The overall result was a disappointment as the spiciness simply indicated the level of heat without enhancing the flavor. However, the intense spiciness and numbing sensation from the Sichuan peppercorns were enjoyable. The curry had plenty of tofu since it is a Ma Po "tofu" curry. If you love curry, it's worth trying it at least once. I visited on a Sunday around 1 pm and was seated immediately, but the restaurant was almost full throughout my meal. This area is a great place to experience the atmosphere of Osaka Minami!
