I visited the restaurant because I was craving Sundubu. Even though it had just opened, there were already many customers. I ordered the vegetable Sundubu with a spice level of 3 out of 9 options. I was happy that I could choose the level of spiciness. The vegetable ingredients included broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, and more, making it healthy. The soup had a strong seafood flavor, and even with just vegetables, I felt satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I wanted to eat samgyeopsal, but it was only available for a minimum of 2 servings, which is common. Since I couldn't eat it alone, I ordered sundubu instead. The broth was flavorful and the taste was light. I was expecting white rice with the sundubu, so the mixed grain rice was a bit surprising, but it actually matched well with the light flavor. It was delicious.

During the day, I thought Sundubu was the main dish, but the beef yakiniku set meal came out with a volume that couldn't be imagined from the photo, and it had a satisfying taste. You can choose from several types of Sundubu depending on your mood that day, and you can also adjust the spiciness, which enhances the satisfaction.

My husband said he wanted to eat Korean food, so we went to a restaurant in the evening and it was not crowded, which was nice. We sat at a spacious table and looked at the dinner menu. They offered compact set meals to choose from. I was considering getting the Sundubu, but my husband wanted the BBQ set meal that he had tried before, so we ordered that for the two of us. The dish was served with lots of vegetables and meat on top. The seasoning was a bit strong, but it tasted just right when eaten with the vegetables. The meat was tender, but it was more like stir-fried thin pork belly rather than traditional BBQ meat. The meal also came with black rice, soup, and pickles. Overall, it was delicious but nothing out of the ordinary. It was good that the restaurant at Yodobashi Camera was not crowded.

Today was the coldest day of the season, so I decided to eat something warming. It was my first time trying it, so I chose the regular level of spiciness, but maybe I should have gone a level higher. Nevertheless, it was very satisfying. It's a cozy place where you can easily dine alone, and the Chige pot comes in various types, mostly priced in the 900 yen range. The seasonal Namul side dish was also delicious.

Occasionally, when I really crave Sundubu, I always visit ChanChi, a restaurant I love. It was a hot day, but I was craving the bubbling Sundubu, so I headed to Yodobashi Umeda. It was a late lunch, so the restaurant was quiet with mostly solo female diners. The lunch menu mainly focuses on Sundubu, but they also offer Samgyetang, Kimchi set meal, Bibimbap, and BBQ set meal. But when you come here, you have to try the Sundubu! I usually go for the "Beef tendon cheese," but this time I tried something different: Beef minced meat and Korean seaweed for 1050 yen. They brought the hot pot while it was still bubbling, and I immediately cracked the raw egg into it. You can choose the spiciness level, and I usually go for medium. The egg added a mild touch to the spiciness, which was nice. The large tofu was slightly firm and went well with the beef minced meat. The abundance of Korean seaweed added a nice oceanic aroma to the soup. I recommend adding Korean seaweed as a topping! The side dishes included broccoli, lotus root, and radish, along with mixed grain rice, making the meal even more luxurious. The Sundubu soup was rich in flavor, and overall, it was consistently delicious. I feel like a new obsession is starting for me.

I went shopping at Yodobashi and decided to have lunch while I was there. There are so many restaurants in Umeda that it's hard to decide what to eat. Today, I chose Korean cuisine for lunch. I had my favorite samgyetang set meal with a lunchtime beer. It was the ultimate luxury. The samgyetang was delicious too. Thank you for the meal.

On a hot day, I was craving a hot meal, so I went to "Jun Korean Cuisine Chan Chi Yodobashi Umeda Store" on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Camera to try their Sundubu. I was surprised by the variety of options on the menu, including vegetable, meat, and seafood choices. I ordered the "Beef Tendon Cheese" with the spiciness level set to the highest. You can also choose between white or black rice. The Sundubu arrived in about 10 minutes, bubbling hot! The spiciness was just right, not too overwhelming but enough to give a nice kick. The broth was flavorful and the combination of beef tendon and cheese made it creamy and rich. Mixing in the raw egg added even more creaminess. Overall, it was a perfect dish for a hot summer day. Enjoyed every bite!

