■Pierre Hermé's sweets shop, which aims to spread the wonderful things of Japan to the world, offers a variety of Osaka-style treats such as Mix Juice. In addition to macarons, you can enjoy croissants, baked goods, and more for takeout or eat-in. I recently visited to try their new Waffle Cone Soft Serve Ice Cream. ■Waffle Cone Vanilla and Pistachio Soft Serve Ice Cream 810 yen (takeout, tax included). Please note that the takeout price will increase to 864 yen starting from May 1st. The soft serve ice cream, rich in milk flavor, is topped with meringue baked with pistachio macarons, and delicate chocolate with a crispy texture. I recommend eating it with the chocolate for a delightful combination. The crispy macaron wasn't overly sweet and paired well with the ice cream. As you eat, you'll find crushed macarons at the bottom, allowing you to enjoy Pierre Hermé's unique touch until the last bite. ■Store Information & Access: Approximately a 3-minute walk from JR Osaka Station, about 4 minutes from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Umeda Station, Tanimachi Line Higashi-Umeda Station, and Yotsubashi Line Nishi-Umeda Station, and about a 7-minute walk from Hankyu Kyoto Line Osaka Umeda Station. - Business Hours: 10:00-21:00 - Closed on days corresponding to Diamor Osaka - Seating: Counter seats - Parking: None (coin parking available nearby) - Wi-Fi: Not available - Power Outlets: Not available - Cashless Payment: Available

I went to Pierre Hermé in Katakana. There are plenty of takeout items available for Japan as well, which was quite enjoyable. They even had somen noodles. There is also an eat-in counter, where I enjoyed a delicious lemon cake.

They always deliver stylish sweets. This time, I received a set of macarons from the shop I was curious about, Pierre Hermé. The crispy yet soft texture melts in your mouth, which I absolutely love ❤️ It's quite sweet, but that's how macarons should be!! It's best enjoyed with tea. Thank you ♡ It was delicious (๑>◡<๑)

I finally got to visit Pierre Hermé, which I had been curious about. I was wondering why they chose this logo... The shop was stylish. I bought the Choco Nom salted caramel ice cream and meringue. When I purchased almonds, I also received a bonus pistachio. The Choco Nom was 648 yen, and the meringue was 410 yen. The ice cream in the Choco Nom was rich and delicious.

I had some business at Osaka Station and wanted to eat something delicious, so I decided to visit the renowned Pierre Hermé. I tried the vanilla roll cake (excluding tax 600 yen) and a set of 3 fluffy macarons (excluding tax 1550 yen). The macarons had a classic design with ukiyo-e art, making them a stylish gift for someone. The outer part was crispy, while the inside was rich and delicious. I especially loved the chocolate flavor.

Pierre Hermé is a brand that focuses on showcasing the wonderful things of Japan carefully selected by Pierre Hermé. While it may seem strange for a French person to develop a brand centered around Japanese ingredients, I was impressed by Hermé's unique idea of opening his first store in Japan instead of France. I was aware of the brand and its concept from the store at Gransta, but I didn't find it particularly appealing compared to the main brand. Therefore, I had not visited the store in Osaka without a specific purpose. Vanilla & Lemon Soft Serve (935 yen) is expensive for soft serve, but it comes with a generous portion and plenty of toppings. The simple yet rich vanilla soft serve is adorned with macaron dough, meringue, and chocolate. It is topped with lemon confit that gives a honey-like flavor, and sprinkled with yellow powder. However, the lemon flavor itself was more of an accent and didn't stand out much. I felt that the natural simplicity of the dessert matched the brand concept, but I wished for a bit more of the refreshing lemon taste.

There is a shop located inside Diamor Osaka, right near Kitashinchi Station on the Tozai Line. In addition to macarons, you can enjoy a variety of cakes, croissants, and soft serve ice cream with unique flavors. Pierre Hermé's special touch includes combining rich soft serve ice cream with macaron dough and chocolate for a delicious treat. The Affogato (¥660) combines smooth milky soft serve with a hint of bitter coffee, making it a perfect dessert on hot and humid days. The shop has around 7 counter seats available for dine-in as well. Currently, they are having a "Setouchi Fair" promotion.

PIERRE HERMÉ PARIS, famous for its macarons, has launched a "made in" brand under the concept of "sharing the wonderful things of Japan with the world." It has a more casual vibe compared to the original store. In addition to macarons, they also offer dressings, pickles, seasonings, tea bags, seaweed, and even somen noodles. There is a small seating area where you can enjoy your food and drinks. I ordered the Vanilla & Lemon soft serve for 935 yen, which was a limited edition version with lemon compote on top. It had crushed lemon meringue mixed into the vanilla soft serve, which I really enjoyed. The lemon flavor made the soft serve refreshing. However, I wish the soft serve had a bit less softness and a more affordable price. I also got a mineral water for 201 yen, as I wanted something to drink while enjoying my soft serve. It's nice to have a place where you can sit and relax while eating alone. I have a feeling that they will introduce more food items in the future, so I look forward to checking them out whenever I pass by.

I bought some macarons recently and it seems that more people are buying them. Each macaron has a slightly different flavor, whether it's the cream inside or the macaron itself, and each one has its own level of sweetness. They are all delicious and perfect for gifts.

