Yes, it's ramen time at Menya Korekara. I visited the restaurant in Hongike Shinden the day before yesterday. I was deciding between the "Cold Shrimp Ramen" and the "Nama-Ippon Black Beans," but both were sold out. However, the staff mentioned that they could make a bowl of the cold ramen with thin noodles, so I ordered that. I also ordered the soft-boiled seasoned egg and the spicy seasoned egg. The visual presentation of the ramen was familiar, with the chashu pork nicely seared this time. The soup was clear and less fishy compared to before. The thin noodles were flexible and delicious. The toppings included pork belly chashu and chicken chashu, both nicely seared with great flavor and texture. The spicy seasoned egg was unexpectedly delicious, almost like a soupless tantanmen. It was a satisfying meal. I also got recommendations for other great restaurants in Nagoya from the owner, so I'll definitely check them out. Also, I have a limited number of special stickers left, and the next one will feature the "Nama-Ippon" version of the ramen. If you're interested in getting one, feel free to let me know!

I visited this long-time-no-see restaurant!! I ordered the signature dish, Miso Black Soybean Ramen with Flavored Egg. The toppings included pork belly chashu, chicken breast chashu, tsukune, and mitsuba. The soup had a rich umami flavor from the chicken and pork, with a sharp and fragrant soy sauce finish. The homemade thin straight noodles were firm and had a great texture. The tsukune had a unique flavor, while the chicken was moist and the pork chashu was tender. Overall, this ramen exceeded my expectations and was of high quality. Delicious meal, thank you!!

I rode my bike for about 30 minutes from home to get here. I arrived around 11 o'clock and there were only 2 people waiting so I got seated right away. I had the salt ramen, which was like a masterpiece with the fragrance of yuzu, the flavor of salt, and the richness of chicken combined. The chashu was delicious with its fatty texture, and the tsukune was also good. I want to come back again.

After a long time, I visited this place and it was delicious as always. I had the black soy sauce ramen with fresh noodles, which I really like. It was a satisfying bowl that matched well with the soup. I finished everything and left feeling content. I visited on a weekday for lunch and had no trouble getting a seat. This popular restaurant is located in a residential area with parking space for 3 cars next to the shop, and there are also other coin parking options available.

Menya Konjou Odaito Honten's Hiyashi Fushi Ramen - ¥1,100
This cold noodle dish features a soup that combines chicken and pork with "fushi" instead of the usual dried fish. The cold soup has a gelatinous texture that melts in your mouth. Some may find the flavor to be mild or lacking in impact, but the temperature and richness of the soup are just right, making it delicious. The homemade flat and thick noodles with whole wheat are chewy and smooth, perfectly complementing the cold soup. Topped with seared chicken breast, rolled pork belly slices, lemon slices for acidity, and onion ash, this Hiyashi Fushi Ramen is a unique and delicious find. ✨perfect✨ Located at 6-7-9 Haizuka, Daito City, Osaka.

I had the Rich Soy Sauce Chicken Ramen (large) and it was delicious. The soup is seriously tasty. Even though the flavor is rich, it's so good that you'll end up drinking it all quickly, so be careful when eating (lol). They also have a limited edition cold ramen, which looks really delicious, so I'm planning to go try it next time!

Menya Imada Daito Honten's "Hiyashi Bushi Raamen" is a must-try during the summer break. The reviewer chose the cold noodles over the dipping noodles this time. They decided to focus on just one bowl without any additional toppings. The broth's umami flavor combined with the mix of animal-based ingredients is delicious. The smooth noodles complement the soup well. This year, there was no ginger on top, but the reviewer thought it was the right decision. The seared pork chashu also paired nicely. Although the reviewer didn't feel as impressed as before, especially with the soup, they still found Menya Imada's cold noodles to be the best. It seems like they might have changed the way they make it. Overall, the reviewer was satisfied with their summer meal at Menya Imada.

This is amazing! The chicken and tender char siu must have been cooked sous vide, and the chicken meatball on the side is also delicious! The soup has a nice soy sauce aroma and is rich in flavor, with a golden color. The only downside is that it's a bit salty... I wish it was a bit milder. But I finished every drop of the soup! It's so delicious! I will definitely come back. Oh, the regular soy sauce ramen costs 1000 yen. The restaurant is located in the middle of a residential area. The staff may seem unfriendly when you enter, asking if you came by car. I walked there, and it's quite far from the station. I added a chicken rice bowl for 300 yen, so the total was 1300 yen. It might be a bit pricey for salarymen. Delicious ramen, thank you for the meal!

