen. It came with 3 pieces of pork cutlet, salad, side dish, miso soup, and rice. You can have unlimited refills of rice and miso soup. The food was not exceptional, but it's a nice place near Hakata Station where you can have a relaxing lunch for less than 1000 yen. They also have private rooms. Other lunch set options include Miso Eggplant, Fried Horse Mackerel, Chicken Tempura, Shrimp Chili, Chicken Plum Shiso Fry, Pork Steak, Tripe Hot Pot, Champon, and Chicken Cutlet Curry.

The chicken wings were delicious and stable. This is the place to talk about chicken wings in Fukuoka. It had been a while since I last visited, but it was consistently good. Fukuoka has many affordable and tasty restaurants. The sweet and savory chicken wings stimulate the appetite. It was a feast. I will visit again.

This is also a chain restaurant with locations nationwide, but I was intrigued by the large size and the straight wings skewered on the stick. I removed the skewer right away, thinking it might be Instagram-worthy. I ordered the spicy wings, the mild wings, and the sweet wings. They were all delicious. We toasted with beer and enjoyed the horse sashimi after a long time. The liver was also fresh and nice! The sweet chicken wings are addictive even though the salted ones are good too. It's fun to compare the flavors. The chicken nanban with plenty of tartar sauce is also delicious with tender meat that is easy to eat. It's convenient that you can order motsunabe from just one portion. They also have lunch and take-out menus available.

The salted chicken wings were delicious! The chicken wings were tasty, but the horse sashimi was amazing! It was thick, refreshing, and very delicious. The horse meat yukhoe and the spicy lotus root with mentaiko version were also delicious! Fukuoka is definitely delicious! The sweet potato tempura was also delicious like in Kagoshima! It's right near Hakata Station Chikushi Exit, so if you stop by Fukuoka, be sure to check it out.

This is a review of a izakaya near Hakata Station called "Tometeba Hakata Chikushiguchi Store". We used it for a second party. With over 10 people, we had trouble finding an open restaurant in the cold area around Hakata Station. We found this place with a sign at the entrance saying "If you can stop it". We started the second party in a spacious private room on the second floor. We ordered about 3 pieces of "tebasaki" per person, trying different flavors. They were delicious, with crispy skin and juicy meat. The spicy and sweet flavors were both tasty. We also ordered other dishes like fried chicken, tamagoyaki, and gyoza, but I was getting quite drunk so I don't remember much. Despite that, we had a great time chatting and laughing together. Thank you for the delicious "tebasaki".

Located just a short walk from Hakata Station Chikushi Exit, this restaurant is on the basement floor of Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station. I was in the mood for some fried chicken or chicken wings, so I decided to visit. I sat at a table with a sunken kotatsu-style seating arrangement, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I ordered a few pieces of spicy chicken wings and sweet chicken wings. The spicy wings had a crispy texture, while the sweet wings had a delicious flavor from the sauce.

I had sweet and spicy chicken wings, crispy chicken wings, minced meat and cheese spring rolls, chicken rice, chicken breast sashimi, and Caesar salad. They were delicious! The appetizers looked appetizing and tasted great, which left a good impression.

I went with my junior and tried the Tometeba wings after seeing them on TV. The wings themselves weren't as good as I expected, but the horse sashimi was incredibly delicious and worth the price. I might come back just for that. However, spending 10,000 yen for two people seemed a bit expensive to me.
