I made a reservation for the seasonal afternoon tea and visited the restaurant. I ordered the main dish which was Hokkaido scallops. The steak also looked delicious, but the scallops were amazingly tasty. The bread was good as well. The main dessert was not only visually appealing but also delicious. I especially liked the macarons. However, the portion was too much for me to finish... It would be considered good manners to leave some, but I couldn't leave any!! I had a great time enjoying the elegant atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

I reserved and went to the "Strawberry Afternoon Tea with Grill Lunch + One Drink Included" at "ICHIGO" in 2023 through 'Ikyu'. The main dish options were: Grilled Sea Bream, Black Pepper Flavored Aka Ebi, Black Angus Beef Sirloin Steak, and Centrum Grill Hamburg. I chose the Centrum Grill Hamburg, which was poured with beef tail soup at the table. The hamburg steak grilled over charcoal was juicy and flavorful, accompanied by impactful vegetables. The highlight was the cute afternoon tea with strawberry sweets served on a red bag-shaped stand. The one-bite size made it easy to enjoy. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch course with a choice of main dish.

Today I went to Centrum for afternoon tea♡ Well, it was actually a lunch with afternoon tea included. It was a bit different from the usual afternoon tea experience. They offer a lunch menu where you can choose from 4 options, each including a drink, followed by sweets. I chose the hamburger. First, they served a cold soup with crustacean mousse and pumpkin cream. It was incredibly delicious, I finished it with bread. Next was the main dish, the hamburger with shiso leaves. It came with mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and they poured consomme soup over it. They also included cumin powder which added to the appetizing hamburger. After that, I indulged in the afternoon tea even though I was already full lol. Thank you for the meal! (•́✧•̀)

We arrived a little early and were the only ones in the casual, grill dining wine surrounded private room. Here's what we had: - Shrimp cappuccino-style soup - Green salad with vegetables - Sauteed lobster with herb sauce - 100g beef fillet - Cold dessert with an Asian taste We also had a recommended red wine from Napa by the sommelier, which was a bit too young for my taste. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere.

I made a reservation through the official website the day before and visited at 11:30. I chose the Grill Lunch with Afternoon Tea - French Style Summer Sweets for 6200 yen. The White Asparagus Soup for the amuse-bouche had a subtle asparagus flavor. Both breads had a nice aroma and texture, they were very good. For the main course, I chose the Black Angus Beef Sirloin Steak with Café de Paris butter, which was delicious. The fries were also hot and excellent. The Afternoon Tea came in a cute bag shape and the pastries were delicious, especially the croissants. The mango ice cream with tropical fruits and coconut milk was very tasty. I chose black tea for my drink, and it was refillable.

Grill Dining Centrum at Hilton Osaka is a stylish space with elegant lighting, wall design, and overall color scheme. The view of the kitchen counter from the tables is a nice touch. The dinner we had that day included: - Amuse-bouche - Bhutan Blanc sautéed king mushrooms, truffle mashed apple - Banana Nut Squash Cappuccino sweet potato, chestnuts - Grilled sea bream - Wagyu sirloin and sea urchin Tian - Baba Mont Blanc - Petit Fours - Coffee From start to finish, each dish was luxurious and delicately prepared, making my heart dance with joy. The staff explained each dish with care, and the beautiful tableware and cutlery enhanced the sensory experience. They also recommended wines that paired well with the food, making it a truly wonderful dining experience. I would love to visit again. ❤️

As expected from the world-renowned Hilton ☯️ international, it had been a while since I had traveled abroad, so I experienced the unique atmosphere of the hotel. The cuisine was described as an "Innovative Grill" - a fusion of various international dishes that didn't fit into a specific category. The main course was steak ♦️ lobster, fitting for a farewell dinner for the president of the trading partner, with a luxurious course at a reasonable price. This is a restaurant located at Hilton Osaka! I used it for a meal when staying at Hilton Osaka! It was a special occasion with a teacher, so I dressed up in a suit with a tie! The restaurant is a wonderful space, as expected from Hilton! We had a table seat, and we could see the kitchen and the chefs cooking, which added to the lively atmosphere! We enjoyed a course with truffles, Japanese black beef, and blue lobster! They showed us the lobster before cooking it, and it was so lively that it started moving on the table! It was surprising, but that's a good sign! I was excited because I knew it would be delicious! The appetizers were also delicious, and finally, the main course arrived! It was incredibly delicious!! The steak I love was tender, and the lobster was juicy! You can enjoy such delicious food in the luxurious space of Hilton! The course was more voluminous than Oak Door in Roppongi Hills! Thank you for the meal! The next day, I was able to have a buffet lunch at Centrum in the same seat! Hilton's service is truly outstanding!

