It's clearly a horse meat restaurant at first glance, which makes for a successful sign! This was my second visit, so I only ordered a sashimi platter and a grilled platter of horse meat. The sashimi platter included five types: marbled, lean, two-year-old, neck, and seared. Of course, I intended to order horse sashimi, but when it says "Expect to be in the red!" it makes you want to order it even more! The menu includes explanations of each part, which was educational as I learned about the different types of horse meat and their names. Among the sashimi, the marbled and neck cuts were particularly impressive. The marbled cut melted in your mouth as expected, and the neck cut had a unique texture with a mysterious flavor.
