Sometimes I crave for the popular dish at Machichuka Teradacho, Machichuka Black Fried Rice. It's just right for my B-level taste. I can't give it a special recommendation, but it has that Machichuka vibe. The Yakisoba also has that Machichuka deliciousness. It's just delicious in a normal way. A friend who went with me said they don't like the ramen.

-Tonsha Ka-Black Fried Rice Set. ¥1050
I finally visited Tonsha Ka, a place I've been curious about for a while. The menu is extensive, but this time I had my eyes set on the black fried rice. I went right after they opened, so it was served quickly. The black fried rice had just the right richness, it was fantastic. With shrimp, pork belly, and other ingredients, it was top-notch. The dumplings in the set were also a big hit. They were juicy like xiaolongbao, so the set is definitely recommended. With a variety of other menu items, this is a must-visit for Chinese food lovers. If you have the chance, be sure to stop by.... #Gourmet #KansaiGourmet #OsakaGourmet #TeradachoGourmet #TonshaKa #Chinese #ChineseFoodLovers #FriedRice #FriedRiceLovers #LocalChineseRestaurant #Foodies #WantToConnectWithFoodies #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers #GourmetInstagram

The restaurant is spacious and can accommodate large groups for meals. I visited during lunchtime and found the menu to be diverse, with many attractive lunch set options. I was intrigued by the limited-time tomato hot and sour noodles, so I ordered it separately. It was a delicious dish with a spicy kick and a prominent sweetness from the tomatoes. The chewy noodles and flavorful soup were perfectly balanced, making it very tasty. Additionally, I highly recommend the dumplings that I ordered as an extra. The pan-fried dumplings had a unique seasoning that gave them an authentic Chinese taste. The crispy skin and juicy filling were delightful, spreading a rich aroma and flavor in every bite. Despite the reasonable prices, the restaurant offers high-quality dishes. For locals, having a place where they can enjoy delicious meals easily is truly valuable.

[Tonoya Hana] I was surprised by the delicious Chinese food that I had never known before! ~Menu ordered today~ ・Fried dumplings set meal A friend recommended this place to me, saying it was delicious, so I decided to give it a try. Everything looked delicious, and although I was torn between Mapo Tofu and dumplings, I was drawn to the "Fried Dumplings Set Meal" because it seemed like a good deal. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with a nice atmosphere. The dumplings were thick and one of the best I've had recently. The fried chicken was juicy and each piece was large, so it was very satisfying. The egg soup that came with the set meal was thick and delicious. Since rice was free for refills, I asked for seconds. It may seem a bit intimidating at first glance, but I felt that coming here was the right choice. It was delicious again today! Thank you for the meal. If you're interested, please give it a try! 🍽️

I went to the Chinese izakaya Tonsha Hana in Terada-cho. The black vinegar pork and black fried rice on the menu are very tempting. This time, I had the black fried rice and dumplings set for 1050 yen including tax. The staff and kitchen staff are also from the original place. The black fried rice had plump shrimp and was deliciously fluffy, and the dumplings were juicy and meaty. I am interested in trying other menu items, so I plan to visit again soon. Thank you for the meal.

I heard that there is a delicious Ma La Tang restaurant in Teramachi, so I went to check it out. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and resembles a Chinese diner. The staff are all Chinese or mostly Chinese. While I expected most of the customers to be Chinese, there were actually quite a few Japanese people as well, including an elderly couple in their 80s. The menu offers a variety of Chinese dishes. The convenient location near the train station is likely a factor in its popularity. However, our main goal was one thing: Ma La Tang. We filled out an order form with the ingredients and quantities we wanted. We decided to include unique ingredients like knotweed, Ma La beef, and sour cabbage dumplings. The soup had a rich flavor with a balance of spiciness, sweetness, and umami, which increased our appetite and allowed us to consume plenty of vegetables. Perhaps the elderly couple will also come across this Ma La Tang someday.

