Teppanyaki steak at such a price!! I visited the teppanyaki steak restaurant, "Wago," after a long time. Today's special lunch is featuring domestic beef fillet steak for only 1500 yen (tax included) for 10 people only (cash payment only). The chef cooks a 100g portion of domestic beef fillet right in front of you on the teppan. The set includes: - Fillet steak 100g - Salad - Rice - Pickles (extra rice refill for 100 yen) I can't believe this amazing price, it's too good to be true. The regular steak is priced at 1100 yen (tax included) for cash payment and 1200 yen (tax included) for credit card payment, which is also very reasonable. The sight of the meat being cooked in front of you really gets you excited. And you get 2 slices per person (more than I expected). I am very satisfied! I highly recommend trying the special lunch when they feature domestic beef. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

For my second meal in Osaka, I went for a birthday dinner reservation. I booked a course in advance and the chef cooked right in front of us. The appetizer was bite-sized chicken and salmon, both incredibly delicious. We had a course that included a champagne toast. Then we chose the all-you-can-drink option and enjoyed today's fish, squid and red snapper, which were amazingly tasty. After some bottled beer, we switched to red wine, which was also very good. I ended up drinking almost a whole bottle by myself. For the meat, we had today's rare and medium rare black wagyu beef, cooked just the way we liked it, and it was delicious even without any sauce. The vegetables included shiitake mushrooms, nagaimo, red konjac, sweet potatoes, snow peas, and zucchini, all easy to eat with chopsticks and very tasty. The salad was crisp, and the stir-fried bean sprouts with fried garlic were especially delicious. The meat and vegetables with fried garlic were fragrant, and the garlic rice at the end was excellent. The grated kiwi palate cleanser was refreshing, and the soft-serve ice cream at the end was pure milk flavor. It was a fantastic birthday dinner, and I would love to visit again if I have the chance. I hope to have the same server again. It was truly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited Washogo for lunch, where you can enjoy a steak lunch on a hot plate for 1500 yen. Normally a high-end restaurant for dinner, their lunch deals are really worth it. I ordered the steak lunch, but they also offer a Chef's special lunch that changes daily and is limited to 10 servings, so it's recommended to arrive early.

I was recommended to this restaurant by an acquaintance and decided to have lunch there. While the prices for dinner might be a bit expensive for the average person, the lunch menu is quite reasonable. I shared a limited 10 servings of domestic fillet steak and sirloin steak, and it was delicious. For the price, the quality of the meat was exceptional, and I left very satisfied with my lunch experience.

I went out for lunch with my junior colleague after work. When it comes to teppanyaki, the image is usually of a place with high prices, especially at night. However, the harami steak lunch was only 1500 yen!! The taste of the meat itself was decent, considering the low price, but I felt like something was missing, maybe another dish or a bit more quantity. My junior colleague was happy though. Next time, I might try ordering more or a different menu item. I think it's a great place to enjoy the teppanyaki atmosphere in a casual and affordable way.

I had the Filet Steak Lunch for 1,700 yen. They cook it right in front of you at the counter. The meat is tender and flavorful. The steak sauce could have been a bit richer to match the lightness of the meat. The portion size was a bit small.

There was a line before the opening, arrived at 11:30, lunch on weekdays starts with only one side of the counter, no reservations should be allowed, but we managed to get in just in time, and got the last seat. There was a notice that extra servings during lunch are charged, and when seated, they guide you to order with a mobile device. Surprisingly, it was a mobile order! You scan a QR code. It's efficient as it saves on labor costs and interruptions during the process. The restaurant has a chic and minimalistic interior, and the teppan is kept clean. The garlic is not cooked right in front of you but prepared beforehand, while the steak is cooked in front of you. Two chefs work together to prepare the meals, with one serving the chef's choice lunch with domestic sirloin and the regular lunch with US harami. The skilled chefs handle the cooking elegantly. They oil the teppan, start grilling, season with salt and pepper, and finish with dashi soy sauce. The first dish was served at 11:47, and the rice was slightly soft. By 12:00, the other counter was open, and three more groups came in. The steak was tender and well-seasoned with dashi soy sauce. The salad and miso soup were also satisfactory. The most notable point is that it's reasonably priced! The steak is cooked right in front of you at this price, making it affordable for young people. The background music is elegant, and the plates are made of resin except for the steak plate. The fat dances on the teppan. Everyone around us that day ordered the chef's choice lunch. It's not a hamburger, and the payment was 1200 yen by credit card or 1100 yen in cash, which we chose. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I was satisfied last time and said I wanted to eat hamburger next, so I went there right away. The hamburger was cooked on a hot plate just like last time, and it smelled so good! I could choose between demi-glace sauce and ponzu sauce, and this time I chose ponzu sauce! It was delicious. Next time, I want to try adding a fried egg on top too!

