The soft serve is not like the typical smooth soft serve, it's more like whipped cream. The soft serve alone is delicious, but when you add the canelé, it transforms into an exquisite dessert. The canelé's rum flavor and crispy, chewy texture blend perfectly with the soft serve. I feel like even people who don't like sweet things would enjoy this combination. The fact that you can only find this taste by visiting two different shops and walking a bit adds to the special feeling, so if you're in Hakata, I highly recommend it!
