Italian restaurant located near Hankyu Minami-Senri Station in Tonarie. The interior is quite Italian-like. The service is average, but the hand towel is made of cloth. The water glass had a slight smell. Lunch set for 1000 yen: Organic eggplant and komatsuna with bacon in white sauce pasta, salad, and vegetable soup set. The salad included unusual vegetables like corinqui, which was good. The pasta had plenty of vegetables and thick bacon, making it delicious. The cost performance is quite high. Creamy Carbonara for 1150 yen: Comes with salad and tomato soup. The noodles, sauce, bacon, and black pepper were all quite authentic, making it a satisfying dish.

I went to "Spaghettieria Mackey di Hayashida," probably since it moved to Garden Mall Minohri (now Tonari Minohri). It has a log cabin style with a lot of character. The interior is also woody with a relaxed table layout. They use special water called π Water, which I'm not sure if I've heard of before. The restaurant mainly serves spaghetti, but they also have pizza. I chose the weekly lunch special (¥1000) which comes with salad and soup. The salad had lettuce, water eggplant, black carrot, and corinky (a type of squash). For my spaghetti, I chose "Shrimp and Long Potato with Organic Purple Yam Japanese Style." I love purple yams and long potatoes, but it was my first time trying them in pasta. The green leaves that look like spinach are actually purple yams. They have a unique flavor and stickiness that I enjoy. The mashed long potato was also delicious. The pasta wasn't fresh, but it had a slightly chewy texture and was delicious hot. I added pudding and a drink for an extra ¥600. The pudding was served on a large plate and had a thick, crispy top layer. It was a rich, creamy pudding with a strong yellow color. I wanted another spoonful! The coffee was on the lighter side.

Visited on a weekday night after 7 pm. No customers upon arrival, but two groups came in shortly after. It seems easy to get a table in the evening. Ordered the soup set for 2,200 yen before tax, so 2,420 yen with tax. Comes with salad, soup, dessert, and a soft drink. The salad dressing was western-style, the soup was corn soup, dessert was pudding, and I chose iced coffee for the drink. The main dish was creamy carbonara. The corn soup was served first and was quite rich and delicious. The salad portion was small but had a variety of vegetables. The carbonara main dish had a rich sauce and chewy pasta. Honestly, the best carbonara in the northern part of Osaka. Very rich. The pudding dessert was also rich. Lunchtime is even more affordable, so I recommend going for lunch.

Pasta restaurant in Minamisenri. A popular, long-standing establishment in the northern part of Osaka. While their Carbonara is a favorite, this time I tried their Japanese-style pasta. They offer great set deals, but I opted for a single dish. The casual atmosphere is family-friendly. It's always bustling with people looking to enjoy pasta in a relaxed setting.

On this day, we went to "Spaghetteria Mackey di HAYASHIDA" in Minamisenri for lunch with my family. They have private rooms, it's easy to access in a shopping center, and most importantly, their carbonara is delicious. The simplicity of not adding unnecessary ingredients is actually really good. They offer a variety of pasta dishes, so we ordered different kinds to share. The set menu with salad and soup is also recommended. The pasta with minced domestic chicken and organic green onions and cabbage in peperoncino sauce was delicious. The vegetables are fresh and sweet. The pasta with new potatoes, organic spinach, and bacon in meat sauce was also tasty. The creamy carbonara with shrimp and tomato genovese sauce was intriguing. It was a new discovery that carbonara and genovese sauce can go well together. The dessert, a crispy caramel layer pudding, was rich and delicious. It was a great lunch outing.