Great value for money lunch. They cook right in front of you on an iron plate. They serve salad first, then grilled vegetables and meat. When the rice, miso soup, and pickles are served, it's delightful. It's nice that they serve the meat and rice together. It's close to my workplace so I want to go again. Next time, I want to try the hamburger!

I had the Steakhouse Wagyu Anniversary Course, which includes teppanyaki, champagne for a toast, appetizers, salad, dessert, and a post-meal drink. The steak is Black Wagyu sirloin, cooked to your liking right in front of you. I asked for mine to be cooked medium rare, and it was tender and delicious. The garlic rice was also tasty. I left feeling satisfied, but the value for money may not be the best.

I had a strong craving for steak and decided to visit the bustling steak district of Kita-Shinchi. - Crowd Situation I visited on a weekday at 1:30 pm. It might be due to the year-end period, but there were only about 3 groups of customers, so I was able to get in easily. - Order I ordered the Special Filet Steak Lunch 100g for 1700 yen, with an additional 50g for 700 yen. I placed my order using mobile ordering. The chef's special lunch of the day was a filet lunch. The seasoning was simple, allowing you to enjoy the taste of the meat. The cooking was done perfectly, and the lingering taste of the meat in your mouth was incredibly satisfying. There were partitions in place, so even when dining alone, you can enjoy your meal without being bothered by the surroundings.

I went to the classic teppanyaki restaurant, Wagou, in Nishi Umeda with my friends! The counter seats surrounding the teppan were almost full at 6:30 PM. The smell of garlic cooking was so inviting! We ordered the following menu: Wagou Course (10 items) for 6,990 yen (tax included) - Today's appetizer of chicken and fish - Colorful vegetable salad - Seasonal grilled vegetables: red konjac, shiitake mushrooms, eggplant, yam - Wagou special sirloin steak (100g) - Grilled seasonal vegetables - Garlic rice - Pickles - Refreshing drink (to get rid of garlic smell) - Seasonal soft serve ice cream - After-meal drink The appetizers were appetizing, especially the fish was delicious! The texture of the shiitake mushrooms and yam was amazing, and the gentle seasoning brought out the flavors of the ingredients. The garlic chips were so delicious that we couldn't stop eating them. The meat was served rare, juicy but not too heavy, which was great. We enjoyed the sweetness of the meat with plenty of wasabi. The garlic rice at the end was also delicious, and we finished it in no time! The restaurant was almost full, but we could relax and enjoy our meal. This is a restaurant that was featured on Instagram or TikTok. I mistakenly thought it opened at 11 am and arrived at 11:10 am. I waited until 11:30 am and then one party arrived. When seated, there was a QR code at the counter where you scan to order. I looked around before ordering and the quality of the meat for lunch was very satisfying! Delicious~ There seems to have been quite a change compared to the previous review.

I arrived at the workplace boss's favorite restaurant for a spontaneous lunch, but I was late. I got there at 12:40 and there were two groups ahead of me. When I was seated, I was told there was only one spontaneous lunch left! I placed my order through the web order on my phone. Unfortunately, the spontaneous lunch was sold out (T.T). I ended up ordering the steak lunch. It was nice to see the chef cooking the steak right in front of me. The salad was served first, followed by the chef cooking the steak. The chef asked if I was okay with garlic, and I was grateful for the mask-wearing during these times. I really wanted to have a hearty steak meal.