Today, I had an appointment at Mitsubishi UFJ Bank Kohike Shinden Branch at 10:00. I rode my bicycle for my health, but it was still hot in the morning. I completed my procedures as planned by 10:50. Now it's time for lunch. Should I have eel, okonomiyaki, or udon? I decided to go to a ramen shop that opened at 11:00. Luckily, there was no line right after opening, so I ordered a large soy sauce ramen for 1050 yen. It was delicious with thin straight noodles, a gentle soy sauce broth, flavorful tsukune, and chicken and pork chashu. I was satisfied. The chef even mentioned that there used to be a Chinese restaurant nearby. Although it has closed down, there is still one a bit further away. It was lucky to be able to dine without waiting in line. Thank you for the meal!

Spicy Tossed Noodles: A delicious and flavorful minced meat dish with a slightly oily soy sauce-based sauce. The aroma of sansho pepper adds a tingling sensation to the richness, while the sweetness of the onions enhances the overall taste. The thin straight noodles are served hot and mix well with the sauce, enveloping them in oil and creating a satisfying texture. The minced meat adds depth to the soy sauce-based sauce, and despite the absence of soup, the deliciousness still comes through. The noodles have a satisfying crunch and the portion size is good, making it a complete meal on its own. The value for money is excellent. While it may be reminiscent of ramen broth, mixing it all together offers a different way to enjoy the dish. A truly delicious bowl!

Arrived at the restaurant a little after 12 o'clock. Luckily, the parking lot was empty. There was no waiting outside the restaurant. Purchased food tickets in advance. I ordered the Chicken Salt Ramen for myself and the Rich Soy Sauce Chicken Ramen for my wife. We waited for about 5 minutes before entering the restaurant. The noodles we ordered arrived promptly. The appearance of the Hakata-style ramen was beautiful! The salt ramen was refreshing with a rich flavor from the chicken broth, and it had a nice depth of taste. The chashu in the salt ramen was incredibly tender, and each piece offered a different texture to enjoy. When I tried a bit of my wife's soy sauce ramen, I was amazed. It was delicious! I personally thought it was one of the best soy sauce ramen I've ever had. If they start serving tsukemen again, I will definitely revisit this restaurant without a doubt.

This time, I ordered the "Nama Ippon Kuro Mame" ramen, which features a delicious soup base that allows you to savor the umami of soy sauce. The broth is a gentle clear soup made from pork and chicken, complemented by the "Nama Ippon" soy sauce from "Yusasa Soy Sauce". The soy sauce spreads softly and fragrantly, although I felt it was a bit weak this time. The noodles were thin straight noodles with a firm texture and a satisfying chew, enhancing the overall flavor of the soup. The aroma of the soup spread quickly and was fantastic. The addition of green onions with the noodles provided a nice accent. The ramen came with pork belly chashu, chicken breast chashu, and small meatballs, all bursting with deliciousness. Although our experiences may have differed slightly, it was still delicious. I almost finished all the soup but managed to leave some considering what comes next.

Ramen shop located about a 13-minute walk from Konoke Shinden Station South Exit on the JR Gakuentoshi Line. Arrived around 11:30 on a weekday. There were 2-3 customers inside. I bought a ticket for the Special Rich Soy Sauce Chicken Ramen with extra noodles for 1410 yen. The soup is made with 80% chicken and 20% pork, combined with seafood broth, and the soy sauce blend consists of 5 types of soy sauce. Although it's a combination of animal and seafood broth, the seafood flavor is quite strong. It may be irresistible for those who like seafood-based soups. The homemade thin noodles are delicious and go well with the soup. The chashu consists of 3 slices of pork belly, 3 slices of chicken breast, and 2 meatballs. The pork belly, in particular, was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. This ramen is of high quality, and I would like to try the black bean ramen next time.