Nan Senri "Spaghettiria Macchi di Hayashida" On this special day, we had a family dinner. It's always a struggle to find a good restaurant that is child-friendly, but "Spaghettiria Macchi di HAYASHIDA" in Nan Senri Tonari is a safe bet. Located in a shopping center with parking, and directly connected to Nan Senri Station, it's easily accessible. The charming antique-style interior has plenty of seating, with separate rooms so even if kids are a bit noisy, it's not a problem! I've been there for lunch many times, but this was my first dinner visit. Starting with the Hamon Serrano for 660 yen, the ham was delicious. Then, we tried the Winter Crab Spaghetti Dinner Course for 3800 yen, a seasonal dish with a whole crab's worth of meat and miso in a tomato cream sauce. It was undeniably delicious. The Creamy Carbonara for 1200 yen is a must-try, with its creamy sauce and chewy pasta. I personally think it's the best in northern Osaka, maybe even in all of Kansai. The Melty Mozzarella Cheese for 1100 yen, with a tomato sauce and plenty of mozzarella, was also excellent. For an additional 1000 yen, you can get a salad, dessert, and drink. And don't forget the dessert - the crunchy caramelized pudding is a must-have! The performance of serving it from a large plate adds to the experience. The thick caramel layer and rich pudding make it outstanding. Overall, it was a delicious dinner experience.

The food was delicious with a variety of dishes, but the restaurant was very cold due to strong winds outside. Despite asking the staff to turn up the heating, they refused, saying they didn't want customers to feel too hot. We ended up eating while freezing. Comfort level inside the restaurant: ☆Zero.

I had some business to attend to in Minami-Senri and it was around lunchtime, so I was wondering where to eat. I passed by here and decided to give it a try. The place was quiet and I could relax. I ordered the authentic Roman-style Carbonara lunch set. First, I had a salad and soup. The salad had fresh eggplant, which at first I thought was zucchini. It had a crispy texture and a taste reminiscent of apple or pear. The soup was tomato consommé. The main dish was Carbonara made only with eggs and cheese, seasoned with pepper. I was surprised by the noodles, which were dry noodles but had a chewy texture that reminded me of Korean cold noodles. It was a unique texture for pasta. I was also surprised by the fact that they have a dinner set for 3000 yen, so I would like to come back for dinner next time. They also have a good selection of affordable wines.

I always feel like going to "Spaghetteria Mackey" in Minamisenri, where I want to go regularly. This day, I had a day off and was lazing around at home. I suddenly felt like having their amazing carbonara, so I decided to go to "Spaghetteria Mackey" on the 2nd floor of "Tonari Minamisenri". I have nothing to do on my days off, so I end up eating a lot! But the carbonara here is really delicious, so I can't help but want to go. The interior is very sophisticated, with attention to detail in the furnishings. And they even have terrace seating! It's an unusual restaurant within the small complex of "Tonari Minamisenri". By the way, this year marks their 20th anniversary, so they have been in business for quite a long time. Creamy Carbonara L size 1,350 yen (L size is 200 yen more for 1.5 times the portion). They have various menu items, but I always end up ordering this carbonara! It comes with vegetable soup and salad. They use different vegetables in the salad each time. On this day, the salad included purple daikon, black carrots, and purple sweet potatoes. The soup also has a strong vegetable flavor. This shows their true skill! And the creaminess of the carbonara is just amazing. It's so rich, yet not overpowering. The perfect balance. Weekly lunch special 1,000 yen. My wife ordered the weekly lunch special, which was spaghetti with long eggplant, organic komatsuna, and bacon in tomato sauce. The eggplant, said to be the longest in Japan, was sweet and went well with the thick bacon. Crispy and fragrant caramelized pudding for dessert 300 yen. This is also a must-try recommendation. The caramelized surface is crispy and fragrant. The inside is also rich. It doesn't look like much, but it's exquisite. It's a restaurant that I feel like going to regularly. Ah, now I feel like going again.

I used to go to a spaghetti restaurant with the same name in Chuo and Otsu in the past. I always ordered the meat sauce and it was delicious, so I visited with nostalgia for the taste of the past. I ordered the "homemade meat sauce Bolognese" during lunchtime, which came with vegetable soup and salad. I also added a pudding set. The salad was a bit small but well-prepared, and the vegetable soup was tasty. As for the nostalgic meat sauce...hmm, was it like this? I couldn't quite remember from so long ago...but it was delicious. The pudding was served in a big bowl right in front of me, and it was also delicious! I would go back just for that.

