The shop is a bit hard to find because it's on a narrow street. Look for the sign right in front of the Laowan exit. The indirect lighting creates a nice atmosphere - it's a stylish space but not too quiet, perfect for a date. The 4000 yen course includes all-you-can-drink, so you can eat and drink to your heart's content. They have cocktails with tea, and they even recommended a soda mix that's not on the menu, and it was delicious. There were some issues at the register and the staff seemed a bit busy, but they handled everything with care, so it didn't bother me at all. Thank you very much!

The atmosphere inside the restaurant is calm and dimly lit. The dishes are all delicious, and you can choose the type of pasta noodles you want. If you're unsure, just trust the recommendations from the staff, you can't go wrong. You can also mix and match your own preferred drinks, making the decision-making process enjoyable. I ordered the appetizer trio, ravioli, vegetable wine-steamed dish, and red meat wine stew pasta. The appetizer trio consisted of bread with white liver and pistachio, potato salad, roast beef, and oil sardines, all of which were delicious. The ravioli was light and easy to eat, topped with wine vinegar. The vegetable wine-steamed dish brought out the sweetness of the vegetables, making it incredibly tasty. The red meat wine stew pasta had a rich meaty flavor that spread throughout the mouth, and the meat was tender, making it enjoyable to eat with the pasta. It was a blissful time, thank you.

The atmosphere, the service of the staff, the food, and the drinks are all excellent! The number of seats is limited, so it's recommended to make a reservation, especially on weekends when it tends to get crowded. The pasta, in particular, was delicious no matter which flavor you choose. The location of the restaurant may be a bit hard to find, but it's easy to reach from the station.

You can go up to the second floor of the restaurant SaSaYa, which is available on subscription services. The interior is a bit dark with a sophisticated atmosphere. They offer a variety of fresh pasta options that are made in-house, so you can enjoy them right after they are prepared. The servings are generous and they have a good selection of decanters.

On the Saturday just before going, I tried calling various places but it was hard to find an available spot. I've been here a few times before and it seems quite popular, so I thought it might be difficult to get a table. But I managed to get in! They had a table available, a spacious one, which was rare for me as I usually end up sitting at the counter when it's just two of us. As the name suggests, this place is known for its pasta but they also pay attention to their vegetables, with a recommendation of the day's special vegetables and dishes on the blackboard. We started with a mixed appetizer plate and a steamed vegetable platter. The pasta options all looked delicious and I had a hard time deciding. When you order pasta, you get to choose the type while looking at a pasta sample. I chose the Pappardelle with Porcini mushroom fermented butter sauce and the Paccheri with chunks of red meat in red wine stew. I prefer thicker, flat noodles (^^;) The mixed appetizer plate had 5 items: carrot rapé, turnip pickles, potato salad, roast beef, and liver paste. They were all delicious. The steamed vegetable platter had okra, baby corn, turnip, and bell pepper, cooked in wine, I think. We also ordered something like pasta dumplings. The Porcini mushroom fermented butter sauce was so delicious (*´∀`) The fragrant Porcini mushrooms and fermented butter were both so tasty. The wide Pappardelle noodles also had a satisfying texture. The chunks of red meat in red wine stew were also delicious. The sweet stewed beef chunks in a ragù sauce were great. I love Paccheri noodles too... (´ω`) The customers were mostly young and the atmosphere was lively, but the pasta here is just so delicious (*´꒳`*) Thank you for the meal.

On Wednesday at 9:30 PM, I went to "pasteria bambu" in Nihonbashi. Since I was already full after the second stop, I had to pass on the pasta dishes on the menu. Mixing white wine with orange juice or blood orange juice is delicious. Eating prosciutto while sipping on white wine mixed with orange juice makes you want to keep drinking forever. I definitely want to try the pasta next time, as they have a variety of options. Thank you for the meal.

Credit card payment⭕・Electronic money payment⭕□Red wine simmered in plenty of red meat chunks (tax included 1,620 yen)This time, I will share a restaurant that I often use when going out for a meal at Namba. The reasons why I use this place are as follows.・The exterior and interior are stylish (with a counter)・A hidden gem location that not everyone knows about・Pasta is popular with girls・Delicious food and a wide variety of drinksThis time, I ordered this menu because I wanted to eat meat. You can also choose the type of noodles freely, and they recommend the noodles that go well with the menu, which is very helpful. The noodles in this pasta are very chewy and the texture and taste are perfect. It is topped with plenty of meat and the presentation is stylish and very nice!Another point that I really like here is the complimentary prosciutto. I think it's rare to have prosciutto as a complimentary dish, and the slight rawness is addictive. The downside is that the portion is not very large for the price, but it is just right for a date. Even if you want to drink alcohol, there are many stylish drinks like wine, so it's great that they are flexible in various ways. I visit this place quite often. Please give it a try!