This day was filled with meetings since the morning, and before I knew it, it was already past 2 pm. By this time, most of the restaurants had already finished serving lunch, and I was having trouble finding a place to eat. I thought that maybe the stores inside the commercial building might be open throughout the day, and that's when I found this place. Korean cuisine after a long time! I was looking forward to it. 1. About the restaurant's exterior, atmosphere, interior, etc. Located on the 8th floor of "Yodobashi Camera" directly connected to Umeda Station, in a corner of the restaurant floor. There is a menu board with photos displayed outside the store, giving it a casual atmosphere. Inside the store, there are table seats as well as counter seats, so you can enter without feeling uncomfortable even if you are dining alone. Even during late lunch hours, almost 70% of the seats were occupied, indicating that it is a popular restaurant. 2. About the food When looking at the menu, it seemed like they were promoting "Sundubu". However, feeling tired, I decided to order the "One-person Samgyetang set meal" hoping for the medicinal effects. After a while, a large wooden tray with Samgyetang in a small pot, black rice, pickles, and salt for seasoning was served. The Samgyetang was boiling hot. Be careful not to burn your upper palate. After it cooled down a bit, I took a bite... Wow, it's extremely salty. I have had Samgyetang at various Korean restaurants, and most of them are very lightly seasoned. Typically, salt and pepper are provided separately, and you adjust the seasoning to your liking. This Samgyetang didn't need any additional salt and you would want to dilute it with water. Also, the quality of the chicken was not good. The skin was yellowish and had a strong smell, and the meat was dry. I wonder when it was made. Feeling completely disappointed, I ended up leaving about half of it uneaten. 3. About the staff's service There was only one male staff member managing the floor. By the way, there was also only one male staff member in charge of cooking. The guidance to the table after entering and the serving of food were slow, and it was clear that they were overwhelmed. The service was not very friendly, and it didn't leave a good impression. 4. About the cost performance Although there were several good points such as the convenient location directly connected to Umeda Station and the all-day operation, the most important aspect, the food, was not up to par. There were also some remaining dissatisfactions with the service, so overall, I don't think the cost performance is good. 5. Other things I noticed I guess ordering the "Sundubu" here might have been the right choice after all.

These days, whether it's morning, noon, or night, the weather is cold and I was feeling a bit tired of eating meat. I was looking for something warm and comforting to eat, and I came across this place during my nearby lunch search. The restaurant is located on the upper floor of Umeda Links, which is usually crowded on weekends, but not so much on weekdays. However, even on a weekday around 1 pm, there was a short wait outside the restaurant due to its popularity. The interior of the restaurant was mostly filled with women, and many of them were enjoying Sundubu. There are counter seats and table seats, both of which have acrylic panels for COVID-19 prevention. Additionally, disposable aprons were provided on the tables for guests. I ordered the "Pork Kimchi Sundubu Set for 940 yen". It came with a hot pot of Sundubu, black rice (white rice is also available), three kinds of seasonal vegetable namul side dishes, and a raw egg. I chose the "spicy" level of spiciness. The Sundubu arrived bubbling hot and when I took the first bite, it was indeed very hot! The spiciness was just right, not too overwhelming, and the black rice complemented the spiciness well. The Sundubu had a rich flavor, with the kimchi adding a tangy taste and the pork being lean with minimal fat. The balance of tofu, kimchi, and pork created a harmonious flavor. It took me a while to get used to the heat and spiciness, but after adding the raw egg for a milder taste, I was able to enjoy the dish at a steady pace until I finished it. The side dishes included red and white namul, broccoli, and lotus root, all of which had enjoyable textures and flavors. Overall, the restaurant offers a great value for a lunch under 1000 yen in a spacious and open environment in the Umeda area. I may not be able to handle extremely spicy food as I get older, but I would like to visit this place regularly for its pleasantly spicy and comforting Sundubu. I had samgyetang. Well, it was more like a chicken soup than the traditional samgyetang with rice, pine nuts, and ginseng stuffed inside. It wasn't really what I expected, but if it tastes good, it's not a big deal, right? However, it was just a bland chicken soup, despite the menu claiming it was cooked with ginseng in their own factory. The flavor was really just chicken soup. The chicken itself was okay though. It was a bit disappointing to see "samgyetang" on the menu. It cost 1200 yen, so I didn't expect much, but still, if it's just chicken soup, they should stop calling it samgyetang. There were hardly any other ingredients in it. I don't think I'll go back there again. My friend had the beef tendon cheese hot pot, and I tried a bite of it. It was delicious. So, if you go there, definitely order something other than samgyetang.

I visited for lunch. It's a restaurant where the main dish is stew, but since it's hot in the summer and I personally like pork kimchi set meals, I ordered that. The balance of deliciousness and healthiness is good with the richness of the pork and eggs, while still being able to consume vegetables and brown rice, making it a healthy option.