This restaurant had turned me down twice before. On this day, I confirmed through a phone call that they were open. They were able to save a seat for me. They open at 11 am, and even on a weekday, I arrived at 10:40 am and was the 9th in line for lunch limited to the first 10 people. I chose the limited lunch (with a choice of 3 pasta dishes with tomato sauce) and the lunch set with carbonara. The limited lunch included appetizer salad, soup, pasta, pudding, and coffee, so it was understandable that there was a line. Since I had made a reservation by phone this time, I got a seat by the edge. I noticed that this restaurant has a Roman style vibe, with the interior being dimly lit. Even though it was daytime, I decided not to sit outside on the terrace because it was a cold day. I wonder if others are not bothered by this darkness? I wonder how it is at night? The pasta, as expected from this place, was excellent, especially the carbonara. The rich sauce and perfectly cooked noodles were great. It might be too heavy if I had chosen the large size, but the regular size was just right. I'm glad I tried it since I had been curious about it. The tomato sauce in the limited lunch seemed a bit overshadowed by the firm noodles. I'll try something different next time. The pudding was also delicious and chewy. The total bill was 2150 yen. Thank you for the meal.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, so I will post various photos of the dishes. The owner is a wine and vegetable sommelier, and their commitment to ingredients is fantastic. They have unique vegetables, delicious fish dishes, meat dishes, as well as spaghetti and pizza, all of which are delicious! The wine selection is excellent, and they can help you choose one to pair with your meal. On special occasions, they serve a very extravagant dessert plate. You can enjoy both courses and a la carte options in the evening, tailored to your preferences for the day. Sometimes the staff seems very busy, which can make me feel a bit uncomfortable...

Station connected! Tonarie Minamisenri "Spaghettiaria Mackey di Hayashida" On this day, I had lunch on my way back from shopping. The complex facility "Tonarie Minamisenri" directly connected to Minamisenri Station has a parking lot, so it is convenient. I visited "Spaghettiaria Mackey di Hayashida" inside, which I heard was delicious. I was half skeptical, thinking it would be a shop in a run-down complex facility, but it turned out to be a much better store than expected. A nostalgic spaghetti place. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, but that adds to its charm. It has an antique taste with a good quality yet casual atmosphere. The sofas are also nice for families with small children! By the way, there are quite a few seats. The photo shows a small room. In addition to this, there are seats in the main hall. Creamy Carbonara (L size) 1350 yen The must-try is the popular number one Creamy Carbonara!! For an additional 200 yen, you can get the L size (1.5 times larger) which is cost-effective. Thick bacon in a creamy cheese sauce. Just looking at it makes your mouth water!! As the name suggests, it's "creamy"!! It's rare to find a Carbonara this rich and creamy. And the chewiness of the noodles here is irresistible. It's not fresh pasta, but it's even chewier than fresh pasta. Not a refined and stylish pasta, but a rich and addictive taste!! The lunch set comes with a salad and tomato soup. The salad is elegantly made with purple sweet potatoes. The tomato soup is thin, but it's not trying to hide with consomme, it has a solid tomato flavor. Carefully made. Weekly lunch special (L size) 1200 yen I also ordered the weekly spaghetti special. Among the three options, I chose the organic eggplant, komatsuna, and bacon spaghetti. You can choose from cream, tomato, or meat sauce, so I chose meat sauce. A healthy spaghetti with plenty of vegetables. The eggplant is large, and when cooked, you can enjoy the natural sweetness of the eggplant. It goes perfectly with the meat sauce. Crispy and fragrant pudding after the meal 300 yen The dessert you must order after the meal is this pudding. They serve it from a large plate, so it looks like this. The caramelized layer is much thicker than a regular creme brulee. With such thickness, you might expect it to be bitter, but the intense sweetness of the pudding is not overshadowed by the bitterness at all!! But it's not overly sweet either... it's strange...! The Carbonara and pudding are worth trying at least once. Definitely worth a visit to Minamisenri. Other menu items can be found on the reviewer's page on Tabelog. Date spots can be found here! I didn't have high expectations since it's a pasta restaurant in a tenant space. It was crowded with local ladies, and I noticed that it's a popular spot with customers coming in one after another. I ordered the most popular dish, Creamy Carbonara. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The noodles were too hot, and I burned my mouth with the first bite. The noodles were chewy and delicious. The Carbonara sauce was tasty at the beginning, but I find that I can't handle heavy dishes as well as I used to. Next time, I'll try something with a tomato base or a Japanese-style dish. It can get a bit pricey, around 1000 yen for a single dish, so it might be a bit expensive for a business lunch.