I've always been curious about this pasta restaurant♡ The atmosphere inside is dark and cozy, with various pasta samples displayed at the entrance, which builds up excitement! They even have a pasta making machine inside, showing how much attention to detail they put into everything! You can choose your favorite sauce, dough, and type of noodles✨ I ordered the Carbonara without cream, in the Roman style! I had high expectations since I couldn't forget the taste of Carbonara from the original shop in Rome, but it was a bit different from what I imagined... The crispy bacon, slightly salty taste without cream was there, and although it wasn't what I expected, it was still delicious♡ The side dishes I ordered were all tasty and perfect for those who enjoy drinking alcohol✨ The atmosphere at the counter seats is really nice, making it a great place for a date♡ I want to go back next time to try other pasta flavors✨

I wanted to eat Italian food, so I visited this restaurant. When I arrived around 6 pm, there was only one group of customers, but more people started coming in and the counter seats were all filled up. There were about 4 table seats, so I recommend making a reservation before going. The interior of the restaurant was dimly lit, making it difficult to take photos. Here is what I ordered: - Homemade Sangria with crunchy fruits 660 yen - Lemoncello soda 550 yen - Yogurt with pine 550 yen - Yogurt with orange 550 yen - Mushroom gratin 680 yen - Homemade focaccia 110 yen - Margherita pizza 748 yen - Porcini mushroom with fermented butter sauce 1628 yen - Chocolate gateau 600 yen - Service charge 418 yen You can choose your pasta noodles, but I had no idea which one to pick, so I asked the staff for recommendations. Everything was delicious, so I want to visit again! Until 7 pm, there was only one staff member who handled everything from customer service to cooking. They were friendly, efficient, and impressive. I spent around 3500 yen eating and drinking alone. Service: Excellent Price: Good Taste: Excellent Atmosphere: Good

Today, I went to "Pakteria Bamboo" in Osaka, which I had been curious about for a while, so I was very excited. It's open until 5 am, so it's recommended to visit as your second or third stop of the night, haha. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very calming. Since it's an Italian restaurant, I ordered a red wine that I don't usually drink. Their pasta is famous, and you can choose the type of pasta you want. It might be good for those who are particular about their pasta, but I didn't have a preference, so I left it up to the chef, haha. The pasta was the most delicious I've ever had. I'm very satisfied.

Is this Ura-Namba? This area has a drinking district if you go through the alleyways, and it's located in one corner of it. It has a bar-like atmosphere with an open kitchen. There are table and counter seats. There are plenty of dishes that go well with alcohol. For pasta, you can choose the seasoning and then select the noodles. It's quite nice! I thought it would be even better if they had a more extensive wine selection.

It's been a while since I went to Banbu. I stopped by on my way back from the usual drinking spot, as the izakaya is too crowded this time of year. I just had pasta, and as always, it was great to be able to choose from a variety of pasta dishes. I ordered the one with chili pepper mixed into the noodles, and it was really delicious.

It was delicious! The focaccia was especially amazing ✨ I had the Genovese pasta with short pasta! I think it had bacon in it? The saltiness was perfect and the pasta was well coated in the sauce, making it delicious. The gnocchi was also really good ✨ All-you-can-eat focaccia for 200 yen is truly the best! I will definitely come back.

This is an Italian main restaurant in the Sasaya Group, and the pasta is excellent. I wanted to eat it after a long time, so I visited with my friends at the end of the year. Since it's an Italian restaurant, we ordered Margherita, Bagna Cauda, and Penne Bolognese, and also ordered all-you-can-eat Focaccia for 200 yen. The Margherita, Bagna Cauda, and Penne were all delicious, but the freshly baked Focaccia was particularly noteworthy. It was hot, fluffy, and so delicious that I ended up getting 5 refills even though I thought I couldn't eat that much at first! Focaccia is a must-order menu item. Thank you for the meal, it was delicious. I will visit again.

