When traveling by train and selecting a restaurant from areas where parking is usually difficult, such as Umeda Lucua 10F, there are many delicious-looking restaurants to choose from. I couldn't help but walk around twice. In such situations, let's not stick to ramen. There seem to be many Korean restaurants in the menu, which is typical of Tsuruhashi - Korea Town. However, in Umeda, it's a popular place with various options. Among the lunch sets, I chose the "Cheese Ramen Sundubu Set" for 1,440 yen. You can enjoy unlimited refills of Jeon, Kimchi, and Namul, served in small dishes (refills allowed). I love tofu, so I really like Sundubu... but I rarely get the chance to eat it. Since I last ate at Satchan in Kyoto. And when you add cheese and ramen, it's the ultimate combination, right? You can choose the spiciness level from 0 to 5, with 6 levels in total. I wanted to say "3 spiciness" while drawing a beginner's mark, but after being burned by "Retsuhi" the other day, I humbly asked for "2 spiciness" haha. When it comes to Korean noodle dishes, is it a standard? Even with instant ramen noodles, the combination is surprisingly good. Although the amount of noodles is small, it's all about the toppings, so I should have chosen a spicier level like 4. I couldn't help but add kimchi. The cheese mixing is just right, so maybe a little more spiciness would have been better. The set with stone pot rice is super filling. The finale with Kalbi Kuppa style is perfect. It's a full meal set, not a mini one, so my stomach was about to burst. Thank you for the feast. Is Korean cuisine something that women prefer? The majority of customers are women. There seem to be many varieties, but the base Sundubu (1,000 yen) is there, and you can create different types by adding toppings. It's like adding ramen (200 yen) and cheese (110 yen) for tax on top of that. Ramen fixation... I guess I'm still doing it haha.
