When searching for a ramen shop on Tabelog between Namba and Daikokucho, I found this shop with a large poster hanging in front of it. I ordered the special roast sea bream salt ramen with beef bone white soup, and it was indeed visually impressive. The chashu was thick and tender.

The thick, chewy noodles have a satisfying bite and a mochi-like texture that pairs well with the soup.

Tiger's Report:
I enjoyed the rich beef bone ramen with its buttery, mild creamy soup that perfectly coated the pleasant texture of the noodles. The toppings added variety to the taste experience.

I entered the restaurant without high expectations because the ratings on Tabelog were not high, but it exceeded my expectations by far. I ordered the beef bone white broth ramen and char siu rice bowl set. The ramen had a rich and hearty flavor, but it wasn't greasy, so it didn't feel heavy. To put it simply, it tasted like if Tenkaippin ramen was made with white broth. The noodles also seemed similar. It was delicious. The char siu rice bowl was not a disappointment either. It was simply delicious.

<Order>: Beef bone white soup \790- <Option>: Extra noodles \100- <Comment>: I mistakenly got off at Okunimachi station, so I wandered around to sober up. The ramen looked really delicious in the photos, but it wasn't quite to my liking, especially the soup... <Note>: Visited on the way back from drinking.

I ordered the classic white broth ramen thinking that the white soup was their specialty. It turned out to be richer and thicker than I expected, which would be perfect for those who enjoy heavy flavors. I added roast beef as a topping, and its salty taste balanced out the richness of the broth nicely. The restaurant has a clean and stylish atmosphere, and I appreciated that they served cold water in stainless steel glasses to keep it cool.

I often go to Edion Arena to watch wrestling matches, and recently it has become a tradition for me to eat there. Both the ramen and maze-soba are incredibly delicious. The ramen is a trendy foam-based tonkotsu ramen with plenty of thinly sliced sirloin beef on top, which looks great. It's nice that you can choose between a salt or soy sauce base for the soup. I chose salt this time. It's also great that you can choose the firmness of the noodles, which some places don't offer anymore. The maze-soba is surprisingly rich, and adding garlic and kimchi gives it a more indulgent feel. And the chashu rice bowl is delicious!! It's torched with a burner, so it has a fragrant taste. I want to try the gyoza next time.

I am "Noronori," who mainly walks around eating lunch, mainly in Sakai. I tried the Sichuan Mala Tanmen for 890 yen at a restaurant I had been curious about. It was very spicy and made me go "whew, whew," but it wasn't as spicy as I expected, and there was no numbness. It was delicious, so it's okay. Thank you for the meal.

Yesterday (12/23), I went on a food expedition to Daikokucho Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. I visited a new restaurant that opened earlier this month and had a bowl of ramen there. Afterwards, I moved a little to the east and visited another restaurant. I sat at a table towards the back of the restaurant, looked at the menu, and ordered the "Beef Bone White Soup Ramen (790 yen)" without using a ticket machine. After a short wait, the bowl arrived. The soup was a pure white color with toppings of char siu, nori, bean sprouts, and green onions floating in foam on top, hiding the noodles underneath. When I tasted the soup with a spoon, I was hit with a strong garlic aroma and flavor at first, followed by a rich but smooth beef bone broth that coated my mouth nicely and was quite delicious. I pushed aside the foam to reveal the straight thin noodles, which were chewy and coated well with the soup, also delicious. Even though this was my second bowl of ramen for the day, I enjoyed it thoroughly and finished every last bit, feeling completely satisfied with this rich and flavorful bowl of ramen.

A ramen and maze-soba restaurant near Daikoku-cho with a nice layout of counter and tables. The meaty maze-soba features chewy noodles topped with egg yolk, onions, chashu, minced meat, and more. A voluminous maze-soba served with soup and delicious rice.

I was expecting more, the soup was thinner than I thought. Personally, I wish it had more flavor. Also, it took too long for the ramen to come out after ordering at the ramen shop. I wonder why?

I found a shop that caught my attention while walking around on September 11, 2022, around 24:42, so I decided to visit. They claim to offer the ultimate ramen. When I asked for recommendations, I ordered the Beef Bone White Soup Special Soy Ramen for 790 yen, with an additional flavored egg for 100 yen. Unfortunately, the sirloin roast beef was sold out. The smell inside the shop is a bit unpleasant, but I won't mention what it smells like. The flavored egg doesn't have much flavor, but it has color. The unique flavor coming from the beef bones gives off a mushroom-like potage vibe. The noodles are thin, similar to Hakata-style noodles, and they are firm. The pork belly chashu is described as melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork, but it lacks sweetness and instead has a fragrant, light chashu taste. Personally, I don't think it qualifies as the ultimate ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Located in the competitive ramen district of Motomachi in Naniwa Ward, this ramen shop specializing in beef bone broth opened two years ago. The interior features both counter and table seating, with a spacious layout that is suitable for families. The staff, who are foreigners, provide energetic and friendly service, leaving a good impression. I ordered the most popular dish, the Special Sirloin Beef Bone Shirodashi Ramen for 1180 yen. The thinly sliced sirloin beef on top was moist and tender, and the soup had a rich flavor of beef bones without any unpleasant smell, with a foamy texture. The thin noodles paired perfectly with the soup and rare char siu. You can also customize the firmness of the noodles, making it ideal for those who enjoy rich and flavorful ramen. The side dish of pork bowl was also delicious, with the rice being generously topped with seared pork, almost making you feel like you need more rice. This ramen shop in the area is my favorite in terms of taste.