This time I visited for lunch. It's located a little off the main shopping street, but there were many people using it. There are about three lunch courses to choose from, and you can also choose your favorite main pasta from three daily specials. The pasta was delicious, and the focaccia that came with the lunch was also very tasty. And you can have seconds! You can't help but eat it. I also ordered homemade sangria, which was delicious both red and white, and you can even have a refill. It seems that there are also courses and menus for dinner, so I would love to visit at night next time.

This second restaurant of the day offered a platter of three appetizers, homemade focaccia (all-you-can-eat), today's pasta (oil sardine and fried eggplant in tomato sauce), today's soup, and a drink of your choice (Nosei ginger) for 1500 yen including tax, but with a subscription, it's only 500 yen. This type of restaurant adds value to subscriptions without relying on expensive advertising to attract customers. It focuses on building a solid foundation through word of mouth and group discounts to gain loyal fans. It was a fantastic restaurant that a simple-minded, foolish employee could never understand, thinking only of cheap customers coming in with subscriptions. #Osaka Minami #Osaka Nihonbashi #Sakamachi #SASAYA Group #SASAYA's Subscription #bambu #Bambu #fresh pasta #Italian.

After a long time, I visited "Pasteria Bamboo" in Namba Chuo-ku. I was in Namba for a dinner meeting and wanted to have a little something to eat as a closer. While ramen is good, I felt like having some fresh pasta at "Pasteria Bamboo," which I haven't visited in a while. This place is convenient because it's open until morning. I tend to crave pasta late at night, being a bit of a foodie. The Lemoncello (500 yen) was surprisingly delicious. The homemade lemon liqueur's sweet and sour taste made me want to keep drinking more, even without any snacks. I decided to order the Pasta Set for 1000 yen, which includes today's pasta, focaccia, small salad, and a soft drink. The focaccia here is as delicious as ever. It's chewy yet light, hitting the spot perfectly. From today's pasta selection, I chose "Chicken Thigh and Burdock in Lemon Cream Sauce with Tagliatelle." The refreshing lemon cream sauce paired well with the flat pasta, and the simple sweetness of the burdock was nice. The quality here is consistently high. Although the menu has changed significantly with fewer pasta options, there are now more cost-effective choices and additional dishes, which is a nice touch. I'd love to drop by again late at night.

After finishing work, it's hard to find a restaurant that is still open for business, but I was craving pasta so I decided to visit this place. The atmosphere was stylish and the complimentary bread was so delicious that I thought it was from a bakery. I ordered gnocchi, margherita pizza, carbonara, and tomato cream pasta. The tomato sauce was especially delicious. :)

Well, the shop I visited on my last night in Osaka was Pasticceria Bamboo, a place I had been curious about for a while. Why? Because they are open until 5 am! They serve homemade pasta. I went to Tenma and visited my favorite Rikarikare, but since it was a holiday, I decided to try Italian food in Namba and ended up at this place. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor, and when you climb the stairs, the staff comes from the 1st floor and takes you to your preferred counter seat. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, but for some reason, the screen in front was playing the movie Spiderman (lol). I chose red wine since it's Italian. The bread served as a starter with red wine and onions was good. When it came to ordering pasta, I was a bit confused by the menu. I wanted a basic pasta with tomato sauce, but the staff seemed unsure about what to recommend. I ended up choosing the most basic pasta option on the menu. I also chose thin noodles. The pasta arrived after a wait, but the noodles were too thin for my liking. The taste was okay, nothing special. Overall, I was a bit disappointed as the experience was not as great as I had expected. It would be helpful if the staff could provide better recommendations to customers who are unsure about what to order on the menu.

I heard that the homemade fresh pasta at this restaurant is delicious, so I decided to visit. When I arrived around midnight, there was no other customer in the restaurant. The interior was dimly lit, so the photos didn't turn out well... I ordered an appetizer platter, sakura shrimp tomato sauce pasta, and carbonara. This restaurant serves focaccia as a starter, and you can choose from four different types. I ordered the focaccia with dried fruits and mushrooms. The focaccia was really delicious. You could taste the sweetness of the wheat, and it was so good that they could probably sell it separately. The appetizer platter was average. Some of the items were not very tasty. The best part of the platter was the couscous salad. There was also some prosciutto, but it wasn't that great. The carbonara and tomato sauce pasta were both delicious. The fresh pasta was really tasty, and the sauces were good as well. It seemed like they made the sauce after you ordered, so the service was a bit slow. This place might be good for a leisurely meal with wine. Personally, I would come back just for the focaccia.