"Located in Daimaru Osaka, Pierre Hermé recently opened in Grand Front as well. I visited the shop and tried their Chocolate Soft Serve priced at 880 yen. The shop has 6 seats for dining in, but the chairs are quite high and hard, so it's not ideal for a long stay. They don't serve water, so I recommend getting the soft serve in a cup rather than a cone. I paid with PayPay upfront and waited at my seat for about 3 minutes. The soft serve, topped with their signature red macaron, was smooth and delicious. It also had meringue and nuts at the bottom. The macaron was halved for easy eating. The base was made of wood, and the cup was paper, which I found eco-friendly and stylish. If you're interested in the shop, please save it from this post. Enjoy!"

Today's snack was the Pain au Chocolat from Pierre Hermé at Diamor Osaka for 367 yen! I bought this instead of a collaboration sweet with Godiva from a certain convenience store, and it's cheaper than that. I entered the store around 6 pm, no customers before me, and only one group after me. This shop offers original Japanese products that cannot be found in France. Is it really Pierre Hermé at this point? (laughs) My impression after eating it is, first, the smell of butter is amazing, and the chocolate is delicious! I think the dough would also taste great if warmed up a bit. It filled me up with just one, and I feel very satisfied. It's high in fat, so I recommend eating it during an active lunchtime. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely visit again! You can pay with PayPay.

Inside the store, there are cute macarons, sweet cookies, croissants, muffins, chocolates, and many other sweets that girls love. It is a perfect spot for a break while shopping at Diamor. The mineral water in a cute bottle is also available for ¥220, which is a perfect size to quench your thirst while shopping. I would like to try their sweets next time.

There is a shop located in a convenient location connecting Osaka Station and Kita-Shinchi area via an underground passage. I don't usually eat macarons myself, but receiving them as a souvenir is quite delightful. The box and macarons are stylish and delicious. It makes for a great gift!

I passed by and couldn't resist buying a soft serve ice cream to go. I chose chocolate flavor. The soft serve had a generous portion and was topped with a macaron and chocolate, making it look lovely. As I ate, I discovered something hard underneath the soft serve! Surprisingly, it was crushed meringue! I'm glad I noticed before finishing the soft serve. It seems like they serve it in a dish if you eat in, so maybe it's better to enjoy it in the store.

On this day, my wife and I went to Osaka for some errands. While walking around the area near Diamor Mall, we noticed that some new shops had opened. One of them was Pierre Herme's gourmet shop, where you can also dine in. Of course, Pierre Herme is famous for macarons, but they also had other sweets available for purchase. We decided to get a chocolate tart to go. The paper bag they gave us had the Pierre Herme logo in katakana on a white background, but it felt like it was saying "this is not the real deal." It was a bit strange. The taste of the tart was excellent, but it may have lacked a bit of excitement in terms of overall experience.

I visited the restaurant around 3 pm on a regular day. There were no customers eating in when I arrived, but later on, more and more customers started coming in. I ordered the Sakura Soft Cream for 935 yen. It was a rich vanilla soft cream topped with sakura-flavored chocolate, pistachio meringue, and a hint of saltiness from sakura crunch. The spring-like appearance was lovely, and you can enjoy the taste and texture variations. I was excited while waiting for my order, and it came faster than I expected! The spring-like colors of the dessert lifted my spirits. First, the soft cream was delicious with a cherry blossom-flavored crunch on top. The soft cream was milky and tasty. Then, the pistachio meringue was a delight. It was crispy and sweet! It was very delicious! The meringue was generously sprinkled throughout the dessert. The sakura chocolate was a bit strawberry-like, but overall, it was delicious, and I thought it was good value for money!

Pierre Herme is a famous pastry chef in Paris known for his macarons, but he is also an excellent chocolatier. It's easy to mix him up with Pierre Marcolini, who is a pure chocolatier from Belgium, while Pierre Herme is from France.

Located in a corner of the underground shopping area "Diamor Osaka" that connects Osaka Station Buildings 1 to 4/Marubiru and Kitashinchi Station, this is currently the only "Made in Pierre Herme" in Kansai, where you can enjoy products and cafes from Pierre Herme Paris, a world-renowned French pastry master known for his love for Japan. I have tried the iconic macarons several times and this time, I was particularly impressed by their exceptional quality. I purchased a pack of 3 macarons (tax included 1566 yen) with chocolate, pistachio, and rose flavors, each offering a rich and harmonious taste. The milk chocolate pack of 24 pieces (tax included 2484 yen) had a familiar taste, while the limited edition neon-packaged Bonbon Chocolat pack of 8 pieces (tax included 3402 yen) showcased unique flavors in each piece. The macarons and milk chocolate are from the directly operated "Pierre Herme Paris Japan," while the Bonbon Chocolat is an OEM product from a Japanese food manufacturing company called "Fukokkusu." In addition to these, Japanese food products such as seasoned seaweed, condiments, pickles, dressings, canned goods, bread, baked goods, and soft serve ice cream are also available for purchase. Although the total cost for three items was over 7000 yen, I felt that it was worth it, especially after experiencing the excellence of the macarons. Considering the prices, I believe that it is worth investing in these products.

The crispy macarons are delicious! It seems to be a popular shop at Diamor. Especially popular near Valentine's Day! Some items were sold out! I chose the crispy macarons as souvenirs. The meringue-covered macarons are unique! The lemon flavor is refreshing! It's a sweet treat with a new texture! Many people were choosing souvenirs in the store! I also bought souvenirs for myself and my family. There are many other items that caught my eye! I would like to stop by again to buy something as a souvenir to take home!

The soft serve ice cream is well-made with chocolate and macaron on top, and meringue at the bottom. You can enjoy various textures. I love the salted seaweed.