I had the seafood sundubu with snow crab and sweet shrimp for 1150 yen. I added grated garlic for an extra 50 yen, and the raw egg topping was free. Adding garlic gave it a great punch. During the pandemic, I didn't worry too much about garlic. Peeling the shellfish was a bit troublesome, but it was delicious.

Preparing for a child living alone and going to Osaka for the entrance ceremony. In the evening of that day, dinner with two children. A popular Korean restaurant on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Camera's restaurant street. We arrived around 19:00 and had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered Bulgogi for 1980 yen x 5, Cheese Dakgalbi for 1790 yen x 3, Napa Cabbage Kimchi for 320 yen x 3, Rice for 200 yen x 2, Cola x 2, Ginger Ale x 4. The total was about 18,000 yen. Bulgogi comes with lettuce and other sides. The meat was quite thick but a bit small in portion, so we ordered an additional two portions. Cheese Dakgalbi takes time to cook on low heat, but it's delicious when eaten with the cheese. The risotto for the finale was amazing. Since we ordered quite a bit for dinner, the total cost was high. Due to the shortened business hours until 21:00, the last order was around 19:40. The next day, the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 law was in effect, so there were many last-minute customers. Everyone was quietly enjoying their meals. The service was efficient and there were no issues. It was a delicious Korean meal after a long time.

This is a Korean restaurant located in Yodobashi. Overall, the portion, taste, and atmosphere were all good. Unlike other Korean chain restaurants where lunch sets come in huge portions, here it was just the right amount to leave you comfortably satisfied. I ordered the tomato and cheese Sundubu, which had a mild flavor probably due to the cheese, and I didn't feel much spiciness (which was perfect for me as I don't like spicy food). It was my first time truly enjoying Sundubu, and it was delicious. I look forward to going back again. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

Lunch is a great deal! It seems like they have reduced the number of staff a bit, so there may be a short wait even when there are empty seats during lunchtime. I recommend the spicy Sundubu. They offer a variety of Sundubu options and toppings. You can also add a raw egg for free when you order, which adds volume and nutrition to the piping hot Sundubu! The three side dishes are also appreciated. The set rice portion is quite large for women, so you might want to order a smaller portion unless you want to feel like your stomach is going to burst! Today, I visited "Chanchi Yodobashi Umeda Store" on the 8th floor of Yodobashi Camera Umeda Store for lunch with a friend who loves Korean food. We had the Watarigani and Amaebi Sundubu set for 1150 yen. The lunch menu includes Sundubu, Samgyetang, Bibimbap, and various set meals. The restaurant has counter seats facing the kitchen as well as spacious table seats. It wasn't too crowded, especially with many female customers and a calm atmosphere. The Watarigani and Amaebi Sundubu set we ordered arrived in about 10 minutes. We chose the normal level of spiciness, changed the default black rice to white rice, and requested a raw egg (free of charge). The soup had a good amount of gochujang flavor but was not too spicy. The crab and sweet shrimp served as ingredients rather than main dishes, but they added a nice flavor to the soup. The homemade tofu was delicious, and the side dishes like broccoli namul, radish in sweet vinegar, and lotus root kinpira were also enjoyable. Overall, the restaurant offers good value for its location in Umeda, with reasonable prices, a pleasant atmosphere, and tasty Korean dishes.

After shopping at Yodobashi, we went to "Chanchi" which had moved from the 3rd building. It was a stylish restaurant, quite different from the usual mom-and-pop feel. We were able to enter without waiting on a weekday night. We ordered Sundubu and a beef barbecue set to share. They provided a silver dish for sharing. The beef soboro and Korean seaweed were just right in terms of spiciness. I like Korean food but can't handle too much spice, so it was perfect that they could adjust the level of spiciness. The beef barbecue set and Bulgogi were delicious, with a sweet and rich soy sauce flavor that went well with the rice. I usually prefer white rice, but I tried the healthy black rice this time. The soup had a unique Korean flavor, different from the usual dashi broth. The homemade Kakuteki was not too spicy, which I liked. The portion was just right for the two of us, not too much or too little.

Lunch with friends. They wanted Korean food, so we went to Links Korean Cuisine for lunch. The dishes came in small plates with a variety of authentic Korean dishes. You can choose the level of spiciness for the main dish. I chose medium. Just a note for myself.