Long time no see! Menya Jinmai, located around a 10-minute walk from Daito Honmachi Station, was quite busy on a Sunday afternoon with about 10 people waiting. I ordered the signature dish, the black soybean sauce ramen, which features a rich and flavorful animal-based soup base with the delicious taste and richness of soy sauce spreading throughout the mouth! It's so delicious! When asking for recommendations in Osaka, this restaurant's name often comes up as a must-try spot! Thank you for the meal! ☺️

I visited around 11:30 on a regular Wednesday and there was no wait. I ordered a fresh one. I had imagined that this place, located in a residential area, must have a good reputation for its taste to survive, but maybe I set the bar too high. Well, the reviews are also good. Anyway, the taste was delicious! But I wouldn't wait in line for it... that was my impression. Thank you for the meal!

The rich soy sauce chicken ramen (regular) costs 1000 yen. The toppings include two types of chashu, green onions, and tsukune. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The soup is a chicken-based fish and dried bonito soup. I arrived around 10:45 and bought a meal ticket at the counter. It took about 5 minutes until the ramen was served.
The restaurant opened a little earlier than usual, and there were only two customers, a group of two, at that time. It was a rainy morning, so I hoped to avoid the usual long lines. Now, onto the taste - the rich flavor of chicken and the aroma of dried bonito spread in my mouth. The soup had a delicious combination of chicken oil richness, soy sauce acidity, and a fragrant aroma. It was incredibly delicious! The noodles were cooked firm with a nice wheat flavor and good texture. The pork belly chashu was tender with a balance of fatty sweetness and lean meat flavor. The chicken chashu was moist and bursting with chicken flavor. The tsukune had a delicious taste with the ginger adding a nice touch. It was all so delicious - thank you for the meal!

I had always wanted to go there, but never had the chance until now. It's a place that both my brother and I would like to visit again. The noodles and broth are great, and the chashu is incredibly tender! The seasoned minced meat bowl is also delicious. Since the seating is limited and there are few parking spaces, I recommend going about an hour before closing! It's located in a residential area, so it can be hard to find at night, but if you love soy sauce ramen, be sure to give it a try.

I apologize for the rudeness, but it's surprising to find such a strong restaurant in this residential area. I ordered the tsukemen, and the noodles were very beautiful with a piece of chicken and pork on top. The dipping soup was well-coated with the noodles and had a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. Some people might have mixed feelings about it, but personally, I liked it. The noodles themselves were delicious, with a delicate chewiness that I also enjoyed. I ordered a large portion, which made my jaw tired, but the texture was not too firm, and I really liked it. I'm hooked on this place!

La La La Ramen ✨ Located in Higashiosaka City, Osaka Prefecture, at Menya Tadashima Higashihonten, I had the "Nama Ippon Kuro Mame ✨ (1,030 yen)" while my companion had the rich soy sauce ramen. The soy sauce flavor in this bowl really captivated me with its depth and umami. Returning to our ramen tour with the ramen shop owner in Kansai, this bowl at Tadashima Honten in Higashiosaka City was a delightful experience. I came by car on a regular weekday afternoon, it's a bit of a walk from Hongike Shinden Station and located right in the middle of a residential area, so it's essential to do some research beforehand. There are 3 parking spaces available and I parked there. You purchase your meal from the ticket machine inside the restaurant and then wait at the table outside. The interior of the restaurant has an L-shaped counter with seating for about 8 people. After a short wait, the noodles arrived. The thick, chewy noodles were satisfying to eat. The hot dipping broth was a combination of chicken, pork, and seafood, with a rich and thick soy sauce base. The broth had a nice balance of rich animal flavors and seafood umami. There were two meatballs in the dipping broth, which paired well with the flavorful broth. The noodles were topped with pork belly and chicken breast meat. I asked for a refill of the dipping broth halfway through and finished the meal. Lastly, I requested a soup refill with yuzu peel, which added a subtle citrusy flavor. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I drove to the popular restaurant and found the parking lot for three cars next to it was full. I had to park at a nearby coin parking lot. After waiting for a couple of minutes, we entered the restaurant. I ordered the regular ramen and my husband ordered the tsukemen. The ramen had thin noodles with a soy sauce base, but the broth was rich in seafood and pork flavors, very delicious! The tsukemen had thick noodles with a strong bonito flavor, also delicious! Both noodles were firm, not chewy, but the broth was extremely tasty! It passed my usual ramen evaluation criteria of no unpleasant smell! I would like to visit again.