A authentic Chinese restaurant in front of Terada-cho Station. Always packed! Draft beer for only 280 yen! Super cheap! They also offer all-you-can-drink alcohol, perfect for parties. The portion sizes for each dish are large, so it's recommended to visit with two or more people if you want to try a variety of dishes!

Currently serializing "2022 Ramen 20 Match Showdown", but I hesitated whether to make this topic about ramen or not... However, since it's about mini ramen, let's put it in a separate category... "Tonsha Ka, Teradacho Branch" (Osaka, Teradacho) Black fried rice is 590 yen as a single item, but this time it comes with a mini ramen... Black fried rice with mini ramen set for 870 yen.

Located a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Teradacho Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, this Chinese restaurant offers a variety of popular dishes. The interior has both table and semi-private seating, with a total of around 50 seats. The staff, both in the dining area and kitchen, all appear to be Chinese. The menu includes a range of a la carte dishes as well as set meals for lunch. I opted for the "Shanghai-style Yakisoba" (590 yen) this time. The dish arrived promptly, with stir-fried Chinese noodles piled high on a deep white plate, mixed with cabbage, bok choy, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and pork. The flavor base seemed to be oyster sauce, with a moderate amount of salt and a fairly oily texture. The vegetables still had a nice crunch, and the pork was surprisingly thick and flavorful. The noodles were medium thickness, slightly soft but with a chewy texture that paired well with the vegetables. Despite being quite oily, it had a certain charm reminiscent of authentic Chinese flavors. Drizzling some Chinese black vinegar and chili oil from the table condiments helped to enhance the overall taste.

After work, I parked my car in Terada-cho and wandered around the area. There were many interesting shops in Terada-cho, and I checked out about 20 of them. Today, due to time constraints, I started from the station area and worked my way through. I've been away from Chinese food recently, so I chose this place for Chinese cuisine with a history of 4000 years! The restaurant mainly had table seating, with some private booth seats at the back. I arrived before noon and it was already half full, showing how popular it is. I ordered the black fried rice & mini ramen set (870 yen). I was curious about the black color, so I asked and was told it was black due to soy sauce. The food arrived in about 10 minutes. I thought it might be strong in flavor because of the black color, but it was surprisingly light and tasty. The fried rice was not dry but rather moist, and the ramen had a unique taste, not like the typical chicken soy sauce ramen you find in local Chinese restaurants. It wasn't bad, but I think I've had enough. I'd like to try the mixed fried rice or yakisoba next time. The chef and staff seemed Chinese, so the taste might be more authentic to the mainland. Thank you for the meal.

"Hana" is a highly recommended restaurant with a beautiful interior and private rooms in the back! I ordered the Shanghai-style yakisoba from the lunch menu, which costs 590 yen. The yakisoba was a bit oily but had plenty of ingredients like pork, bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, carrots, and komatsuna, making it delicious. The soup had finely chopped tofu and egg with a hint of citrus scent, giving it an authentic taste. They also have a large bottle of beer for 550 yen and wine for 280 yen. I will definitely bring my friends next time!

The dishes are quite substantial for the price! Each dish may not be large in portion, but the prices are reasonable so you can enjoy trying various dishes. It feels like there are 2 or 3 chefs in the kitchen, and the food is served quickly. The Taiwanese/Chinese cuisine is delicious. They also have tasty dim sum, so you can leave feeling very satisfied!

Osaka Teradamachi Tonsyaka Hanasan Chinese cuisine research is 3.03 on Tabelog. It is a Chinese izakaya. The atmosphere is a bit different from a typical Chinese restaurant. The use of spices feels unique. Grilled pork, mapo tofu, large shrimp with mayonnaise, oil-drizzled chicken, shumai, and dumplings are recommended. The prices are reasonable. Thank you very much! It was a delicious meal!

