☆彡A popular service in Kitashinchi area, "Unlimited refill of raw eggs" not only raw eggs but also white rice and miso soup are unlimited refill. The combination of meat and white rice is good, but the white rice here is also delicious, especially recommended for those who like TKG. The interior of the restaurant has counter seats, tables for 2 people, and tables for 6 people. During lunchtime, the large table is shared seating. The atmosphere is calm like a cafe, but the menu is focused on meat, especially the miso soup is made from beef bones. ○ Stone-grilled hamburger steak set with cheese topping (1,300 yen) Made with black wagyu thigh meat and shin meat, the sizzling sound of the meat being grilled on the hot stone stimulates the appetite. The rich cheese topping for an additional 100 yen blends well without using binder, giving the impression of eating a chunk of lean meat (thigh meat and shin meat) rather than a hamburger patty. The umami of the meat is direct and goes well with the white rice. And it's a delight to find a place where the white rice is delicious for lunch. Furthermore, the unlimited refill of raw eggs is much appreciated, as it applies not only to white rice and raw eggs, but also to miso soup. I had steak for dinner! It was a Japanese beef steak set meal with rice, miso soup, and salad. The steak was served on a hot plate, and I cooked it a bit more before eating. The side dishes were potatoes, green beans, and carrots. I enjoyed the steak with salt and steak sauce. There was also all-you-can-eat eggs, although I only had one. I heard that the eggs were special. I was happy about that since eggs are expensive now. I had the eggs over rice with a little soy sauce. The rice was delicious. The miso soup was a bit spicy for me, so I ate all the ingredients and left some soup. I'm full now. Thank you for the meal!

I was looking for a delicious meaty lunch and stumbled upon this place! It's conveniently close to my workplace, so I decided to give it a try. I arrived at 12:40 on a weekday and luckily there was a table available. After some deliberation, I ordered the half & half set menu, which included Japanese beef steak and hamburger. The set came with unlimited raw egg, rice, and beef bone miso soup, which made me very satisfied. The meat was tender and the hamburger with demi-glace sauce was delicious. I think the quality of the meat is really good. If there was a bit more quantity, it would be perfect, but I made up for it with extra rice. The raw egg is self-service, so I went to the fridge to get two eggs. I had one on the hot plate and the other on a refill of rice as egg over rice. It was a great satisfaction for egg lovers! The beef bone miso soup was also tasty, but a bit too oily for me, so one bowl was enough. Thank you for the meal.

"Doujima Teppanyaki Cuisine" is a casual teppanyaki restaurant located in Doujima, heading south from Nishi Umeda. They have a unique system where customers can cook their main steak at their own pace and to their liking using solid fuel at table seats, while the counter seats have the teppan grill. This allows customers to enjoy their meal at their own pace, unlike traditional teppanyaki restaurants where the chef determines the timing of the meal. They offer a variety of drinks, including beer, highball, whisky, umeshu, shochu, sake, fruit liquor, cocktails, wine, sangria, and soft drinks. The restaurant offers a reasonable price for bottled wine. The course menu includes a variety of dishes such as fresh sashimi platter, homemade beef stew, premium black beef steak, grilled vegetables, garlic butter sautéed abalone, daikon and mizuna salad, premium beef seared sushi, beef bone miso soup, and berry sorbet. When you feel like eating meat, I recommend #Teppan Ryori Dojima. Their Wagyu Half & Half set for 1300 yen includes both steak and hamburger, served with rice cooked in a feather pot, miso soup with beef bones, and eggs directly delivered from the producer. The best part is that you can have unlimited refills of these three items! While tamago kake gohan is good, a friend suggested cracking an egg on the teppan as soon as it's served to make a half-cooked sunny-side-up egg. Definitely give it a try!

Watanabe Hashi's teppanyaki cuisine in Doshima. After three months of being a shut-in, I returned to work and went out with a junior colleague. The pork shabu-shabu restaurant we wanted to go to was full, so we ended up here by chance. But it turned out to be a good choice! (I realized this when I saw the reviews later.) There were seats available. I wanted to try the hamburger, but it would take too long to be served and I wouldn't make it to the meeting on time...! So, I decided to go with the Wagyu stone-grilled steak set meal (1,300 yen). It was really good! The meat was tender and juicy, and it tasted great with either salt or garlic sauce. I was happy that raw eggs were all-you-can-eat! It's amazing when you pour raw egg over it. The side dishes like salad and miso soup were also satisfying. Overall, I was very pleased with the meal.

