お昼寝ムーキ
Torello, Mr. Takeuchi's restaurant, was bustling. Despite the unfortunate weather, we decided to head out to Umeda Station area, which is still like a maze. We wanted to reach our destination in the shortest distance possible, but since we only knew familiar roads, we would usually get lost. However, this time, our companion led us straight to our destination, for which we were grateful. It seems that the dining district in Chayamachi has been newly renovated and looks beautiful. There are also other lunch spots that look promising, making it hard to decide. Mr. Takeuchi's restaurant is stylish, with efficient staff. We were looking forward to the limited edition lasagna lunch set for 1400 yen with an additional 200 yen for appetizers. First, we had a salad with leafy greens, Parmesan cheese, ham, broccoli, and whitebait in olive oil. The appetizers included sweet and savory burdock, eggplant in tomato sauce, and unlimited focaccia. The salad was full of Parmesan, allowing us to savor it until the last bite of lettuce. The appetizers were all delicious, especially the broccoli with a hint of garlic in olive oil. The burdock, usually associated with Japanese cuisine, was surprisingly good in an Italian dish. The eggplant and tomato combination was a classic. The focaccia was soft and fluffy. The limited edition lasagna was made with pork and burdock ragu sauce, with layers of chewy lasagna and flavorful ragu sauce. The burdock added a nice crunch, and the dish was not as heavy as expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a fresh and enjoyable lunch experience. Thank you for the meal!
