I used it for lunch on Sunday. The parking lot was full. There were four groups waiting in front of me. I waited for 30 minutes before being seated. It took quite a while for the food to come out after being seated. I ordered ramen, boiled egg, and chashu. It's expensive. It cost 5000 yen for a family of three. Everything was delicious.

When I returned to Fukuoka, I suddenly had a craving for tonkotsu ramen. The sign is visible from the road. The tonkotsu ramen is not too heavy or too light, just the right richness. You can choose the richness, garlic amount, and spiciness level. However, it's close to 1000 yen for a bowl. It's famous for its partitions, making it easy for solo diners to enter.

At the entrance, there was an air shower where you can blow away the dirt from your body, which was interesting! When I tried to buy a meal ticket, there was a long line! It must be really popular. There are private rooms, so many people come in groups. There were a lot of people waiting for a private room, but as a solo diner, I was able to be seated at the regular counter right away. The ramen cost 980 yen. This time, I chose the super thick, richly flavored, extra firm noodles, with one clove of garlic! Maybe because I made it extra rich, there was a thick layer of oil on top. It was delicious as always. Thank you for the meal!

I had a bit of a craving, so I just had the ramen. It's a pork bone ramen that won't get boring no matter how many times you eat it. The spiciness level was just right at 2. Normally, I would add rice, but it's good as it is. It's a bit disappointing that there's no mustard greens or pickled ginger, but sometimes a classic pork bone ramen is good too.

Visited on Thursday at 10 PM. Waited for about 5 minutes and sat down. Surprised to see a ramen shop with a line at this time. The constant "pong pong" chime ringing was distracting and made it hard to enjoy the meal. Why have barriers and systems in place when all I want to do is focus on the expensive ramen I'm eating? After all these years, it seems like this ramen shop is just a performance, with nothing special about the taste.

After a long time, I went to Ichiran(・∀・). This shop has a strong wind powder removal system at the entrance(^.^) It surprised me (laughs) It's like the research lab's system☆★ Personally, it's more like Ichiran's ramen than tonkotsu ramen. It's in a different category(^.^) I like the balance of Ichiran's ramen and the noodles. The soup doesn't have a strange sweetness, but a slight sweetness of deliciousness lingers in the aftertaste. The spiciness sauce melts towards the end, changing the flavor, adding the deliciousness of chili pepper. The crunchy texture of the chili pepper is also a plus. I think the noodles here are my favorite. The slightly sweet noodles have a slightly crunchy texture in the core, and the feeling of sticking to the back teeth is comforting(^.^) Anyone relate to this? (laughs) I somehow really like Ichiran ramen☆★ It's been a while, so I got confident and ordered the spiciness sauce double, but I could eat it normally (〃ω〃) Maybe my tolerance for spiciness has increased?

It was cheaper than in NY! Ramen was $22, and extra noodles were $4. The taste was almost the same! However, the excessive entrance (like a disinfection room) was not good! And there were surveillance cameras too. They forced customers to disinfect their entire body. There was none of that in Ichiran in NY. So, I give it a low rating! ^ ^

It's been a while since my last visit. I was surprised by the amazing COVID-19 measures at the entrance. The seating was the same as usual. I still love sitting at the counter where I can fully enjoy my ramen. The soup felt a bit lukewarm, maybe because it was a cold day? The price of almost 1000 yen for just chashu, negi, and the secret sauce still feels high. And the extra noodle refill being over 200 yen is also a bit much. Even though I couldn't see their faces, the service was good.

Last week, it seems like Sung Kang, who plays Han in Fast & Furious, visited Ichiran in Kitakyushu. Han also eats at Ichiran, haha. Looking at Ichiran's Instagram column, the Ichiran Namba Midosuji store in Osaka also offers ramen without tonkotsu. It has a chicken-based soup. Ichiran's prices keep going up, but for some reason, the taste makes you want to eat it occasionally, haha.

I visited after a long time. I thought the boiled eggs were tastier in the past. It might be due to the cooking time varying from day to day. I tried a different ramen setting this time, and it was the most delicious. I plan to set it the same way next time I go. I hadn't finished eating the ramen yet, but it was cleared away while I was in the restroom. That was disappointing.

