The other day, I reviewed "Men Waday" near the same store, so I decided to revisit here as well. Initially, I didn't have a good impression of this place, making it difficult to give a fair evaluation. When I first visited, it seemed like the shop was about to take a lunch break, and the man who seemed to be the owner was already napping at the counter. However, there was a lady who I assumed was the owner or a female staff member present, so I sat far away from the sleeping man. Just as I started eating my food, the man suddenly woke up and seemed to be half asleep, staring at me the whole time, making me feel uncomfortable as if I had done something wrong by coming at that time. So, even though I am a fast eater, I hurriedly finished my meal and left the shop. However, the taste itself was not bad, and I thought it might have been delicious if I had eaten calmly. So, I decided to revisit during a less busy time. When I entered the shop this time, to my surprise, he was sleeping again! And this time, despite there being around 5-6 customers, he was sound asleep. But this time, it was a more suitable time to visit, there were other customers, and my main purpose was to enjoy the udon. He woke up again, greeted each customer, and even went around the shop, and then went into the kitchen to do some secondary tasks like washing dishes or preparing. When I was wondering what was happening, the "Niku Gobo Udon" that I had ordered arrived! I took a sip of the broth and it was delicious! Moreover, this time, I had ordered the meat version which added a sweet and savory flavor, enhancing the overall taste. I had mentioned in my review of "Men Waday" nearby that the broth was not to my liking, but this one was completely to my taste (sorry, Waday). I realized that without any interruptions, if you can properly savor the food, you can give a fair evaluation. Personal Food Log Rating: 3.6