This is my second visit. I heard that using a pressure cooker to cook dried noodles results in a chewy texture, so I visited to learn for future reference. The 2000 yen lunch menu is limited to 10 servings, but I arrived after opening and they were already sold out. I ended up having the weekly lunch menu which includes soup, salad, and pasta for 1000 yen. I added a custard pudding set for an extra 500 yen, which came with a Catalana dessert and a drink. The Catalana dessert was incredibly rich and delicious, just like the last time I had it. It was served on a large plate and then portioned into smaller dishes at the table. This restaurant incorporates unique vegetables into their menu. The pasta I had was cooked to a slightly firm and chewy texture, rather than being overly soft. It was delicious.

McKay, who lived nearby but we never had the chance to meet before. We went to this restaurant with another couple from the neighborhood. Since they were regulars here, we let them take care of the ordering. We were so engrossed in conversation that I didn't pay much attention to the names of the dishes, but I thought this was just a pasta place. Surprisingly, there were a lot of delicious seafood dishes as well. The pasta was great, but the seafood left a stronger impression haha. For dessert, the two of us ladies shared. I had the panna cotta, which was delicious.

I went there after 2 pm on a regular day. The restaurant was not crowded. The lunch set includes soup, salad, and pasta. You can choose from several types of pasta, and I chose the shrimp peperoncino. The noodles were chewy and delicious. The restaurant is bright and the seats are spacious. I will definitely go back again.

In South Senri near the station in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture, there are various dining options on the second floor of a supermarket, and I visited one of them on a Friday night around 8:30 pm. When I entered the restaurant, the room on the right seemed crowded, possibly with a group. The room on the left was spacious, with only two groups of customers, so it was relatively empty. The interior of the restaurant was fully decorated for Christmas. I looked at the menu and chose the apparently popular carbonara and also decided to try the ribeye steak because I felt like having some meat. It seemed like the steak was the only option available. The creamy carbonara was priced at 950 yen (excluding tax), while the domestic black wagyu ribeye steak (100g) was 2200 yen (excluding tax). A bottle of water was served as complimentary. It was a special π water with a hint of iron in it, which I found out after googling it out of curiosity. After a 12-minute wait, the carbonara arrived first, followed by the steak 3 minutes later. The carbonara had a perfect balance of firmness and chewiness, with a rich and thick sauce that I enjoyed. The steak was cooked medium-rare, with a pink salt on the side. Even without adding salt, the steak was quite salty, but surprisingly, the fatty part was delicious. Upon paying the bill, I noticed a book about the afterlife, which made me think about moderation, not only in water but also in other aspects. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went back to my parents' house after a long time. I took the Hankyu train for the New Year's greetings, and I still love the Hankyu train♥. It's calming. Although it's not a single track, the Hankyu train on the Kitasenri Line runs slowly like a rural train. It takes a little longer to get to Umeda compared to JR or the neighboring Midosuji Line, but there's something nice about it. This charm is probably why it's chosen for movies. If you haven't ridden it before, please give it a try. When I got off at Hankyu Minami-Senri and wandered around the mall, I found a spaghetti restaurant. It was immediately clear that this was the delicious restaurant my sister had mentioned, so I went inside. The interior was very stylish, with terrace seating as well. I ordered lunch and was satisfied with both the delicious taste and the presentation. I will definitely visit again.