Wow, I went to Ichiran for the first time in a while. I feel like it's been about 3 years since I last went. I hope they haven't raised the prices again. Was it always this expensive? This time, I added wood ear mushrooms to my ramen, got a refill, and added some vinegar-based sauce, which came out to around 1500 yen. As always, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went to Ichiran for the first time in a while, and I visited the Shinmiya store. Even before entering the store, there was a device that emitted wind, which was quite impressive. The ticket machine also had a high-tech feel to it. After purchasing my ticket and being shown to my seat, I found the usual counter where I could focus on the taste. I topped my ramen with wood ear mushrooms. The soup and noodles were consistently delicious. Truly, it is Ichiran Ramen. I think both the interior of the store and the staff training are excellent.

I visited Ichiran in Nakanokawa about 20 years ago, so it's been quite a while since my last visit. When I parked my car in the spacious parking lot and entered the store at 6 a.m., I was surprised to see a biosecurity facility-like setup that I had only seen in movies! There are not many restaurants that take COVID-19 precautions to this extent. The interior of the store is like a maze. I ordered ramen and an extra serving of chashu using the ticket machine. The ramen costs 890 yen and the extra chashu costs 250 yen, which is quite expensive for ramen. The taste is not my favorite as I prefer Nagahama-style ramen, and the noodle portion is small, so getting an extra serving is a must. However, the extra serving is expensive at 210 yen. The store is open 24 hours and has private rooms, and they take COVID-19 precautions seriously, but the balance between taste and price is not great. It's a ramen shop that divides people based on their preferences. Despite that, it's an interesting place, so ramen lovers should give it a try at least once.

It has been a while since I visited Ichiran. They have strengthened their infection prevention measures, including hand sanitizing, shoe sole disinfection on a foot mat, air jet to remove dust and bacteria from clothes, ceiling light disinfection, and temperature checks before purchasing a meal ticket. The thorough disinfection process is impressive! I ordered ramen for ¥890 and got a child-sized ramen for free with the Ichiran app (up to 5 children, up to 6th grade). I added a half portion of noodles for an extra ¥150 because it was a bit lacking. This service has been ongoing for a few years, which is great. It's recommended to arrive early on weekends as there tends to be a queue.

I ate at Ichiran for the first time, sitting at a table seat! I ate facing the wall as usual! The ramen [890 yen] was delicious as always! I tried using a credit card, and it worked! 😂

Visited at 11pm! There were quite a few customers! It was my first time there, so I got a little lost looking for the ticket machine haha. I ordered the ramen [¥890 Barikata] and it arrived in less than 5 minutes! First, the soup! Familiar delicious taste! Rich and creamy! Sweet flavor. The noodles are chewy with a strong sweetness, very tasty. The sweetness of the noodles is a mystery, whether it's from the red secret sauce or the noodles themselves, but it's delicious. The chashu has a good texture and is slightly thick, very tasty! No more words needed, Ichiran is the best!

I think the style of eating ramen with partitions is good for infection prevention measures in this day and age. The ramen itself has a rich flavor with pork bone and spicy red sauce. Recently, it seems that cup ramen has come out, but it's quite expensive.

I bought a meal ticket and sat at a designated seat. This style is good for infection prevention. I ordered double the red secret sauce. Everything else is recommended. The combination of pork bone soup and slightly spicy sauce is exquisite. There are mixed opinions about Ichiran, but I like it.

On the way back from the northern area, it got late at night... I went to "Ichiran Shinmiya Store" with my colleague S. The Shinmiya store is well sanitized with things like air showers. I ordered the ramen with extra noodles for 1,100 yen from the ticket machine. I chose the rich flavor, extra white onions, and double the secret sauce. The ramen was served quickly. It had a beautiful presentation as always. The soup was delicious and warmed my cold body with its pork bone flavor. The noodles were cooked perfectly and I had no complaints. I finished the first serving and ordered extra noodles. I've lost count of how many times I've eaten at Ichiran. It always feels like a treat to have extra noodles. The portion size was just right for me. It was a small luxury for myself after working hard until late at night. I wonder when Ichiran Mori in Itoshima will reopen. I really want to eat more Ichiran ramen...

I visited this Ichiran for the first time. They had an air shower at the entrance and were taking measures against the coronavirus, which is great. First, you buy a meal ticket, then you sit down, fill out a sheet, and hand it to the staff. The ramen came out in less than five minutes. The soup is consistently good no matter where you eat it. It was delicious, even though it had been a while since I last had Ichiran. Truly the "Ichiran Ramen."
