After lunch, my wife said, "I want to buy some coffee beans!" We visited this coffee shop nearby for the first time, even though it's already been three years since it opened. Let's buy two types of beans - which ones should we choose? Oh, they are raw beans! They roast them in about 3 minutes after you order, and it only takes 5 minutes to be ready. You're supposed to drink it 24 hours after it's made, looking forward to it. My wife ordered a takeout coffee and had it brewed with a Halogen Siphon. The barista was very friendly. Let's see, the aroma is amazing! It's too hot to drink! (laughs) Let it cool down a bit, then take a sip. It's refreshing with a hint of acidity... delicious! Today's coffee was around 490 yen. They also have the Misuzu Special Blend for 620 yen and the Mandheling Opal for 760 yen. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v

On this trip from Hakodate to Obihiro, we decided to take all the local roads. Well, we did use the high-standard roads like the Hakodate New Road, also known as the toll-free expressway, but hey, that's too good to pass up, right? So, please forgive us for that. Who are we asking for forgiveness from anyway? (laughs) So, we stopped by "CAFE Workshop MISUZU x Food Warehouse" in Muroran. It took us about 3 hours from Hakodate. We stopped at a Seven in Nanae for drinks and at Toyoura Michi no Eki for a bathroom break, which really hit the spot. And then... we ended up at Misuzu Coffee in Muroran (laughs). We just happened to see the shop when we felt like having coffee, so we couldn't resist. The shop sells various food products along with coffee beans, kind of like a Caldi store. Well, maybe more like a Jupiter store? They're pretty much the same, right? Today's coffee was 450 yen (tax included). The coffee of the day was Coral Mountain. It had a strong acidity but also a rich flavor, making it a satisfying cup of coffee. Oh, Misuzu Coffee in Muroran is delicious as well! ♫

The interior of the shop is filled with the aroma of freshly roasted coffee. It has a stylish and calm atmosphere, which is rare in Muroran. I will be having today's coffee, Mocha America. They also offer Gâteau au Chocolat, Pumpkin Pudding, which are all stylish and high-quality.

Today in Higashi-Muroran, it was rainy and humid. I stopped by for coffee but changed my mind. I tried a soda with red grapefruit from Gohobi Kajuen instead. It was lightly sweet and refreshing. The bill came to 254 yen. The counter and tables were clean, making it a nice place to take a break. They also sell various groceries.

Located near JR Higashi-Muroran Station in the Nakajima area, along Route 37, is a shop where my wife loves Misuzu-san's coffee soft serve. During our trip towards Noboribetsu, we stopped by here for a break. The side of the building serves as a parking space. The interior has a stylish café-like atmosphere, with a front area for selling coffee and related products, and a café space with tables at the back. This time, we purchased the "Coffee Shop's Coffee Soft Serve (407 yen)" we came for, and enjoyed it at one of the tables in the back. As shown in the photo, the coffee soft serve is topped with coffee powder, giving it a taste of adult sweets that is not too sweet or too bitter. The coffee flavor is strong, so even those who don't like milk can enjoy it. In addition to the soft serve, Misuzu-san's coffee itself is delicious, making it recommended for café use.

I visited a shop that I had been curious about for a while. I arrived before noon at a shop that opens at 10 o'clock, and there were no other customers. Since there was no "Welcome" greeting, I hesitated to enter the shop honestly. They had unique Hokkaido ingredients like Monan syrup and maple cookies. I decided to order a mini coffee soft serve along with dressing. However, they misunderstood my order and I ended up with a regular size soft serve instead of a mini. The service was a bit awkward, but the soft serve was delicious and they had ingredients that you can't find in supermarkets. I believe it was just a one-time mishap, so I will visit again.

This summer, the Misudo coffee shop located diagonally in front of the Sukiyaki restaurant moved. The new location behind Sukiyaki is convenient for me as it is close to my home. The cafe has a variety of products, similar to what you would find at a Caldi store, and they even sell products from the Carrot wholesale store. They also roast coffee on the spot when you order, which takes about 5 minutes. If you order a drink and cake or pizza, you get a 50% discount. I tried the coffee of the day, Rwanda Classic, which had a deep and enjoyable flavor. My daughter ordered the blend and said she liked the taste. The cheesecake tasted like something you would find in a supermarket, and the pizza had a chewy texture similar to frozen supermarket pizza. The pizza was better than the cake, but at 200 yen, I can manage with the cake. The small pizza for 350 yen was just the right size for one person. I hope that Beauty Suzu Coffee Shop will also work hard on improving their food menu like Miyakoshiya Coffee. The Syphon-extracted coffee was very satisfying. They also offer a limited edition Geisha coffee, which I was told needs to be consumed within 24 hours. I look forward to trying different coffees and cakes in the future as the cakes are said to change daily.