The most popular "takumi course". The sashimi is thick and firm, the beef stew is kept warm on a stone so it stays hot even after 10 minutes. It's rich and I want to dip bread in it, the meat is tender! The salad dressing tastes like corn soup, sweet and delicious. The grilled meat includes one with chewy fatty parts that men might like, and another with less fat that is soft and might appeal to women. You can eat it raw and lightly sear it on a stone grill. The foamy soy sauce goes well with it! The garlic abalone is very flavorful, with a strong garlic taste. It's tasty but makes you crave rice! It could have been a bit less flavorful... The meat sushi has truffle salt, which makes it sweet, but maybe the strong taste of the garlic abalone made it hard to appreciate the sushi. The miso soup is also very strong in flavor, like pork soup! This also makes you crave rice... Overall, the flavors were strong! We went as a group of two, both not drinking alcohol, so we were constantly craving rice. It seems like a good place for drinking parties, with a lot of business people. The speed of serving was just right, not too formal or too casual. There were many horse racing decorations. Are they run by three people? The head chef was talking but it was a bit distracting that he wasn't wearing a mask.

I had lunch in Nishi-Umeda. There used to be a teppanyaki restaurant called "Kaname" in the same location, but now it seems to be a new restaurant. I have visited "Kaname" before. Recently, it seems like there is more meat on the menu, although there is no particular reason for it. I chose the "luxury" menu, which was the Wagyu half and half set for 1300 yen (tax included). The restaurant is non-smoking. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be served. It looked delicious. The portion size was decent. The quality of the meat was good, not tough. I also had a complimentary raw egg, which I usually don't like, but I used it as a topping for my hot teppanyaki plate. I had an extra serving of rice and beef bone miso soup. Overall, it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Stone-grilled hamburger set with demi-glace sauce. The restaurant is filled with the sizzling sounds of dishes being served from all around. My order arrived with a loud sizzle as well. The chef cracked an egg on the hot plate and made a sunny-side-up egg. The hamburger itself was the crumbly type, which I'm not a fan of. However, the rice and miso soup were incredibly delicious. I ended up getting seconds. Thank you for the meal.

Order: Gensen Niku no Gozen (1,500 yen) <Contents> - Saga beef rump meat - White rice - Miso soup - Salad The meat was tough and sinewy, not very tasty. The white rice was dry. There was a raw egg provided, which could be used to make egg over rice, but I don't like it so I just ate it as is.

"I want to go here~" was my little sister's request. After checking the details on Tabelog, we made a reservation for the Takumi course and visited the restaurant. Since it was just the two of us, we sat at the counter. We started with sashimi... the shrimp was so sweet ❤ The homemade beef stew with plenty of onions was delicious with lots of meat ❤ The three types of meat can be eaten raw, so it was best to lightly sear them... they were good with just salt. I may have slightly overcooked them (^o^;) The abalone with garlic butter had a strong punch of flavor, perfect with white wine ❤ The beef bone miso soup was rich and thick. The course had generous portions and we were satisfied with the delicious meal (*^-^)♪"

I met up with an acquaintance I haven't seen in a while and had a meal together. We went to a different restaurant that specializes in high-quality Japanese beef dishes, as always. We decided to come to Umeda this time. The atmosphere of the restaurant was more casual compared to other branches, with a normal feel to it. Although I felt the portion size was slightly small and lacked the impact of a typical Japanese beef restaurant, the steak and abalone were delicious. The course meal included: - Fresh sashimi of seasonal fish - Brand-name black wagyu steak (80g) - Grilled abalone with garlic butter - Daikon radish and watercress salad - Special grilled sushi with premium wagyu beef - Beef bone miso soup - Sorbet

It seems like a different restaurant from Teppan Dojima. A friend reserved a course meal for about 8000 yen, but the restaurant had paper cups for water and it felt embarrassing to have to serve yourself. The place was not very crowded, with only 1-2 groups present. The teppanyaki grill was not even heated when we arrived, and we were seated at a distant table instead of the counter. The sashimi and stew were served almost simultaneously, which was unusual. The sashimi was served in small portions, and the beef stew had a slightly off taste and was quite diluted. The salad was just thinly sliced daikon, and the clams were small and underwhelming. The abalone in garlic sauce was tough and too salty. The main meat dish was not like the advertised teppanyaki steak, it was small and thin. The garlic rice was overcooked and the miso soup was too strong. The sherbet was good though. Some items listed on the menu did not even come out. Overall, the food did not live up to the high price of the course. The service and quality were disappointing, and I would not recommend this place for a date or business dinner. This was my first time visiting a restaurant in the Dojima area near Kita-Shinchi, and I will not be returning. I felt bad for the friend who paid for the meal. The restaurant's advertising and actual offerings were too different, so I felt it was important to share my experience.

I had the diced steak lunch from Ozzie Beef for 1080 yen. Since it was Ozzie Beef, it was not greasy and very enjoyable. The miso soup with beef broth was full of ingredients and had a rich flavor, it was delicious.