There is a steakhouse in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka where you can enjoy delicious Kobe beef. I visited during lunchtime and they had a daily special menu which was Kobe beef steak bowl on that day. I was seated at the counter right in front of the teppan, and I watched the chef cook in front of me while waiting. The steak bowl was amazing with the mellow oil and meat quality of Kobe beef, along with a refreshing steak sauce. I would like to visit again at night next time I go to Osaka.

Number of visits: 1 time I had no knowledge at all and arrived at the opening time of 11:30 am on a Saturday, and at first glance, it didn't seem like there was much of a line, but including the people hidden inside the store, there were about 10 people waiting... and more and more people kept lining up later. I was finally seated around 12:10 pm after a 40-minute wait. It might be good to have something to pass the time while waiting with the assumption of lining up. I ordered the "Hamburger Lunch (with additional fried egg)" for 1100 yen + 100 yen (I think). They cook it right in front of you, which explains why it's so popular! I finally realized that. They asked about the doneness of the fried egg, and I said it was okay for it to be half-cooked. I thought half-cooked meant that half of it would be solid and the other half would be liquid, but when I broke it with chopsticks, the yolk completely flowed out, so it was much runnier than I expected. I probably should have asked for it to be cooked a little more. However, the main hamburger was delicious. The balance of spices and firmness was good, with a slightly firmer style. I will make another opportunity to go and try the steak next time.

I went to a high-end steakhouse in Nishi-Umeda for lunch. The standard lunch seems to be 1,100 yen, but there are still "10 meals limit" available. I sat at the counter. First, they served salad and water right away. The glass is different. The domestic beef fillet steak costs 1,380 yen (tax included). The lunch area is non-smoking. It took less than 10 minutes for the food to be served. Surprisingly, the miso soup is delicious. The meat is tender and of high quality. I didn't order extra meat, but for men, adding extra meat might be a good idea. Rice can be refilled (rice and miso soup refills are available). The customers seem to be mostly elderly. Thank you for the meal.

During the state of emergency, the restaurant was closed. However, they have reopened now, so I visited. It was a request from my second daughter who is home for the holidays. I decided to try the lunch special, which happened to be fillet steak. I added an extra 50g of steak to compare the two. The fillet was tender and absolutely delicious. However, there was a disappointing aspect this time. We were seated at the corner of an L-shaped counter, with a customer seated at the far end. We watched as a garlic rice dish, not on the menu, was being prepared in front of us. We assumed our meat would be prepared after that, but to our surprise, our meat suddenly arrived without us noticing it being cooked. It was a bit strange as we couldn't see the cooking area due to a partition. It was my first time experiencing the meat being cooked in a different location at a teppanyaki restaurant. My daughter was also disappointed. If they seat customers at the corner, they should consider the timing with the neighboring seats a bit more. There were plenty of empty seats available. Despite my complaints, I will visit again as the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant that was introduced by Myrebi's Yomawari Neko-san. I was planning to have the steak lunch, but I changed my mind after seeing the whiteboard outside the shop. Today's special lunch: Domestic beef fillet steak (tax included 1380 yen). First, the waiter brought me water and salad. Then the chef came with a piece of meat, vegetables, and konjac, and started grilling them on the iron plate in front of me. I was thrilled to see the process, it was so beautiful. The chef presented the dish beautifully and asked, "Would you like some garlic on the side?" He placed the garlic next to the dish. "I will prepare rice for you right away," he said, and cleaned up the iron plate neatly before leaving. Shortly after, the waiter brought rice, miso soup, and pickles. "You can have seconds of rice and miso soup," he said. It was reassuring to have it offered at the beginning. I enjoyed the meat with the hearty miso soup and rice. It looked delicious, tasted delicious, and the service was delightful. I was very satisfied with the lunch. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. *Later, I checked the receipt and realized, "Oh? Wasn't this place supposed to have tax not included?" Yes, it turned out to be tax included. I checked the photos of the menu outside the shop, and indeed, "Chef's special lunch" and "Kobe beef lunch" were tax included! I was a little happy about that.
