I finally went to the restaurant that I had been curious about after seeing it on Instagram. I sat at the counter and had a great time chatting with the chef while enjoying the beautifully prepared dishes. The course menu I had included: - Golden tilefish with green yuzu marinade - Red carpaccio of Kawachi duck - Charcoal-grilled natural amberjack - Grilled eggplant puree and caviar cold Fedeirini - Handmade trofie pasta with octopus from Akashi and basil sauce - Roasted Japanese beef with grilled burdock root risotto - Pineapple sorbet - Iced coffee/Hot coffee. The moment I had the golden tilefish appetizer, I was amazed by its deliciousness, and all the following dishes exceeded my expectations. In particular, the Kawachi duck carpaccio had no unpleasant smell, was tender yet firm, and the meat's flavor spread in my mouth with each bite. The Japanese beef roast was also outstanding, with tender, thick slices of red meat that were easily cut with a knife. The charcoal-grilled natural amberjack was surprisingly tender and fluffy, with crispy skin adding a delightful texture. Each dish was not only delicious but also meticulously crafted with a variety of ingredients, making them visually appealing. Even the dessert at the end showed the owner's sense of style, making it a perfect dining experience. I can't help but think how happy I would be to come to this place for a date. Of course, it's also recommended for girls' night out or special occasions. The cozy atmosphere with stylish lighting in the small restaurant makes for a relaxed dining experience. Despite being a course Italian restaurant, the ambiance is not too formal, and the owner is friendly and easy to talk to, making the meal enjoyable. I found a great restaurant! The trendy trademark is the stylish bikes in the back alley. Up the stairs, there is a 5-seat counter and two 4-seat tables. A hidden gem run by a single Italian chef in the heart of Shinsaibashi, in a super hard-to-find alleyway. It's like a nice restaurant in Paris (lol). The course starts at 8800 yen for one person at 6 pm (from 9:30 pm, it's like a light a la carte bar time). The dishes are carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients served one after another, delicious. Plus, the plates and the artwork in the restaurant are very artistic and cool! I heard that the guy is an artist. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also important when dining, right? Dishes featuring spring ingredients like firefly squid, cherry salmon, and cherry sea bream were lined up, but the cherry salmon cooked at a low temperature was particularly delicious. Cooked at 42 degrees, it was neither fully cooked nor raw, just perfect. I was satisfied with just this a la carte menu (lol). Also, I had Kartoccio for the first time in a while. Clams, cherry sea bream, mushrooms - the aroma and umami were concentrated! It was so delicious that I wish there was some bread to dip in. There is a narrow alley a little south of Europe Street where various shops are lined up, and I had a course starting at 6:00 pm at the very end of it. The contents were as follows:
- Firefly squid and spring vegetables marinade
- Cherry salmon prepared in two ways
- Raw duck meat carpaccio
- Turf shell and wasabi leaf with arugula-infused tagliolini
- Cherry sea bream and clam cartoccio
- Braised wagyu beef cheek with new burdock boule
- Mascarpone mousse and strawberry gelato
Everything was incredibly beautiful and incredibly delicious. The arugula tagliolini pasta was a sight to behold and tasted amazing. The cartoccio dish, steamed in paper, had a wonderful aroma when opened, and the flavor of the clams was exceptional. The wagyu beef cheek was so tender that a knife was unnecessary, and the crispy new burdock on top added a nice touch. From start to finish, it was a very satisfying course. The course seems to be the only option for now (priced at 8800 yen), and it transitions to a bar from 9:30 pm. The hidden gem vibe of the place makes it a truly amazing restaurant where you'll be looked at with admiration if you bring someone there.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, this stylish Italian? French? restaurant ☺️ offers a course starting at 18:00, but they were flexible and accommodated my request to start at 19:00 due to work. Reservations are required for the 8,800 yen course! After 21:30, it seems the bar is available for use. Course highlights include:
- Firefly squid and spring vegetable maritana
- Cherry salmon prepared in two ways, with the fried cherry salmon being exceptionally delicious
- Raw duck carpaccio, surprisingly tasty even for those who are not fond of duck
- Mirugai and wasabi leaf rucola incorporated tagliolini, a must-try dish that stands out among all pastas
- Cherry sea bream and clam cartoccio, a perfect combination of tender sea bream and flavorful clams
- Braised wagyu beef cheek with new burdock puree, the beef cheek was incredibly tender and the fried new burdock was also a favorite
- Mascarpone mousse and strawberry gelato, featuring spring limited strawberries that were irresistible to strawberry lovers. Highly recommended for special occasions like anniversaries or birthdays! ✨✨