The sweetness unique to beef bones adds an accent to the chicken and pork broth! The char siu bowl also had the flavor of the sauce soaked in nicely. Beef bone white broth, special soy sauce, topped with seasoned egg. Melting char siu bowl, small size. Located a 7-minute walk from Daikokucho at Naniwa Menjiro Nen. ¥2,000

The menu offers dishes like mixed noodles and mapo tofu set meal, but this time I chose the recommended beef bone white broth. You can choose the flavor (soy sauce or salt), richness (normal or rich), and noodle firmness (soft, regular, or firm). While it's common to choose richness and noodle firmness, it's rare to have two types of white broth flavors at a restaurant. This time, I tried the salt flavor as recommended by the staff. The ramen that arrived had slices of sirloin roast beef arranged around the edge of the bowl, making a striking presentation. The salt white broth was light and one of my favorite types of white broth ramen in Osaka. I recommend dipping the roast beef around the edge of the bowl into the soup before eating. The chashu in the middle was tender and satisfying. Additionally, you can get unlimited white rice for 100 yen or a melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork bowl for 250 yen, making the side menu a great deal. With both impressive appearance and satisfying taste and portion, you can't go wrong with the beef bone white broth at Infinite Ramen. Thank you for the meal.

I had the opportunity to visit Mugen Ramen, a place I couldn't go before because they close early due to vine prevention measures. I tried their Beef Bone White Ramen, which I thought would be chicken-based but turned out to have pork as well. The combination of beef bone and garlic in the white soup made it surprisingly rich and flavorful. I also added a Char Siu Rice Bowl, which seems to be a popular choice now that fried rice is less common on the menu. The food was delicious, but the service was a bit slow considering the restaurant was about 80% full. Waiting leisurely at a ramen shop requires some mental preparation, it seems.

I found a shop with a very impactful appearance, with its white soup being particularly striking. It specializes in beef bone ramen, which is already rare, but it goes further by offering beef bone white soup. Despite the mixed reviews on Tabelog, the shop boldly claims to offer the ultimate bowl of ramen on the sign outside. The menu had a variety of options, and although I was tempted by the Sichuan mapo tofu, I reluctantly ordered the Beef Bone White Soup Ramen for 790 yen (tax included). The presentation was impressive, with the broth being a clear white color. The taste was unexpectedly similar to garlic ramen, with a light flavor reminiscent of a Spanish garlic soup. The noodles and chashu had a traditional style but still felt fresh. The deep bowl meant there was a lot of soup, making it a comforting choice for the winter. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal. Additional Notes: 1. There were two types of condiments on the table for flavor customization. 2. Adding black pepper gives it a Western twist. 3. Adding chili oil, which contains garlic, gives it a Chinese flavor.

I thought it was a branch of the Ebisoei ramen in Minato, but it was completely unrelated. The soup is a milky beef bone white soup made from domestic beef bones, with a large amount of pork and chicken bones simmered for a long time. The noodles are medium thick. The toppings include tender chashu, green onions, mizuna, thick menma, red pickled ginger, and a half-boiled egg. Thank you for the meal.

From Oguni Town, head north and turn east at the third intersection in Motomachi. The shop is located on the corner of the first intersection. It used to be a soba restaurant, but when I passed by last year, it had changed to a ramen shop. I ordered a highball with three kinds of appetizers, Sichuan-style spicy tanmen, and meat mixed noodles. After a short wait, the highball and three kinds of appetizers arrived. The appetizers were simmered egg, two pieces of bite-sized char siu, and roast beef. Just as I started drinking, the tanmen arrived. I had been used to another shop that was very considerate about the timing of serving, so I had the same expectations, but it seems like this shop doesn't pay much attention to that aspect. The tanmen had a good balance of seasoning and spiciness, and it was really delicious. Then the mixed noodles arrived. I followed the instructions and mixed it well. The thick noodles and plenty of minced meat were delicious. Adding black vinegar halfway through gave it a different flavor. Finally, I added a bite of rice to the leftover ingredients. It was also delicious, but the meat was a bit too heavy. I didn't think about the apron requirement and just walked in wearing a white hoodie. It was a bit disappointing that they didn't ask about the apron. The woman nearby was wearing a black apron, so I wondered if I had to request one! Since they handed out aprons right away, I was hoping for it, but I didn't ask. I'll wear black clothes next time. Thank you for the meal.
