Shime's popular yakiniku restaurant, Tomikunshin, is known for its beautiful appearance and delicious taste. I love their beef tongue and often visit this place. This time, I tried the "Thicker Tongue than usual!" It was so thick and juicy, with amazing elasticity and incredible flavor. Of course, I also had 4 slices of the "Premium Thick Cut Tongue." Another must-try is the "Super Amazing Tongue (requires reservation)" which is served as a whole piece. The tongue meat is incredibly tasty, so I highly recommend it. I also love ordering the seseri every time I visit.

The staff were very polite and attentive, making our dining experience enjoyable. Excluding drinks, the total bill for two people was around 12,000 yen, but we were able to eat as much as we liked of our favorite dishes, so we left feeling satisfied! We arrived around 8 p.m. on a Friday and the restaurant was full, but seats started to open up shortly after. If you come a bit later, you can enjoy a leisurely meal.

First, the meat is served in a block, so after lightly searing the surface, it is taken to the kitchen. It is beautifully prepared and returned as meat roses, so all that's left is to cook it to your liking. The carefully selected Japanese Black beef thigh meat is lean yet tender and juicy, very delicious. It is recommended to enjoy it with salt or yuzu pepper. The extremely thick tongue and harami were also exquisite! I even finished a jokingly large 1L of oolong tea and cleaned my plate. Ahh, it was delicious - very satisfied, thank you for the meal ☺️ On the way back, I also got 3 100% Japanese beef hamburgers for only ¥500, which was too good of a deal to pass up. Shime's "Tokokushin" is a yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality meat at a reasonable price. It is located about a 15-minute drive from Hakata Station, with parking available, making it a great place to visit with your family. They have just started selling the "Barisugoi Tan" today, which is a whole beef tongue served in one piece. You need to make a reservation at least 2 days in advance to enjoy this special dish. It's nice to be able to cut and eat it to your preferred thickness. The tongue meat was incredibly delicious, and I was very satisfied with the size and taste for the price of 9,000 yen plus tax. The seseri (chicken neck) was also delicious and tender. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

I went to "Tomikuni Shin" in Shime-cho, Kasuya-gun. This is a popular yakiniku restaurant in the Kasuya-gun area, known for having a charismatic meat master. Recommended menu items include premium Japanese beef loin kalbi, beef liver sashimi, and black wagyu beef rose. This is a shop run by a charismatic figure in Fukuoka! Their specialty pork loin is a must-try. This time, I ordered a 350g portion! The vibrant meat was truly a sight to behold. Not just looks, it was delicious too! Of course, we also had the onza rice. We also ordered hane shita, kalbi, tongue, and more. The crispy kalbi was delicious, and the hane shita was incredibly tasty! What surprised me was that despite being a smoky grill-style restaurant, there was no smell of smoke on our clothes or hair at all. It's evidence that they clean the ducts regularly. I found this place on the way back from eating ramen the other day, and today after work I went with my wife and kids. It's a restaurant where you can eat high-quality A4 and A5 grade meat at a reasonable price. We had Korean salad, premium kalbi ribs, crispy kalbi, yukhoe (Korean beef tartare), and Tokoku-style yakiniku with rice. Personally, I found the premium kalbi ribs to be too soft, so I preferred the crispy kalbi. Miyazaki beef has a bit of a unique taste in my opinion. The yukhoe came in a pack for raw consumption, which is understandable given the current situation. It had been a while since I last had it, but it was delicious. The Tokoku-style yakiniku came in a portion for two, with a mix of harami (skirt steak) and various organ meats seasoned spicy. It paired perfectly with rice. Also, the yakiniku sauce was delicious. The grilled Sagagyu (Saga beef) thigh looked tempting, but I was already full today, so maybe next time. I plan to come back again soon.

I wanted to eat delicious meat, so I searched for a place. Many reviews said that the beef yukhoe was delicious, so I decided to try it, and it was a hit, very tasty! I also tried the steak, tongue, kalbi, and all of them were satisfying! The salad was also delicious. The only downside was that the counter seating was a bit cramped for two people, but if you sit at a table, there's no problem. The staff seemed to bring the meat dishes based on how we were doing, so we didn't have trouble finding a place to put them. The restaurant was packed with families, couples, and many other customers. I'm glad we made a reservation. It seemed like there was a 2-hour time limit with a turnover system, but since we don't drink alcohol, we had no problem enjoying our meal within that time frame. On a side note, the staff were very friendly when we made the reservation, so I was looking forward to it even before going, and the food matched my taste, making it a very satisfying dinner.