Afternoon tea at Hilton Osaka can be enjoyed at both the lounge and the grill restaurant, each offering a unique afternoon tea experience. This time, I tried the afternoon tea with a main dish included. It's rare to find afternoon tea that already includes a main dish! I made a reservation and met up with a friend to visit. The luxurious restaurant, with a focus on the color red, has a grand wine cellar at the entrance and a large open kitchen in the back. It was a weekday lunchtime, but more than half of the seats seemed to be taken. Although it's no longer available, in July, there was a special offer for afternoon tea reservations on weekdays. The afternoon tea menu is fixed, but you can choose from four main dishes: Grilled scallops, Grilled chicken breast, Black Angus sirloin steak, or Beef petit-farci. I chose the Grilled scallops. First, an amuse-bouche was served, which was a nice touch. The main dish was more substantial than I expected... considering that afternoon tea at hotels often costs over 5000 yen, having a main dish included at this price was surprising. The food was delicious, and the freshly baked hotel bread was also a nice touch. After finishing the main dish, the afternoon tea set was brought out on a red stand that matched the restaurant's ambiance. It was very cute, with real cherries that you could eat. The afternoon tea set included crepes, which was a unique addition. Perhaps because it's a grill restaurant, the desserts were all carefully crafted and tasty. I thought refills of tea were not allowed, but the staff kindly offered to refill my tea. It was very much appreciated. I had a relaxing time catching up with a friend after a long time.

"Centrum" is a grill & wine restaurant located on the second floor of the Hilton Osaka. It was extensively renovated in 2018, and the clean and refreshing interior creates a favorable impression. The name "Centrum" means "center" in Latin, and indeed this restaurant is located at the center of the restaurant floor. The American diner-style, metallic color scheme and simple design of the interior create a spacious and simple atmosphere. The large grill in the center of the restaurant, always smoldering with charcoal, leaves a lasting impression. The infection prevention measures inside the restaurant were also thorough. This time, we ordered the Bruxes course, where you can choose your dishes. The course includes appetizers, main dishes, and desserts for ¥7,800 (excluding tax), starting with bubbles - today's choice was Franciacorta Cuvee Royale from Marchese Antinori. This is a high-quality winery in Franciacorta owned by the prestigious Italian wine house Antinori. It is carefully crafted in small quantities under strict regulations, often said to be superior to Champagne. The blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc creates a light and refreshing taste that pairs very well with the dishes. The wine has a golden hue with hints of yellow, and when poured into a glass, fine bubbles rise, revealing aromas of flowers, white peaches, nutty spices, and toasty notes. The full-bodied fruitiness spreads across the palate, with a fresh acidity and a long-aged richness that is characteristic of a prestigious winery. The slight sweetness of Franciacorta is minimal, making it dry with a strong acidity. It paired very well with the vegetables, fish, and red meat in the course menu. It is a recommended, well-balanced choice with good value for money - a reliable bottle.

I participated in a wine dinner at the Hilton Osaka restaurant, which underwent a complete renovation about a year and a half ago. Similar to the Hilton in Shinjuku, the second-floor area has a high visibility and open atmosphere, making it easy to navigate. The theme of the dinner was popular California wines, but there were also rare wines not imported to Japan. We started with a sparkling wine from Sonoma Estate, which had a smooth and gentle taste, with a hint of the nearby sea. The wine, made mostly of Chardonnay, was intentionally marketed as a "Charmat method" wine, which is known for being affordable and mass-produced. Compared to Champagne method wines, it is smoother and more approachable for Japanese people. The dinner also included a tasting of 4 different cuvées of a prestigious sparkling wine, paired with salted caramel ice cream and a good port. The standout dish was the tender monkfish, cooked to perfection and wrapped in crispy Jamón Serrano, with beans in a consommé broth. The balance of fat vs beans and firm vs soft textures was delightful. The dish was not only delicious but also visually appealing and healthy. It was truly a wonderful plate.

[Facility] The atmosphere of the Chinese restaurant on the second floor of Hilton OSAKA [Taste] I enjoyed ingredients such as Blue Lobster and Truffle in the ¥15000 Course. The Champagne was Pol Roger RESERVE and the red wine was Jean-Claude Boisset Bourgogne. [Service] The floor manager is knowledgeable about wine and provides detailed explanations. The total cost is about 25% higher due to tax and service, but the service and atmosphere were worth it. [Overall] I felt the glamour and excellence of a hotel dinner, and it made me want to have the best meal here.

For a slightly luxurious lunch meeting, we reserved a private room surrounded by wines that wine lovers would adore. For lunch, we were able to choose from several options for appetizers, main dishes, and desserts. Each dish looked and tasted incredibly delicious, making it hard to decide which to choose. The sophistication that comes with dining at a hotel was evident in both the taste and presentation, leaving us completely satisfied. Since it was a celebratory lunch, we also made a reservation for champagne and cake. The Moët & Chandon champagne was served in glasses specially designed to keep the bubbles from dissipating quickly, which was quite impressive. We would love to visit again for another special occasion.

I ordered a course where I could choose the main dish. The red sofa was deep and very relaxing. With the cushion provided, I could maintain a good posture while eating. The appetizer was a buffet. Next was the soup, and the mushroom soup had a great aroma and a strong mushroom flavor that I really enjoyed. It seems to be a seasonal soup, but I wish it could be available year-round. The main dish, lamb, was cooked perfectly with delicious juices. By the time dessert came, I was already full, so I recommend being a bit conservative with the buffet appetizer.