After exiting the north exit of JR Osaka Loop Line Teradacho Station and walking along National Route 25 for about 2 minutes, you will find a Chinese restaurant that opened in October this year (2021) at the location where Tsuruhashi Fuga used to be. I visited this restaurant for dinner for the first time recently. The interior has tables for 2 and 4 people, with a total of about 50 seats including a semi-private room at the back. The chairs are covered with fancy chair covers, giving a luxurious atmosphere. Two Chinese female staff members are busy moving around. The menu includes popular various a la carte dishes, as well as various set meals during lunchtime. It seems to be operated by Chinese staff, but the menu composition seems to be leaning towards Japanese casual Chinese cuisine. As I was pondering what to order, I noticed they had "Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan" (650 yen). Looking at the dim sum page, I also found "Xiao Long Bao" (320 yen). So, I decided to order this classic combination. The "Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan" arrived without much wait. It was served on an oval curry plate with rice on one side and plenty of braised pork on top. It looks like curry rice. The rice is topped with simmered egg, Chinese sausage, and komatsuna. Generally, Lu Rou Fan is served in a rice bowl in a small portion, but this "Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan" is quite voluminous. I took a bite of the braised pork rice... The meat is tender and cooked in a sweet and savory flavor. It doesn't have the unique fragrance of star anise, making it easy for anyone to eat. The simmered egg has a delicious flavor that seeps through. The Chinese sausage and komatsuna add texture accents. Mixing it all together, the meat broth transfers to the rice, making the whole dish delicious. Afterwards, a steamer basket of Xiao Long Bao was served. Surprisingly, there were 4 pieces. Carefully picking one up with chopsticks, the meat juice overflowed. When dipped in vinegar mixed with chili, the flavor became even more enhanced. The combination of Lu Rou Fan and Xiao Long Bao made me quite full. Despite the generous portions, the affordability of not even reaching a thousand yen is impressive. Looking at the drink menu, a draft beer is only 280 yen. This can also be used for a nice drinking session.

Osaka Teradamachi Tonsha Hanasanchu Chinese restaurant research. It is the successor to the okonomiyaki restaurant Tsukisama with a Tabelog rating of 3.03. I visited for lunch.
- Gyoza set meal: 780 yen
The gyoza had a chewy skin and a filling with a good balance of meat, vegetables, and spices. I prefer gyoza with thick, chewy skins lately.
- Karaage set meal: 680 yen
A generous portion of 6 large pieces of crispy karaage. The meat was juicy and flavorful.
- Draft beer: 280 yen
Such a reasonable price for a draft beer! I am looking forward to trying the craft beer priced at 380 yen next time I visit for dinner.
Thank you very much for the meal!

Located along National Route 25 (towards Kui-zen), this Chinese cuisine specialty restaurant is just a short walk from Terada-cho Station. I visited soon after it opened. There were no customers when I arrived early. The interior was clean and well-maintained, with private rooms and round tables. Some customers came in for takeout, and they were Chinese. All the staff were women who spoke Chinese. Unlike traditional Chinese restaurants that serve large dishes, this place offers individual portions at prices comparable to fast food chains. The drinks, like draft beer and chu-hai, are only 280 yen, which is quite cheap. The speed of service was impressive, and the food was delicious. I thanked the chef on my way out. Thank you for the meal.

Tianjin fried rice ¥650, Shrimp fried rice ¥780, Shanghai-style yakisoba ¥780. The Tianjin fried rice had a light seasoning and a lingering taste of starch, which was disappointing. The fried rice and yakisoba had a perfect amount of salt, making it easy to eat with chopsticks.

Mapo tofu set meal ¥780
The mapo tofu was on the sweeter and saltier side. It had a numbing effect from the Sichuan pepper, but it didn't linger.

I wonder if it's connected to Tenya in Shinsaibashi? Up to 3 items for 740 yen, and then each additional item is 110 yen. It's nice that cilantro is a free topping. I chose Chinese noodles, but I prefer instant noodles.
